The management here is unbelievable. They hired and fired me in the same day stating that I was too aggressive and just didn't "fit in''. I guess because I'm in my fortys and everyone else was 33 years old or younger. Horrible for all the way around. Just don't waste your money here

We ordered 3 tacos with just extra beef and extra cheese and nothing else and when we received them they were not what we ordered and everyrhing was cold they put everything on it still their was barley any meat at all even tho we ordered all 3 of them with extra meat instead all 3 were 90% lettuce the receipt that was given said just extra meat and extra cheese and nothing else we also ordered 2 chicken and cheese enchiladas we told the women 3 times we wanted 2 of them then when we opend the bag their was only one abs the one we did have had no nacho cheese on it even tho we were charged for extra nacho cheese nothing was as we ordered or as the ticket says very dissafied with my food

I order here a lot and most of the time they forget ingredients in most of the items or change ingredients without letting you know for instance I got a grilled cheese burrito but they put chicken instead of beef they dont care what items you order they prefer that its easy for them to make. They've also made items for my friends that told them to remove certain ingredients from the food due to allergies but they put the items in anyway could've killed someone if they have deadly allergys.

I brought 2 of my friends there. dropped them off, went to mcdonald’s down the road. got my food, came back to pick up my friends. ended up going to the gas station nearby and kwik trip. it took one of my friends over an hour to get his order of nachos and the other one had his food done after 5 minutes but they failed to call the order and claimed it was because they were “short staffed”. i don’t know how short staffed a place can be in order to not say someone’s name when their order is done.

Ordered a burrito with no nachos cheese and paid for potatoes to be added. There was nachos cheese on the burrito and no potatoes. Also ordered no fiesta strips in a different burrito and that had them in it as well. The employees completely ignored all directions and it was right on the sticker on the bag. Pure laziness.

I wanted to wait to review them until they'd been open a while (since the first 2 months were not great). They really have figured things out here and are consistent with the quality. I order through the app and customize most of my order always, and they always get everything right! The food is always hot and made the way I asked. It's usually the same guy if I go there late after work and tonight he made sure to check the syrup in the cherry Pepsi before giving me one because he thought it was getting low. I've never had any other location give a rats butt and always get watered down pop at other Taco Bells. This is the best Taco Bell location by far!

Ordered our food and watched the worker who took our order put tomatoes on all the tacos we said no tomatoes on, watched him partially pick them off. When asked to remake them he was short with us. They didnt give us our extra cheese we paid for and when asked for those we got 2 cheese that were not even half full. Spent $50 dollars there and thats the service and food we get. Will NOT be back.

If you want the Gen Z stare experience, this is the place. Clueless, helpless workers. We got 4 chalupas and all of them were stale and cold. Had to go back bwcause they forgot our fries, cheese and extra sauce we paid for. Also, check your cheese. It was barely filled. The fries were cold as well when we got them. Not very clean either. Tables had gunk and there was a girl making tacos who was playing with her hair with her gloves on.

This new store is on par to be just like the taco bell we had mid to late 90s in scf, a dump. Ate here and there was zero sauce in the bins, food all over the floor and tables, and what looked to be at least 5 people in the back laughing and joking around instead of working. Once we got our food we noticed it was very sloppily made and not much ingredients in the items. I'll go to new richmond or hudson instead.

Since over a month ago when I left my last review I have went and have eaten at this location. I have not had an issue with speed of getting food. Twice through drive, and once through the lobby since my last review a month ago.
Consistency seems to be better in my experiences recently. I do have a couple questions.
When ordering a 10 pc of your new chicken bites do you only get two sauces regardless? Can you get all sauces if available if someone asks? I have ordered to get all the sauces when this new chicken bites launched and recent when they came back and I seem to not get all the sauces.
Also. The hidden valley ranch sauce with fire sauce is the contents supposed to be separated and the ranch congealed at the bottom? Majority of the sauce container was oil. As I stirred it well it just smelt off and rancid to me so I didn’t eat it but the Diablo honey sauce was amazing.

Apparently theobby closes 4 hours before the store actually closes. Not the first time I've showed up and they locked the doors early or pushed us out even though other customers are in there. Less than 5 minutes after 9pm, could have just let me place an order to go like I was going to do anyway. No point waiting around in a drive through when these idiots can't take a verbal order to save their lives, only way they understand what you want is if you use the self ordering machines. There's plenty of you working in the back and 2 cars in the drive through, you were not to busy to take a single order.

We ordered our food and got it. We get home take out the food and go through it ( this is the 3rd time we’ve tried this specific Taco Bell) this is the 2nd time we ordered cinnamon twists, we order 2 AND NEVER GOT ANY and this is the second time we’ve gotten them and the first time we didn’t get them either. Food is always wet and soggy, and the total for all the stuff even the nonexistent cinnamon twists was $50! The soft shell taco is almost always wet, but when it’s not it actually tastes pretty good. I wanted a Dr Pepper so I got one at the soda machine and it was SO watered down. This place I don’t recommend, if you do end up getting it don’t be surprised if it’s not good.

Ordered from app at 715 with an order expected time for 21min for delivery. 2 hrs later no food. Called the store they said nothing they could do. Manager was super rude and not helpful at all. Said nothing he could do. Asked if he could cancel the order and refund me. He said no door dash had to. Called door dash they said taco bell took order nothing they could do on their end since I paid taco bell and did it on taco bells app. Ended up getting the order cancelled at 930 magically. Normally don't do reviews but the way the manager refused to help in any way and was so rude was just crazy to me

Service was good. Went at 3p so no wait. However, this is my second attempt here. Food did not taste bad but I ordered chicken taco the first time and I counted 3 tiny chicken "cubes" so pretty underwhelming. So just tried again and they gave me beef rather then chicken. So ok mistakes happen but one more time the taco "filling" and that is a stretch was anemic to say the least. Paid $12 for 2 cinnamon donute holes and 3 tiny anemic tacos. Won't go back again.

Ordered breakfast before 11. Employee said they wermt doing breakfast. They canceled our order and didn't refund it it was 7.85. We then reordered from the lunch menu and they credited what we paid towards that. Sure the place is new, clean and fresh with its atmosphere, but the food sucks.. so far no matter if it's a quesadilla or a burrito or a taco when they put the sauce they glob it.. so one end of a burrito is straight sour cream while the other is the cheese sauce, or the middle of the quesadilla has sauce oozing out messily but the end pieces are dry. They didn't seem to train that the sauce goes throughout the food item not just in one glob spot...the staff is mediocre. A bunch of high school students that just don't care. For the prices it is not worth coming to this new location

I have tried to give this a chance, they are a new place with new staff that are learning. But EVERY single time I have been there, they have forgotten MULTIPLE items. Just beware, if you plan to spend 20-30 dollars, be prepared to receive 15-20 dollars worth of what you ordered.

Placed order around 8:25. Sat in the lobby and watched as workers blared personal music in tandem with the restaurant music while playing around, taping fire sauce packets together, showcasing their message creations to other coworkers. When we got our meal around 8:50 we were missing nuggets and sauce from the order. Finally got them around 8:55, then before I could take more than 3 bites of my food, the manager told us we had about 10 minutes to leave. She told us it was a safety issue for people to be in the lobby after a certain time and I explained that we spent over 20 minutes waiting on our food and the order was messed up too. At this point, we were the last ones in the lobby and kept noticing workers staring at us and giggling. A few minutes later they sent a young man to tell us we needed to leave. Another girl walked past us, apologizing and began wiping the table in front of us. She kept looking at us, then her coworkers in the back and giggling. We felt very disrespected, disappointed in our food, and left in awe of the lack of customer care, especially given the situation. I left incredibly infuriated tonight and likely won't be back.

This place needs to do a better job I've eaten here 3 times since they opened and the first time my food was extremely soggy and cold, I wasn't upset about it because they just opened and still we're training. The second time my food was ok but not good it was still kinda soggy. Then tonight 12-27-24. I ordered food again and my order was completely wrong and looked and tasted like it had been sitting out for awhile. Extremely soggy. I am from the state of Washington and I recently moved here, I love Taco Bell especially their chalupas so I was excited to hear that they just opened a new one near me. I have been in Wisconsin for 2 months I haven’t had Taco Bell in 2 months! So I was thrilled. I ordered my usually 2 beef chalupa supremes, as I opened my first one felt that the shell was pretty hard, I saw that the shell has no seasoning on it. I used to also work for Taco Bell/KFC back home so I know how they’re made. I thought it was just that one chalupa but nope. I swear they just put the shell in the oven which is NOT what we would do back home, we would fry the shells with seasoning 😔 which made the chalupa shells soft but perfect to the touch. I was so disappointed ☹️ the taste was so plain and it was crunchy. 🫠 I am very disappointed and I will not be going back to that Taco Bell what so ever bc of my damn chalupas 😔 I really hope you guys can take accountability for this bc it’s a disgrace to Taco Bell ✋

I highly doubt that this location or any location for that matter deals with their app so it’s unfortunate that corporate would let you guys twist in the wind like that. Spent an hour in the drive thru last night. Just to be given the wrong food and a big helping of bad attitude. I’m not even exaggerating. What restaurant manager would think that was acceptable. I guess I could have just left but once you’ve ordered your stuck in line no matter how long it takes. You can’t even eat your money and leave. Probably should have a team meeting about rolling your eyes at customers when they have been waiting so long making the customer feel like they did something wrong. Best Taco Bell 🔔 period. It's so good, I will not go to any other Taco Bell location, any longer! This location makes the food perfect, it's fresh, & everything is accurate. The people are super friendly. Although my review score does not reflect this, the only negative i have to say about this place is: • for a newer place, you would think you would be able to order on the Taco Bell App - you can't. • Also, your hours posted online (on any search engine) do NOT match you actual hours posted in your store window. You should probably get these two things fixed, as it is costing you review points.

I don’t like to complain about restaurants but went here today and my tacos I ordered were really greasy, and the chicken quesadilla didn’t have the sauce they put in it. Overall the food was good but just way too much grease. It soaked through the wrapper onto the other tacos. The quesadilla was just chicken and shredded cheese. But I will give them the benefit of the doubt because they’re new.

I heard a customer complaining about the restaurant while in line, but other than one item that wasn't in our order, so I had to make a trip back to the counter, it was pretty darn good. They've only been open a week and some of these kids are working their first job or at least their first fast food job. Working fast food is not as easy as it looks or sounds especially when you're watching the line grow. Give them a break people! I think they did amazing for being new at their job.

Highly anticipated having Taco Bell back in town, and it did not disappoint. Stopped in for lunch yesterday about 1130am, went in, ordered my food, back outside in my truck within 10 minutes. Staff was prompt, polite, courteous and the food was fresh and hot.
To ALL the people complaining about wait times at the drive thru and what not, don't go back then, but no reason to give it one star just because you are too lazy to walk inside and order your meal. People have anxiously been waiting for this to open, so yeah it's gonna be super busy for awhile, especially the lunch rush. If you are in that much of a hurry, leave earlier or plan better, it's not their fault you can't do either.

When we pulled into the drive thru there were at least six vehicles in front of us so I thought that it was going to be awhile before we got to our turn to order. I was very impressed with the people that were working because it took a lot less time than expected. They were moving the customers pretty quickly because it wasn't more than three or four minutes and I was placing our order. We got up to the window to receive the order and were greeted by a very pleasant and friendly worker which was another surprise. Usually when a place is as busy as they were the workers are stressed out and tired but I have to give the young lady praise because she was very courteous and professional. I have always liked Taco Bell but with the service that I received I am definitely going to be going back and getting the double bonus of good food and great service.

I have been way more excited for something new around me for a while heard Taco Bell was going in and was just waiting. I worked all day and came home and thought I am going to Taco Bell. I looked online and it says open until 1 so I decided to go. I was going to order inside since I haven’t been to one since moving to Taylors Falls 4 years ago. I decided to drive there parked walked up to the door as they were locking it at 8:55pm and the door says daily until 9pm. The website has wrong hours and the door does to it should say before 9. I have been in food for a very long time and would never lock the doors before closing time and would reprimand my staff for doing so. I just ended up with the usual fast food as always. I was excited but not so much anymore. I just ask you change your website times and keep does open until the time says. Thank for reading my long review.

Our family was so excited to try the new Taco Bell in town! The line was long but it moved quickly. Staff was kind and professional. Food was fresh and order was correct. We will be back!

Was super super excited for a closer T-Bell to open and they definitely lived to the hype. I tried to go yesterday but it was late and the line was long but I didn’t hold that against them. Went today (day after open) and the food was great, service was perfect and even though the line was still pretty long, it went fast and organized. Taco Bell- welcome to the area and take ALL of my money.

These people should know better. This is a small town Wisconsin Taco Bell. Just open app and it's been anticipated for a lot of months so of course, you're gonna wait in line, don't give it one star because you had to wait. Maybe you should have thought that you should have waited. It was the best Taco Bell that I've ever had hands down. So kudos to you. Taco Bell in saint Croix falls. And forget all the other haters that don't wanna wait. They're probably have blue and white plates and are from Minnesota. Anyway, so let him go back home. That's all I have to say about that

Been sitting in drive through waiting for my food for over 30min! All we see from the window is like 7 workers standing around talking doing nothing!!! If you want fast service this is not the place to go!!
