I was doordashing two orders and it took me nearly 2 hours to receive my orders. So many people came in after me and got their orders. I was the last person to get my orders out of a lot of people. They seem to pick and choose orders they want to do first. They also seem to prioritize the drive thru. So many cars went by while a bunch of us was waiting in the lobby. The workers were slow paced and one worker was telling everyone what to do and seemed to be doing everything. I heard some agruments in the kitchen. They were getting mad at each other. One of my deliveries ended up canceling her order because of how long it was taking.

Worst service imaginable the girl at the counter said her name was Tabitha and worst person ever she deserves to be fired I was on my lunch and absolutely starving and I had to wait 30 minutes leaving me with 10 minutes left of my break so I was in a hurry and had no time then come out and says we will not be serving my food because of my name claiming it’s a slur which my name is Nygard which is a Norwegian name and I feel like discrimination shouldn’t be tolerated and she doesn’t deserve to work there also she didn’t give me my money back I had to go back later to ask for my money back and she finally gave it back so not only did I not get my food I had to finish the last 3 hours of my shift starving because of her and I hope this gets to whoever is higher up and the she loses her job or if she is a manager she deserves to be demoted atleast

Garbage service
Taco Bell in Stevens Point and Plover blacklisted me from deliveries after I put them on blast for how absolutely filthy their restaurants are in this area. Their futile efforts to hide the mismanagement of their business locations here on US 10, division Street and Plover Road result in this humorous calamity. I no longer eat at these merchants and they've also lost access to one of the best dashers in the area.

Terrible. 2 orders, before 6pm on a Thursday. NOT BUSY AT ALL. Freeze machine out of order. Nacho fries cold. Asked for a taco without lettuce (for a child), and of course it came with lettuce. Even said no lettuce on receipt. Gal handed my soda out the window - lid not on correct and covered in soda. She got visibly irritated with me when I handed it back and asked her to fix it after it spilled all over me (she initially broke the lid when putting it on). Both my hands were covered in soda. I asked for extra napkins to clean it up. She slammed my bag down on the counter and rolled her eyes as if I asked her for a million dollars. This is the worst taco bell location you can possibly go to. First, it is always disgustingly dirty. I went into the bathroom to find a pad on the floor and when I came back 3 weeks later, it was still there. Second, the workers are very rude and will get angry with you when you ask for your drink. The wait for food is often 10-15 minutes even when you place a mobile order. I ordered a taco without tomatoes (As I am allergic), when I opened it there was tomatoes. When I went up to the counter to ask for a new one, and I had to wait for 5 minutes for an employee to talk to me (I ended up just yelling into the kitchen). I explained the situation and the employee just said, "What do you want me to do" and walked away. My last experience at this taco bell was when I went there around 1:00 A.M and went through the drive through as the lobbies are closed. My friends and I waited 30 minutes behind a car at the screens and eventually just left as the line was not moving. We went up to the car to ask how long they had been there and there wasn't a person in the car, and it wasn't even running. This Taco Bell is honestly the most disgusting fast-food place I have ever been in, the employees are incredibly rude, and the food is normally cold. Do not go here.

I have only gone to this location several times because it is close to my home and my work, so it is convenient to go to. After all these experiences there, I will just be driving to the other one on hwy 10.

This place is hands down one of the worst fast food places I've ever been to in regards of what I receive everytime. My order is inevitably incorrect 99% of the time. I ordered 2 bean burritos with sour cream and extra onions. It was around 5:45 pm and I am guessing they were low on beans. I am not joking that there were beans in half the tortillas. Was so awful.. Typical Taco Bell nothing wrong with the ingredients, It's a fairly up kept and clean but it's the service at this location that needs some tlc given to the workers in their training. There is no reason to just throw ingredients in a bag and call it a burrito, I personally will never go back to this location seeing as it is the only location in the area that tends to mess up the simplest item on the menu. After the bars me and my boyfriend got some Taco Bell. I ordered a steak power bowl which has always been good in the past. When I opened it, there was a tablespoon of rice, about 5 pieces of steak, and the rest of the bowl was lettuce. I payed $15 for essentially a bowl of lettuce that I didn’t even eat. Very disappointed in the experience I had at this location. I understand it was later in the evening (around 1 am) but I still expect the same quality especially when they’re open until 4 am.

Everytime i go to this tbell somethinf is either wrong or off, this time was no different. My wife's quesorito was just a burrito, didnt have any of the fixings in it as one would. The floors, counters, and everything in the "restraunt" was dirty. It looked as though no one cleaned all day, members of the staff were presumeably under the influence, and every soda in the fountain machine was empty excluding mountain dew. I asked the worker at the counter if knew it was out and he replied: "yeah, i havent gotten to it" and walked away. I thoughy okay cool, he's gonna go fill it. No. I waited the almost 10 minutes to get my food, and still nothing. The woman who handed me my food was extremely rude, and essentially threw my items on the counter, yelled my name and walked away. Ordered $10 worth of food and they charged me another $25 of someone else’s order. I thought it was strange they didn’t give me my debit card back right away but when they did they didn’t give me a receipt. I wouldn’t have noticed how much they took out of the card if it weren’t for my purchase notifications I receive on my phone. I went back within 3 minutes and they told me to dispute it with the credit card company, I insisted they reverse the amount of $25 which they ended up doing but were refusing at first. The food here has always been sub par, it is Taco Bell after all, but it is getting worse. The steak quesadilla was overdone with hardly any steak in it at all & the cinnamon crisps had zero flavor and have an off putting crunch that seems really wrong.

I don't expect a lot from Taco Bell, but come on this is really awful!

These guys are always great. Order food on the app. Tell them when you're going to pick it up. Pick it up when you tell them. Enjoy. Not like the McOthers who take your mobile order and make you wait 10 minutes after you've arrived to get it.

I have never gone inside. The food is exactly what you'd expect from Taco Bell.

My only complaint is the drive through is very narrow and can be hard to navigate with a big vehicle.

Every single time I order or get something here it's VASTLY different from any other taco bell location and not in a good way. It's so bad. Lying to customer about having items, charging them for it, and then giving them something that doesn't even remotely resemble what you asked for is ridiculous. Consider closing this location it's been like this for years..

The food was what I expected, but there were several things wrong with my experience at this store. There were no napkins in the dining area. They were very short on sauce packets. When I went to order my food there was no one at the counter to take my order so I had to use the kiosk next to the counter (which in itself was not a terrible experience, but you still need a person at the counter). After I ate I used the restroom; in the restroom the one automatic soap dispenser was not functioning and there were no paper towels in the one automatic paper towel dispenser. I left the restroom and was going to talk to a manager, and still there was no one at the counter to talk to. I called the store after leaving and talked to the manager to tell him about my experience. He said they were a bit short staffed and they going to "get on it".
Don't get me wrong, though - this is Taco Bell I'm talking about. I don't have super high expectations, but I do have some minimal expectations, like making sure the people making the food can properly wash and dry their hands after using the toilet. Short-handed or not, these basics are the bare minimum you should be able to expect from any restaurant.
