Went here the other night and the service was terrible. Ordered 6 standard things and it took 35 minutes to get my food. There was 1 person in the lobby ahead of me and 2 cars in the drive thru. From what it looked like there were 6 people in the back working. I've never waited this long for food from a Taco Bell.

I arrived at the busiest time of the day and the drive thru was backed up and the inside was packed. I still got my food after the longest wait. The workers looked stressed but glad they remained calm. Congrats. Ice machine was broken but they still offered ice. Food was hot, clean, and super delicious.

Went there to pick up my order due to the door dash didnt have the correct address because on there site its a wrong one
So I called the store and asked them if they had my order and they said yes and I told the manager since door dash cant find you I will be on my way. So on my way my order was canceled but I still went there. Once I got there I approached the counter where a female came up to me and asked me what do I need I explained to her that I called and would like to speak to a manager she just starred at me and said k and walked away from me so I stepped to the side because someone else came up to the counter and some other guy came up to the counter and asked what I needed and I explained again waiting here to talked to the manager and this guy literally said okay whatever like really no need for the attitude. So the manager came up to me and I explained who I was and I was the one that called and the manager did a great job. But the other employees the mean mugging me and the way I was treated was uncalled for. I was polite the whole entire time not once was I rude. So going foward like location i will never be coming to again n will never recommend someone to come here.

Very bad service at this location. They seems to always be out of menu items at this location and it always takes way longer than it should to get your food. I'm not proud of this but I love taco bell and visit them often and the last time I went to this location what sounded like a very young boy and girl refused to take my order. Said I was being rude when all I did was ask why it took so long for them to take the person's order in front of me. There was one person ahead of me in the drive-thru and it took over 5 minutes for them to just take their order! Even if somebody was training or the place was jam packed, how could it possibly take that long? Looking at other recent reviews there seems to be a clear pattern of children messing around or avoiding orders at the drive thru window. If you like taco bell its worth your time to drive 5 minutes south down 1-64 to the Pewaukee location. Different ownership better service and you will probably get your food faster.

When you come here make sure you add an extra 30-60 minutes to your schedule. This place is never fast and efficient whoever manages this place should be fired. Waiting in the drive through time and time again is just absurd. As I stated before whoever is the manager should be replaced. I hope they're also reading this review. Cooperate should be involved at this point. I get a few times but it's literally every damn time coming here during my work lunch break that's maybe once every other week. I think I'm an idiot for coming here at this point.

I go here often to grab food for work. Today I overheard a worker say very loudly “How can people order 6 items all for themselves, that’s disgusting.” Pardon me? Maybe that’s someone’s breakfast, lunch, and dinner? And to say that loud for the entire restaurant to hear is disrespectful. Shame on you. Whoever this was that was extremely embarrassing and I hope management's has a talk with you.

I’ve been coming here every week for a few years now and this place has for sure improved. They have a new person in charge of this store which seems to be pretty good. They get pretty busy tho during some lunches but A LOT of dinners too. If you go with intentions of “fast” food, expect to have a little longer wait times but the food once you get it, makes up for the time. I see everyone here tries to make sure the job is getting done as smooth as possible, given that during 11am-12pm is the busier lunch and 5-7 is the busier dinner rush. I’ve been apologized to for the long wait times due to big door dashes that cannot be controlled when they come in. I’ve witnessed a couple door dashers who just walked out because they didn’t want to wait. I get it, but with more people coming to these fast food places then there are workers and with the bigger orders that are put in, they should be given a little extra patience.

The best Taco Bell I have been to I got hot food at Taco Bell for the first time in years the service was great had to wait but they were very busy didn't wait very long just a few minutes the orders were going out the windows non stop I really thought it would be a much longer wait I am still shocked that as busy as thay were my food was very good and HOT if you like Taco Bell you will love this one and the workers very nice a lot of times when a store is busy the workers can be let's just say not nice but all were smiling and do the job like that really wanted to be there definitely recommend this Taco Bell

This location is SO MUCH BETTER than the one on County Line Rd. The service, food, and CLEANLINESS of the place was just night and day above what I experienced at the other one. KEEP IT UP!!!!

I'm telling you; customer service, true to form customer service is dying off everywhere. It seems like everyone is ok with it. I am not. My money goes to those that show me they want it. The guys working drive-thru here get it. They treated like a friend would since my first visit. I hail from West Bend, two Taco Bell locations. I recommend neither one. The one in Sussex though? Usually they give good and speedy service, and i appreciate that! sometimes my orders get messed up here and there but everyone makes mistakes. the night time service on the other hand is almost never good, especially tonight. i sat in the drive thru for about 5-7 minutes and no answer, not even a “can you hold for a second”. so even though i saw online they don’t close until 12, i assumed they closed early. yet, i drove past and saw an employee just chilling on the drive thru window. unless there was something else going on i didn’t know about, that kind of service is terrible.

THEY DONT HAVE THE BREEZE PART. approximately 10:15 on 4/21 I just wanted some nacho fries… I ordered the largest one cause i’m fat. However they gave me it with MEAT. To be honest, I’d usually give them a 5/5. They’ve got some really great friendly employees. But those great friendly employees don’t make up for some of the others. There’s one specific employee who ‘banned’ someone from this Taco Bell for pretty much “hurting someone’s feelings”. This person was a regular paying customer who goes in a lot. The fact that they were banned is embarrassing for this Taco Bell location. If your manager gets offended by kids being kids, I’d question what type of leader they are. Especially when they make a young employee inform that person they are banned.

Been going here for more than 4 years. We eat here once in every 2-3 weeks. Food is almost always good and served hot except cheesy fiesta potatoes. Employees are always very friendly and nice. Had a bad experience 2 days ago so writing about it. We ordered 3 cheese quesadillas for my kids with extra creamy jalapeño Sauce. We were given quesadillas with no sauce. Obviously the employee who cooked it did not read the requirement properly. He probably read it as no sauce. So we went back to drive through and asked that fresh quesadillas be made with creamy jalapeño sauce . manager told the employee to give us 2 cups of jalapeño sauce and asked us to eat the old quesadillas. They were already cold by then because of huge line in drive through . The employee was very courteous and noticed that we were disappointed . Obviously we threw the cold quesadillas and went home and cooked something else for the kids. Some are just bad managers. They just lost a long time customer.

We ordered 7 layer burrito…yea we got it only it was 7 layers of AIR!!
We or power bowl and container was only 1/4 full of food I can’t believe paying $7 and they have to skimp on rice 🙄🙄 terrible portions every time we order it feels like we paid $$ to get tortillas with dab of sauce 😬

I heard from someone at their corporate office that the dining area inside is closed is due to all the cockroaches running around inside. They still want to profit regardless of any food safety. This is hearsay so I cannot confirm it.
