The service at the superior wi Taco Bell is awful! I had ordered 1 week ago and spoke with a manager about the rice in my burrito being rock hard. Then my boyfriend went back tonight to get a new order and include my 2 burritos. The young lady working the drive through with tattoos on her arms (I didn’t get her name) is awful. She constantly has an attitude and is super super rude over the drive through speaker! They were giving my boyfriend a very hard time about replacing my order. The rice was still rock hard on my tonight order. My orders are constantly being messed up, the chips and cinnamon twist almost always taste like chemicals, the chalupas are almost always stale. In general the service and food is trash!

I am a DoorDasher and had two DoorDash orders that I had to pick up. I waited for 25 minutes and my customer ended up canceling their orders. What a waste of time. I have been in the food and restaurant industry for a long time, and that type of service is unacceptable. They only focused on Drive-through orders, and somebody who had ordered to eat in waited 20 minutes for their food.
Another DoorDasher had waited for even longer than I had for one burrito, and they’re customer ended up, canceling their order as well. I recommend if you want Taco Bell Go over to Duluth. I will not be accepting any more orders from this Taco Bell. Their workers work at snail pace. Again unacceptable gain of work ethic. If

I usually like stopping in at this location but today was not a positive experience. Several people in line unhappy about service before me, once I got my order in I watched people that came in after me get thier food first and we waited over 15 mins for our order (we were dinning in). The floors were very dirty with wrappers and napkins all over the floor and the tables were not much better, we had to clean our table off so we had a clean place to sit and eat. It did not seem overly busy that these things couldn't have been addressed. Food was fine once we got it. Just disappointed I guess since this is not that old of a location and usually it is a decent experience.

Horrible. Worst Taco Bell in the Twin Ports. Got the special box. The nacho fries were cold. The Employee asked for fresh fries to be made and have us old mushy ones. The chalupa shell was as hard as a rock. The beefy 5 layer burrito was pretty much just sour cream rolled up so that was cold. Ordered TacoBell in app for pickup in Superior, WI. Picked up order, got home, and the main item in order was missing. Which does happen. Called store, and they told me to come back and pick up item. Which I did later (had to run to grandsons Bday party, so could not pick up missed item right away.
Problem here, is that because of their mistake, I had to waste gas/time and go back to the Superior location. Where all TacoBell did was replace the missing item THEY forgot in the first. They, TacoBell did nothing to make right what they did wrong here.

I was actually surprised when I went there around 10 at night. The food quality and price was expected, acceptable quality for amazing value. The customer service was normal for a night shift, welcomed but not welcoming, polite but not talkative, sold but no upselling. Definitely wouldn't go back FOR the night crew but would go back at night. The surprise came from the damn near spotless lobby and clean and tidy back line. People notice when the floor in the cooking area is littered and nasty and this one wasn't. The lobby could've been the lobby cleaning of only when the GM is working. And that is something every customer appreciates. Thank you.

This taco bell is amazing. I've had drive-thru service with them as well as Door Dash service. The employees are so friendly and considerate. I had my English Springer Spaniel with me on one of my drive through visits and the kind lady asked if he could have a people food treat. Of course I said yes, and he LOVED it. (Their chicken is delicious) Ordered Door Dash last night from here and that order was satisfactory as well. They put the sauces in a separate bag and labeled that on it with a cute little smiley face. It's obvious to me the employees here enjoy their job and have excellent customer service skills. Keep it up Superior Taco Bell. You're doing great. And your prices are amazingly affordable as well. I cannot say that for any other fast food restaurant in Superior as their prices are extremely outrageous.

Been here 3 times and it's always a little different. Sometimes the food is a little cold or takes longer. This time my food was hot, fast, and fresh, but they gave me a mountain dew instead of coffee and cinnamon delights instead of a hash brown.

It is consistently a lil cleaner here than the one in Duluth, and less busy too.

Like all TBs, it's super cheap 💸 and the purple 😈 aesthetic is pretty lit. The music is mostly generic pop from the last few years. If you're lucky, they'll play the occasional alternative, something funky, or maybe Doja Cat? Thank Satan there's almost never country music. 🙏😺🕉️

I have been to this Taco Bell about 5 or 6 times since it has opened, and everytime I have been my food has not been made correctly. I have a severe tomato allergy which I tell to the person taking my order. A few weeks ago I order dinner for my family (5 people) Guess What!!!! Tomato was on every piece of food that was ordered that normally have tomatoes on it had tomatoes including my. So while my family had Taco Bell for dinner, I had chips and dip.

I went through the drive-thru yesterday, I ask for no tomatoes on my food ( yes told them about my allergy ) and no lettuce on my daughters food. I finally got food with no tomatoes! however the chalupas I ordered were hard on the bottom and chicken was cold and hard. My daughter had a quesadilla combo and her taco had lettuce on it.

When I got to the window, our freeze's had stuff running down the side of both of them. A straw that is wrapped in paper touch the cup and the cup was sticky it tore the paper on that straw.

I have been a Taco Bell person forever but I think I will trying Taco Johns next time.

This place is the worst, I door dash and have picked up food for my family. I’ve been told the drive through is too busy so they won’t do my door dash order, I’ve had cashiers who confirmed my mobile order, then just stared at me didn’t ask me to wait didn’t tell me they’d call me when ready just stared like I was the idiot standing there.

Location, dining room, and parking area kinda cramped, although not near as horribly so as the newest one in Duluth. When we went to this Taco Bell it seemed like most of the didn't want to be there, and didn't want the guests inside the restaurant to be there either. One kitchen staff member was very audibly swearing despite at least one family with children being in the dining room. The staff also rather abruptly, and quite curtly said the dining area was closed in early evening (y'know like about dinner rush?) despite no notices on any doors about the lobby closing earlier than the "11pm or later" listed on the door. The app was still allowing pickup orders and said nothing about hours changes. The food was good within the Taco Bell standards, but the service was EXTREMELY lacking on our visit. Worst experience at a Taco Bell in a while.

Several times we went to Taco Bell here and every time there were messes up or forgotten items. We would order steak chalupas and get chicken, we would get cold stale chalupa shells or we would be told the items were unavailable after it was wrang up and handed to us. When we would make our complaints they used to fix the problem. One day the manager was there and he said we just can't seem to get anything right for you. The staff is unprofessional and sarcastic instead of being helpful.

Most recent we went in and ordered a beef and bean burrito. My guy took two bites of the burrito and realized it wasn't made right. And so we went back to have it re made.

Ok so against my better judgement I ordered from this taco bell on a Sunday. It was around 2pm and it was a mobile order. They did not have even one car in their drive thru when i pulled up and no one was sitting inside. I DID NOT modify my food beyond replacing the beef with steak. Upon pick up none of my tacos or burritos had steak and in fact my two burritos were just filled with refried beans and cheese.
To make this taco bell even worse I also deliver food for a 3rd party company. I've gone in there 4 times since my own order for deliveries and TWICE I saw that workers had made mistakes in their taco builds, they walked over to the trash can by the drive thru register, scooped off their mistakes into said trash can and then went back to the line and rebuilt the taco. I waited 37 minutes for our drive-thru food . i had a relatively small order but they asked me to pull around to the front and wait period 20 minutes after my order time i gave up and went back to the drive-through because they wouldn't answer the phone and the lobby was closed. Once in the drive-thru, they told me they were sorry and they had my order and to please pull a head to get it. There were two cars ahead of me and they didn't move for almost 15 minutes. Eventually I got to the window and was given our food. It was ice cold and Soggy. What a waste of $17
