Sitting in the dining room and the employee's are dropping alot of F bombs and using quite a bit of profanity, and saying how someone is "going to get cut up", seems awfully unprofessional. To be cussing that much and that loudly where customers can hear every word.. No paying customers should have to sit and listen to all that while they are sitting inside eating their meal. I've never ate at a place where I had to hear that amount of unprofessional language out of an employees mouth in my entire life.

The staff has never been rude to me at this location, and when I get what I ordered, it’s generally good (though this last time we visited, my beefy 5-layer burrito barely had any meat).
However, we can’t ever seem to get home with the full number of items we ordered. We’ve had this issue with both drive through and pickup over the past year. If you visit this location, don’t leave before counting what’s in your bag.

I ate in and ordered off the kiosk. I selected Dine In, but my order came in a bag anyway. Then I asked for a small glass for water, and was handed a super size 22 oz type 5 hard to recycle glass. They need to make at least some attempt to help the planet. Food was okay. Order otherwise accurate.

Walked in, average day. Order at kiosk. Notice staff talking loudly (not to me) about some staff training video. Bad language and bad attitude directed towards video. Children present in lobby. Just kinda cringe to see grown people talking like that within earshot of a kid. Felt bad for the parents. I guess this is the typical 2025 taco bell experience....I wish the manager of this location the best of luck.

Due to the contact less ordering, there isn't anyone manning the front counter. They have an online order pickup stand, either they don't use it or are always late with the time estimates as the food was ready 5 minutes after the estimate.
As for the inside, I think there are limited staff responsible for the dining area as there were dirty tables where customers left garbage.

I've also begin to question the ability of the staff at this location to count the number of items correctly. Missing another item from delivery. This time it was another nacho fry missing. My 5 layer burrito tasted terrible. Beans were dry and also they replaced a Baja blast with a strawberry freeze inexplicably. Does this location need help from a team of therapists? Maybe the staff needs to go back to rework elementary school courses? I'm really not sure, but we're going to go under cover and investigate. Stay tuned.
Edit 2/2025 Another terrible order. This time delivery. It took over 2 hours to arrive. By that time we had gone to bed. One of the items was a steak quesadilla with like nothing inside it. This location is still a complete joke. I don't know why I get food here. I feel like next time will be better, but it just always sucks.
Edit 9/2022: Another awful experience at this location. A few days ago, placed a pickup order in the taco bell app and paid in full. Upon arrival, I'm told that there's a balance due. Turned out the app only deducted $1 instead of $3 for a reward I had for $3 off a purchase of $18. Instead of acknowledge the error in the app and fix the problem, I was scolded by the manager who is extremely rude to both her customers and employees. On my previous visit she was loudly berating an employee for calling in the previous day in front customers in the lobby. I had to argue with her to fix the problem and finally after about 20 minutes of being made to feel like this was my fault, I finally got my order for my family. This location's atmosphere is purely toxic. I can't stress enough how rude this manager is to both the staff and customers.
1. My beef burritos had a pathetic amount of meat on them. Like a tablespoon of meat.
2. Ordered a bean and rice burrito and a beef burrito for my son and got 2 bean and rice burritos.
3. Ordered a chalupa, hardly any meat...all lettuce. Shell was stale.
4. Ordered nachos bell grande, it was literally all tiny chip fragments with a pathetic amount of toppings.
No one at this location answers the phone. This was the worst taco bell order I've ever seen. It almost feels like we were being pranked on a hidden camera show or something. Had to contact @tacobellcare on Twitter for a refund. This location is a total joke and it's clear the ownership doesn't care at all. I would suggest that this store be avoided at all costs. I've had orders messed up too many times here and this was the last straw. Bye Sun Prairie T-Bell.

Don't order from here. Especially delivery. I've ordered from this location 3 times. Every time I order, they forget sauces. How hard is it to put sauce in a bag? Will not order from this location again. I tried to call to rectify and the manager hung up on me instead of taking care of the error. I should learn my lesson and not order there Taco Supremes at this location. Every time I order them here, the she'll is always cracked in a couple of places when I get them. I personally think they either receive them cracked and never refuse the orders upon receipt, or the employee's don't care if they break when filling them. They need to handle them with care more. I decided last week I will not go to this location again. This location next to Walmart in Sun Prairie is the only Taco Bell I receive my tacos shells in pieces.

03/23/25: I'm editing my review because our visit tonight was a disappointment. Reading the most recent reviews, our experience was that of the same. It appears this location is supporting a minimal customer experience and quality. With the prices these days, We'll just go elsewhere.
01/01/25:Taco Bell is Taco Bell. Whether it's hit or miss, the food is always satisfying. NYs Day this group of workers made our evening. Great customer service, excellent communication and efficient service.

Employees rarely engage with customers even when trying to ascertain information. The wait times for food are always long. Orders are frequently incorrect. My wife went to pick us up a 12 pack of tacos...6 domino's, 6 soft shell and all were supposed to be supreme. We got 6 soft shell and 5 hard shell and 1 domino's. None were supreme and 2 of the soft shell and 3 of the hard shell tacos HAD NO MEAT! I of course called and the manager (Vincent) that's what he said his name was. He was super not helpful and wanted us to drive back from Marshall and get new ones lol. Like I am driving 45 minutes to get more food I don't want. Lol. I own a small business....and that ain't how you stay open folks. Ridiculous.

Wife ordered something from straight off the menu- shouldn’t be hard to make.. when we get home, there’s no meat in the taco. We drive back there and some guy claiming to be the manager toyed around with us about compensation for making the wrong order. This has happened multiple times at this location, management ALWAYS has poor customer service and never makes things right. Their staff has gone seriously downhill. It also seemed to me that the manager enjoyed inconveniencing us and making us come back.

Unfortunately they forgot two of my hash browns so I had went inside to get them and one lady on the food line was like mad that I was asking for them.?? She kept rolling her eyes at me. They also messed up both of the burritos we had ordered but I didn’t notice until it was too late.
And honestly the hash browns were so bad and thin that it was not even worth going back in especially to be given so much negative attitude.
If you don’t like working in food/ customer service then just don’t. Im not the one who got the order wrong.

Missing/incorrect order - Poor customer service.
Mostly, order is made incorrect or items are missing or both. If you call to report incorrect/missing items, they make you feel you are lying. They argue that they made order right, and do not apologize for their mistake.
Check you order for completeness and correctness before leaving or eating.
Many other friends had same experience at the location.

Service was absolutely terrible. We waited at the front counter for 5 minutes before my friend had to yell at them 4 times to get their attention. They then accused my friend of putting hair in her food when she has black hair, and the hair was blond! All because she had said she had ordered her meal without sour cream, and asked them to remake it. I came in to use aa e-gift card, and proceeded to stand there for 5 minutes just for them to tell me they didn’t have a way to take the gift card # and pin. Employees are rude, stressed, and overwhelmed. My order has literally never been correct. In the 6 years I've lived in Sun Prairie, I've been here maybe 10 times, and each time either some items are missing, something is just plain wrong, or I've gotten someone else's order. When I was there today, I saw a woman complain that her order was missing items and staff was initially dismissive. Another person complained that she had been waiting 20 minutes for a door dash order. The door dash driver was yelled at by employees for inquiring about the late order.
Anyway, it took me about 20 minutes to get my order, which ended up being incorrect anyway when I opened it up at home (at least you're consistent). I can take fast food being a bit slapdash (it's Taco Bell, that's part of the "charm"); but this was not fast and the staff was openly hostile to customers. Whoever owns this franchise needs to be a tad more active in managing their location.
Oh well, see you all again when I decide I hate myself enough to get Taco Bell!

Regularly order takeout from the app for lunch. Always ready by the time I get there and food is always tasty… I remember one time I accidentally ordered lunch here when I was in Springfield MO. Don't go here. They're nasty and rude. Nothing was cleaned properly. The tables, floor, and counters were gross with a residue on it. There was food all over the kitchen floor they were stepping on and kicking around. Ordered my food they ignored me never gave me my food I waited 25min. I want my money back for my meal and I want an apology.

When I approached the Drive Thru after placing an order on the website, I was greeted with an automated message asking if I was picking up an order from the app. I don't usually reply to automation so said "Hi, I'm here to pick up an online order for __________." A woman said "So, is that a YES, you are picking up an app order?" She was short and rude with me when confirming my order details.
When I got to the Pick Up window, I asked the young gentleman for the name of the person who was just speaking to me. He said "Uh, I don't know her name." I saw an older heavy set woman (without a name tag) behind him who I assume was the lady who greeted me.
The food was okay. My taco appeared to be thrown halfway in its wrapper, but was filled well and tasted okay for the price.

Danielle R answered the drive thru with a "ugh another customer" type of attitude, very brief too. Never used manners and made me feel like I shouldn't be there and that I'm an annoyance. Then just assumed I didn't want my receipt and I had to ask for it after she tried to instantly close the window after handing me my food without saying anything. Not even an "enjoy". Even made me regret saying sorry for not realizing she was trying to hand me my card, which it wasn't even for long, maybe 2 seconds at very most, but most likely not even for a second. All my food was just tossed into the bag as well and my taco came unwrapped and some of the chips spilled out into the bag as well. She was clearly the one who bagged the food as well since she had gloves on where she didn't when she took my payment.

This place is top of the list for being one of the worst fast food chains around DO NOT SHOP HERE the past 4 times I've went either they've been extremely stingy or they'll give you the wrong item and be snarky about it i ordered the new cantina chicken taco this is what u get for almost $4. Top it off they didn't even give the salsa packet won't go here again

The people who work here are very uneducated and behave rudely and very arrogantly, as if they are all bosses, besides, delivery is either from the seaside 9, then you need to go inside, then they close the doors at 21.45, then 22.00, it’s not clear at all, no one knows I recommend this place... very rude staff

One of the most accurate taco bells I've been to. Our order is complicated, but never once has it had a mistake from this location. I have been going to this Taco Bell for nearly 20 years... Hard to believe they've managed to maintain this consistency.

Staff is friendly and helpful, and we always have a good experience here. It's a newer restaurant, which is also nice. Their morning opening hours can vary, so check ahead before stopping over.

Ok,I know I should have made real dinner for my kids but I decided to offer a freebie for fast-food for my three kids. I placed my order online 40 minutes before I picked it up but still his taco bell just got my entire order wrong resulting in very upset children who are now hungry way past meal time and now I have to make an entire fresh dinner or risk going back and getting more food that the kids didn't even order for the second time which obviously could become a third or fourth time. They got too much wrong for second chances and current prices are absurd. Taco Bell clearly isn't paying these people enough.

Worst Taco Bell that I ever visited. Just ordered Chalupas through drive through and 2 of the fire sauce packets were already opened. It spilled out and messed up my hand. Not sure if this is some kind of prank they play on their customers

We stopped going here about 3 years ago due to the horrible service....loud management yelling at staff, no one checking to see if customers were waiting in line (while you could see them in the office), closed during business hours, lobby doors locked, etc. FINALLY went back as we saw that they did a remodel and thought we'd give it a shot. Walked to the front doors. Locked. During business hours. No sign on the door. Never again. I legitimately do not understand how this location stays in business.

Went through the drive-thru bout 5 min ago. And not only is all of our food underfilled, they literally did not care whose orders was whose. I had my uncle's burrito, my grandmother had mine and I had my uncle's steak grilled cheese. Overall unsatisfactory.
Edit: For anyone who's wondering we couldn't check the labels because they didn't write down what the custom items were. I got a 5-Layer with no beans and Extea Sour Cream. They didn't write that down. And my grandmother had it.

Wish I had the option of putting ZERO stars, I almost never post reviews this is just ridiculous, the lobby was already closed at 9:15, it says 10 on the door. Somehow the door was not latched properly so I was able to walk in. I mentioned the door seemed jammed and politely offered advice as I build homes and remodel for a living. I was met with the most disrespect and just total rejection to my suggestions even though he didn't know what wd-40 was. He said the door was locked, they couldn't serve me unless I went through the drive through, I was already inside, there were other people eating at a table. So I asked what's the difference if I order right there quick versus going back out, waiting in the drive through even though the lobby is supposed to be open till 10. So I got Culver's instead. The only reason I even stopped was to help a family across the road to help a family push there vehicle that broke down on the exit ramp stoplights to O'Reilly auto parts (like half a mile) so thought I would get taco bell. I will not be back!
