I love Taco Bell in general, but I gotta say, I really like this location. The drive thru staff are always super friendly, in a good mood, etc. But not like, suspiciously or obnoxiously disingenuous people pleaser type of personality one runs into often in these situations dealing with corporate chain employees. I genuinely always get a good vibe. I don’t usually write reviews and I certainly wouldn’t go out of my way to do so if I didn’t notice myself feeling good energy every time I go here in a notable enough way to post this. Just hoping to return the same vibe back. :)

Would give 0 stars if I could. We don’t order here often but when we do our order is wrong every time. The customer service was horrible this time. First, it was extremely hard to hear through their speaker at first, when I got up to the window to pay I had kindly mentioned it was hard to hear, the guy seemed to have an attitude about it said okay and then slammed the window shut. Ordered 3 crunchwraps and some tacos, and only received one crunch wrap. I did go back around to explain I only received one. The lady on the speaker was raising her voice at me and kept telling me I grabbed the wrong order. I tried explaining several times everything else in the bag was correct, I was just missing two crunchwraps. She just kept yelling that I took the wrong order and that I never should have took that bag which I found odd as they bring your food to you in the drive through. Lastly as a fast food restaurant, I feel like waiting 25 minuets for your food is a bit much. Hopefully something changes with this place. Won’t be giving this place another try anytime soon.

Drive through order and they forgot my verde sauce for my cantina burrito ( the exact same thing happened last time I was here) I drove around back to the window sat their for a minute or two and no one comes to the window, so I drove around again and parked. Went inside stood their for 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged me even though they saw me , I told them I didn’t get my sauce he hands me a packet I say thanks, didn’t even apologize for the error. I get in my car start driving away and realize I didn’t get my nachos either, oh and when I was leaving the inside of the store another customer was waiting forever by the front and the Taco Bell guy says “ you have to order by the kiosk” in just a rude manner. Now when I go to Taco Bell I don’t expect outstanding customer service but I do expect to not be treated like garbage and also should get what I pay for. Won’t be back for a long time.

Ordered at the kiosk, waited for almost 30 mins and no food. Customers that arrived after me were getting their food so I got really irritated and asked "Hey did u guys get my order from the kiosk?". When I gave them my name a lady customer said "it's right here" cause the employee was looking in the computer like a dummy. Finally was able to grab my food that has been sitting on the counter for 30mins... uggghh!!! I was so irritated. No communication whatsoever and all it would've took is for them to say my name or even acknowledge that I've been waiting there for a while and asked me. Btw thanks Maggie the customer that solved the mystery of my missing food 😊

Multiple times I have ordered ahead more than enough time to get my order done and I still wait 20+ min for my order in the lobby. They ignore people at the counter so you can't even ask for a status on your order. I wasted my entire lunch break today and didn't even get my order. I didn't even have time to get another lunch somewhere else or I would have been late to work. They are so slow!!!! Will never go there again! When I called to complain about it they hung up on me and then keep their phone off the receiver so I couldn't even call back!

My friend and I went threw the drive through, waited for 5 minutes, then decided to just go in. But the doors were locked!! So we went into the gas station to go into Taco Bell, ordered on the tablet. Then went to the bathroom in the gas station. When we went back out, the gas station guy said we couldn’t go in that way and have to go around. So we go around again and it’s still locked, but no one is there until we pull through the drive through by the windows. And she said that our order was coming. And then went by the door. And the lady was talking to the gas station man, I’m thinking she told him to tell us that. Your smoke breaks should be one at a time ladies. #givememyfood

Went at 4:45 on 6/18/2025. We ordered from kiosk in dining room to eat in. We waited a very long time. While I was waiting a shorter gal whom I assume is the manager is barking and yelling to the two gentlemen working with her. Her tone and demeanor while talking to her employees made me cringe. She was clearly stressed and cannot handle pressure. After enduring this for too long I stood at the counter for 10 min ignored, to ask if they may have forgotten our order? The young man tried to find it as the manager came up yelling and annoyed she was being bothered. Turns out they gave my order to the wrong person, so they had to remake. I sit back down to her loudly complaining about remaking it. She loudly complained of the customizing we had on 2 burritos. "WHY CANT ANYONE EVER ORDER ANYTHING NORMAL"?
We finally received our order and the young man apologized. The loud mouth said nothing. I get that mistakes happen and im not even upset about that part...this manager or whatever the hell she is, should NOT be anywhere near customers nor in a managerial position. No wonder why there is employee turn over. I couldn't work for her for one second. It took everything i had not to give her a piece of my mind, bu I knew she would take it out on those two gentlemen working with her.
** The franchise owner really needs to step up and read ALLL these reviews. Those boys would have made better managers no question.

Horrible experience every time we go. Once we sat at the speaker for 5 minutes waiting for someone to take our order, no one came so we drive around and saw everyone standing around having a conversation. If you can get someone to take your order, the odds are it will be wrong. Or you will be asked to pull forward and wait 20 minutes for a couple tacos. Sometimes they are so understaffed (which I understand is an issue) but they have the drive through open sign on, and when you go to the speaker, they say they are only taking door dash orders because she’s the only one working. She was very rude and snippy when we couldn’t understand her the first time because she was talking so fast. There has never been a single time where i’d say I was satisfied with the customer service and/or food. Don’t waste your time, there is multiple other (and better) fast food options in Sturgeon Bay.

Super disappointed with the lady taking orders tonight. I was not aware they were *only taking online or delivery* orders when I pulled up. I was told this was the case, so I logged into my taco bell account and created an order online asap. Took me maybe 3 minutes. After I announced politely that I created my order online I was told it would be at least 20 minutes for them to receive my order. I was upset. I likely said that it would have been nice to know that it would take that long before I went through the process. I suggested that maybe i could pull forward and tell them what my order was so they could make it and I was then told to pull forward and to "lose the attitude". What?! I'm not some punk. I'm 50 years old and was polite. Absolutely unacceptable. The guy working the drive thru apologized and he took care of things. First time I've ever been moved to share a review like this.

I get that it’s late at night especially on a “holiday weekend” but to get this from a “crunch-wrap” is completely inexcusable, not to mention my whole order was completely wrong. For one, what is a drive through for if you attempt to go through it and the drive thru people claim that “Oh you need to order online” even though the store hours claim to be open until midnight and I got there well before closing. If someone is really not going to take the time and effort to make a quality product whether its the beginning of their shift or towards the end of their shift, said person does not deserve to be working in an industry that serves the public, I will not be going back until things improve, and if this is the kind of quality that this location deems acceptable I advise others not to eat from this establishment either. On a side note, this is also the third time ordering from this establishment that my order has been screwed up in the last couple months alone.

I had placed an order to dine in on the order kiosk and had ordered a large Pepsi. They called for me for my food and I saw a large soda sitting on the counter next to my tray. I assumed it was mine cause there wasn’t an empty cup or anything to fill my own cup. I proceed to hear one of the lady’s screaming in the back about people stealing sodas from door dash while looking over at me and she did this multiple times. I was too scared to walk back up and say something because of how much she was yelling and upset by the situation. Horrible customer service and assumptions.

The customer service sucks here! I waited for 15 in the drive thru I already ordered ahead of time on the app and wanted to place another order and the lady(which I’m not sure was even a lady)at the speaker and window told me that I would have to drive out of the line and order again if I wanted to order something else. I informed her that there was already three more cars behind me and said no I still can’t help you! I will never be coming to this Taco Bell again. I recommend going to another establishment then ever coming here. like the Arby’s next door.

This may be the worst Taco Bell ever. If you can even get service, you might get your food within 45 mins. I waited today at the drive through menu for 20 minutes and gave up. There was only one car ahead of me and they were waiting for their food that whole time. This is not the first time I’ve waited for an unacceptably long time. Last time I waited over 45 minutes for my food. The staff is rude and don’t care about their jobs. They also never get our orders right. I DO NOT recommend this location to anyone. Pulled up to the drive through. Nobody in line. He said they had an Uber eats order they needed to prepare. Ok I’ll wait a few mins. 15 minutes later I say. Hey what’s up it’s been 15 mins and I’d like to order. He said the uber eats orders need to be made first..I was sick of waiting and left. This Taco Bell has serious issues. The dining room has been closed for at least two days now. I went to go into the dining room yesterday, saw the sign it was closed, and left. Tonight I pulled up to the drivethru which had 4 cars in front of me. 1 pulled off after about 15 minutes. The next 3 cars appeared to be huge doordash orders. I'm not sure what the deal is with the dining room but the drive thru is not made for this. After 20 minutes I get to the speaker to place my order, i'm asked "do you have a door dash order". When i said no they told me to hold on a moment and now ive been sitting here at the speaker with no cars ahead of me for a full 10 minutes now. This is terrible. Why even be open??

I can’t believe I’m writing a review for a Taco Bell, but here we go. We’ve been waiting for our food for 45 minutes and still haven’t gotten it. Our critical mistake? Ordering ahead on the app. Already paid for the food, so we’re fools waiting. No apologies for the wait time, a curt “pull ahead” once we finally got to the window and were handed our drink. So now we’re sitting at the back of the Taco Bell, hoping we will get our food.
All that to say, whatever you do, avoid this place.

I've been to many Taco Bell locations, but this one truly stands out for all the wrong reasons. Despite the numerous negative reviews, I've given multiple chances and hoped for a better experience. Unfortunately, the customer service is always terrible. Employees lack basic manners; I often receive my food with barely a word exchanged, and their attitudes clearly show that they'd rather be somewhere else. I usually go after lunch when it's not busy, yet the food feels hastily assembled and reheated. The drive-thru experience is rushed, making me feel like an inconvenience. Management really needs to step up and address these issues, as this location clearly needs improvement. I understand everyone struggles and has bad days, but this seems to happen every time. It's one thing to hate your job, but you should still show up, do your best, and respect your customers every day.

My go to Taco Bell. J-dog makes it so welcoming. He has impeccable service, always cracking jokes. Gave us an extra Cinnabon delight, as they usually only come in two packs and there were three of us. Please don’t fire J-dog!! He is our favorite worker!

Never had a problem with the food itself pretty good Taco Bell overall but they’re almost always messing up something small with me. Ask for extra napkins or hot sauce and never get them. We drove out here from Chicago and stopped her to eat after a 4 hr drive. If I could give 0 stars I would I couldn’t believe the level of disrespect we received from the 2 immature workers here there were 2 ladies and one male working and the male was very nice but the women. from the minute we walked in we were given an attitude and they were turning away customers who does that this establishment is loosing business because of THEM.this place was dirty and has stuff all over the place and YES I will be calling corporate tomorrow I don’t care about there personal issues that made them think it was ok to disrespect me and my family no one deserves as a paying customer to be treated this way SAVE yourself time and do not EVER go here and eat!

Gotta be the slowest Taco-bell I’ve ever been to. The lady who is delivering the food did raise the middle fingers to someone else I am guessing not to me. I was frustrated that my order wasn’t ready in 20 minutes and from the language of the lady who told me to pull up without any direction. I cancelled the order and the refund receipt didn’t match the original receipt. For Taco Bell reference, the Order number was 349967 placed on 9:35 PM on 10/21.

Even though I put my order in via the electronic screens, making double sure to ask for beans and no dairy, 3 out of my 4 items had dairy and 2 had meat, and I ended up taking a bite out of one item, I really worry how this will work once taco bell introduce their fake meat!

Very disappointed today when we received our order. Very stingy barley any meat in the tacos. No napkins asked for sauces received zero. I have had a lot better meals from here. If this happens again lost my service. Also, the app tells people you’re open til 8pm. Why is it closed around 7 pm when you put your order in online you go pick it up. Then you’re closed. If they’re gonna close early cause of being short staff or not carrying about their job. Please find away to link the time for closing early on the link.

Terrible service. I doordash, they closed the lobby at 7,no signs up, doors still unlocked, get upset at me for walking in an open door, then I'm routed to the back of the drive thru line to pick up the doordash order. They are setting increasingly lower standards of service

Approached door. Lobby closed. No sign explaing why. Employee then opened door but didnt even acknowledge us. Counter person didnt acknowlege either. Eventually gave us kiosk ordered meal is if it was a big imposition to drag her away from drive thru. Forgot drink cups. Forgot sauce with order. Just close this place..............

The past three times I've gone, they've been closed early. What is the point of Taco Bell that isn't open late night. I complained and they threatened to call the cops on me. Just stop going here. Maybe we can get something better... what fast food does SB need more than Taco Bell?
Update 5/17: Received an email for 2 Free Combo meals for them being closed early. I went in tonight and Tom wouldn't honor it. Seriously this place is trash.

This place is the WORST! The daytime crews are fine, but I have refused to go to this place after 4pm or so for a couple years because the night crews are so BAD! Can't get orders right, moves at a sloth's place, and they DON'T CARE. It takes them 10 minutes or more to get a simple order out, they won't prioritize, and they're super rude and snotty. Now I'm delivering for doordash. They were going to make me stand there for 30+ minutes waiting for a simple 2 item order. I already had someone else's food from the Arby's next door (who does understand customer service). The orders are supposed to be ready when we get there (or within a couple minutes). I couldn't stand there and let the Arby's order go bad while trying convince them to get their heads out of their backsides. I had to cancel the order, which not only effects my rankings in the app, but worst, someone had his dinner cancelled. I used to work at one of these places in high school. I could run the line 10 times faster by myself. There's no excuse for their horrible attitudes and lack of work ethics. I told doordash I won't take orders for that place after 3 or 4pm anymore, and they should seriously consider dropping them from their site. WHY can't I do ZERO stars here?

Our food was hot and fresh; it hit the spot for our taco cravings. The staff are always excellent. Truly the nicest workers we've encountered. They greet you with a smile and even when you get parked for your order, they apologize for the wait. Never had an order wrong here!

Got to the drive threw with only 1 car and waited for about 20 minutes for the car in front of us to order and then waited another 20 min before we could order while people were going in and out and they got there after us. We got up to the window to pay and the girl had an attitude with us then sent us forward. We waited for another 20 minute before we got our food and when she brought it out she couldn’t even look at us. This is why there should be more than 2 people working at a time. This whole situation was ridiculous.

Went just before 10:21pm and was informed at drive thru they were closing soon and unable to serve me. When i asked why they were closing early as their hours state 11pm i got no answer. When i spoke with a few other people this seems to be something that happens often.

Ordered through the app, and the staff accepted the order. Called AFTER our order was placed and was told it was accepted and they were making it. Then we called 40 minutes after the order was supposed to be delivered and was told someone from door dash picked it up. Called and spoke to door dash and was told they never received a delivery request for the order. Called Taco Bell back to ask what happened and was told there is nothing they could do, and that I needed to call the app for a refund. Since the store accepted the order and it says in progress in the app, we can’t cancel it or get a refund. Seems like a good con.

I want to thank the two girls that were working today. Especially the girl at the register! By themselves I would like to add. While the person I believe is the manager was outside smoking. They were super busy and handled it amazingly with a smile on their faces. Even while dealing with an outrageously rude customer who was obviously messed up in many ways. Thanks for being so sweet and amazing!!!!

4 cars in line, took about 20 minutes to get through the drive thru. Got our meal and it was the wrong order, in fact everyone got the wrong orders because we all turned around and came back. They couldn't even run my credit card right. (6 people working that night)
I get it, it's taco Bell, but comparing it to others I've been to, that was the worst run out of all of them.

Not sure if this place is actually open.
Stopped in for breakfast at 900. Saw a few cars in the drive thru. Pretty sure I heard someone talking, but didn't actually see anyone. I had a quick appointment just down the road, so I left and came back 20 minutes later. Stood there for over 5 minutes while my girlfriend was getting gas, called out for someone several times, never saw anyone and left. No cars in the drive thru this time. I wouldn't have checked reviews before going to a taco bell, because its taco bell, but nobody seems to have much good to say about this place.

I wouldn't know about anything. Say you are open until 10pm and you close at 9. Really 9pm on a Saturday!!! Most Taco Bells in the world are open until 2am. At least stay open until What time you say. Take some management classes from McDonald's across the street!

Our experience was rather poor. Our online order got lost. The help didn't know anything about the online app so finally the manager came up and just gave us the food on a promo. The app does not seem to be user-friendly.
