Came in on 8/15/25 around 230pm. The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting to begin with. Then ordering my food workers were hovering and throwing things at eachother. One couple left without getting their food because of the nasty envronment and childish acts going on in the back. Most of the tables had food all over them along with the floor. Traffic was back up for awhile. Just a disgrace to the franchise hiring kids to run a fast food joint. Never coming to this location again.

Literally walked in to use the kiosk August 5, 2025 at 1045am and the older man behind the counter told us that we shouldn't eat there and should go to a Mexican restaurant down the road. Service was absolutely unacceptable. The staff were incredibly rude and acted like I was the scum of the earth for ordering a box. I waited 15 minutes for the person in front me to get food, before waiting 20 for mine. I understand that it takes time, but watching the bag that has my food in it be set on a counter for 10 minutes before being handed to me is insane. The kitchen staff got into an argument with the service staff who was working the window, and it was incredibly unprofessional and inappropriate to use the language that was being used in front of customers. The parking lot was absolutely disgusting, which is unfortunately a very common occurrence at the location. Signs were flipped over in parking spots, glass could be seen in the parking spots, overall disgusting and unsafe environment.

Canceled walk in order after waiting 50 mins. Got attitude about canceling as well. Not sure what the issue was as one of the two employees that where there had time for a 15 minutes vape break, and a whining session with a car in the parking lot. I was told I had to use the kiosk to order in the building and I immediately reacted with I will be going someplace else. At that moment an employee stepped up and volunteered to show me how to use the kiosk and I was grateful for him to step forward. I have been here on multiple occasions and every single time at least one part of my order was completely incorrect. Crew that was working was completely clueless, only one car ahead of me in the drive through but waited several minutes before they even took my order. Pulled up behind the only other car and then waited almost 20 minutes before that car which had been sitting at the window when I got there finally got their order. Once I got to the window the older gal working had no idea what I ordered. I had to reconfirm my order several times before she finally got it right. Sat there for another 10 minutes before she finally poked her head out and asked if she had given me my order yet. Why would I still be sitting there if she had given me my order. Sat at least another 10 minutes before she finally gave me my order. Then when I mentioned how long it took. Probably close to 40 minutes at this point she gave me a bunch of snarky attitude. When I got my order home it was obvious that it had been packaged, unpackaged and repackage several times with many of the items falling apart. Everything was cold (I live about 4 minutes away) with scraps of ingredients mingled in the wrappers that were not ingredients to what I had ordered. Now I've been going to taco Bell most of my life and I know it's reasonable to expect taco bell and most fast food restaurants and their employees to be somewhat inept from time to time but this was the worst fast food experience of my life. Had the gal apologized for the delay I wouldn't get to worked up about it but for her to give me such an earful of attitude was ridiculous.

I haven’t gone to Taco Bell in two years because it is knowingly not good. I thought I would give it another try today. We R through drive thru & Ordered a bean and cheese burrito and the Bell grande box. Inside of my taco was just liquid goo. My fries were so old that you could not even chew them. They were like jerky, and the gordita thing was so hard and old that you could not chew that as well. I went inside just to see if I could get some fresh fries didn’t bother with the other stuff. I waited at the counter for five minutes while everyone looked at me before actually being acknowledged. I asked the lady if I could get fresh fries she went to the back to go ask, and I heard them cursing and yelling. While waiting, I noticed a guy that was working I think slicing something was very aggressive slamming things angrily and then took the bag that he finished putting together and shoved it in an older ladies chest. The lady proceeded to come back and tell me that I would be two minutes for fries and I said that’s totally fine thank you. The guy kept slamming and throwing things around. The older lady was scared to walk over to him, after about five more minutes of waiting he then yelled at me to go throw away my fries that I was holding and I told him I was fine no need to be rude, I will throw them away on my way out the door. He then threw down what he was doing and said I’ll get your fries and he went into the back and got my new fries threw them in a bag. The older lady came up to me, apologized and gave me a ticket for a free taco which I told her I do not want because I won’t be coming back. I told her that I would be reporting him, there is no need for him to be aggressive or rude and she said that he is like that every day and I said I am very sorry that is sad.

THE WORST TACO BELL EVER
Ordered take out, super slow, the restaurant was dirty, behind the counter in the kitchen was even worse. The food packaging was all gummed up with sour cream etc (see photos) on top of that, the food was cold.
One small piece of chicken in the cold chalupa. Also when we were getting in our car a worker was putting a box of fries in her car. Super sketchy and gross. 10/10 do not recommend and would not return.

Of the three people working, two were on break and the other one was outside. The dining room ice maker was not working and the counter guy didn't inform us of this and since I normally don't put ice in my drinks I didn't find out until I started to drink that my soda was warm. The restroom was very dirty with no paper towels in the dispenser, there were plenty all over the bathroom floor, and a roll of paper towels on the floor and leaning against the urinal. The dining room was very dirty and everything I touched was sticky. If we hadn't already ordered and paid my wife and I would have left. So disappointed with my family's experience today for lunch. There were two kiosks by the door being used by the only two parties that were there before us. We waited for quite some time to use one and not one worker came out to the counter to take our order since the kiosks were full.
Once we ordered there were 3 to 4 more parties that showed up. The people that ordered after us were the first to get their food, then us, then the party before us. It's like they were making their ticket orders by the order they were coming in, not first in first out. It was hard finding a table anyone wanted to sit at because all of the tables were dirty and had crumbs all over them. Food was a rip off!!! Ordered 2 Chipotle Ranch Grilled Chicken Burritos through drive though. Got to my destination and started to eat. Both of the burritos had a small chunk of chicken in them. instead of the chicken strip that was usually in there. The pieces were less than 1 inch in size. If you were out of the chicken let me know!!! Just don't fill the burrito with lettuce and sauce and kick it out the door. I love Taco Bell as a brand but this specific location is having a hard time preparing food. There has been multiple occasions where my burrito isn't cooked all the way and the cheese isn't melted inside and if the cheese in it isn't melted inside what else isn't getting cooked or reheated correctly. I also ordered a chicken quesadilla the other day and it was the only item I ordered and it wasn't even cut. When I order fast food through the drive-thru it means I can't sit down and eat my meal inside so when I'm on the road I expect my food to be edible in the car and having to rip apart the quesadilla on the road was kind of an inconvenience. This location is really struggling I don't really recommend ordering you food here you're better off going to the one by the campus or the one in Plover.

I ordered through Urber Eats. This is my sixth order with them. They will never give you a sauce your beverage. If you get a Freezy will be half full Taco Bell don’t care Uber eats doesn’t care.

Was dying of hunger wife and I were talking about Taco Bell the day before so it sounded good, but... This was not so good My burritos were cold.. The taco was good service was quick but now I know why cuz the food was cold and wasn't feeling too good the next day and not like the usual not feeling well from Taco Bell feeling...

We asked for mild sauce & received hot sauce instead. No biggie. Also, we were a bit disappointed that we only got a half of cup of cheese for an order of nachos.

Staff is somewhat short handed so they seem to have difficulty watching the front counter. We put our order in at the kiosk but only had cash so we had to get their attention. Before we went to pay someone else had wanted to order and left because they didn't see her.

They said that ran out of beef, I still wanted a taco. So the lady asked if I’d like chicken. I said sure and got this dry, rubbery chicken, and got charged an extra 4 dollars just for the chicken on top of the 8 dollars for the tacos. Worst 12 bucks I ever spent. Never going back
