The food was delicious! We ordered a taco combo, cantina quesadillas combo, and nachos belgrande. Everything was made to order and hot. But the tables had not been washed, and they had no forks!!!!! How do you serve food and have no forks???!!

I hate to say it, but as a Taco Bell connoisseur I was distinctly disappointed. My Crunchwrap was underwhelming and underfilled: we asked for extra beans and got less beans. It was mostly lettuce and tomatoes. The place was clean though.

I ordered a chili cheese burrito and it was barley full it had no stuff in the top and of the burrito my aunt and uncle ordered a chili cheese burrito and a cheesy potatoes and there were terrible the other chili cheese burrito was not filled and flat as a pancake and they got someone in the drive throughs order wrong too the were not friendly and it was dirty on the inside

This restaurant has switched to all kiosk ordering, and it is not helpful or easier for customers or employees. It would have taken much less time to walk up, look at a menu and order, all with the assistance of a cashier. It is NOT customer friendly and in fact is alienating.

Very little sitting room and the store is modeled inside to go but the layout crowds everyone so you are in the way of each other. The real bad was the tacos themselves. The shells of the tacos were all in pieces so each taco we had was more like a taco salad. You can take better care when assembling and packing in a bag so that the quality is there. Unfortunately this taco bell does not do much very well, Our kids love taco bell, just not this one. For the price you should get better.

Monday July 21st, 2025.
My husband and I went through the drive-through. Our order was simple I think. McKenzie seemed bothered by the way her body language showed. When we got on the road, I got my soft shell taco. The meat looked unappetizing and little to no cheese. They forgot or they took off my steak quesadilla that we ordered. My husbands chicken quesadilla had chicken on only 1 side of his wrap and way too much sauce on it. We never had a problem before, just really disappointed with how the food and service was. We will not be coming again..

Stopped here mid road trip and felt I had to leave a review. The staff was friendly, generous with our order (no skimping here), and seemed happy to be working there. The cherry on top that made me want to write a review was the cleanliness of this location and the employee that took such ownership of their job making sure the people that stopped in felt sanitary. I didn’t get their name but I hope they see this and get a promotion.

I always order takeout. The last few times the hard shell tacos are not good. The bottom of the taco shell sticks to the wrapper which makes them fall apart and hard to eat. I think they either make the shells thinner or the beef filling too juicy.

We ordered the strawberries and cream Freezy and the strawberry freeze was not in it. when I asked the staff about it, they said that it was not working but 10 minutes prior when I got my food. I also ordered a strawberries and cream Freezy as well as just a strawberry one, and it was perfectly fine. instead of telling me, it was broken. They just gave me the blue raspberry one. This location is a roller coaster in terms of quality. Some months it’s great and others not so much. As of recently it’s been a low. Bad ratios, wrong orders, cold food, and old/crunchy rice. The most recent incident being a case of a poorly made order. The workers don’t seem to read the details, if I ask for something to be adjusted it never is.

The food was great. It was delicious and made quickly. The staff was busy cleaning and fixing furnishings in the dining area of the restaurant when we arrived. We waited at the counter for some time before someone acknowledged that we were there. When they came to take our order it had to be cash only. They claimed the computer was only hooked up to the self service kiosks for debit cards. I wanted someone to take our order and let me pay at the counter. Kiosks are very impersonal. I recommend giving customers a choice as to how to order and pay.

There are lots of reasons the parking lot is always empty while fast food location next door is packed. Last 3 times here have had horrible service at this location. Staff refuses to take your order when dining in so you are forced to use self order kiosk which is not user friendly. They don't have the option to get your physical receipt. Food was delivered on dirty tray. Soap dispenser inop in bathroom. Etc, etc. Ownership needs to take serious look at how location is mismanaged and it is probably not the young people at the counters fault.

tell me how yall got all but one order out of 4 wrong. asked for a steak quesadilla, got a chicken one. asked for no tomato on dorito locos, got tomato. asked for no beans on a burrito, got beans. the only thing yall managed to get right was the loaded nachos which were an absolute mess anyways. not to mention everything was repeated back to us at the drive through correctly. no receipt given and when we tried to call to tell them they got our order wrong, no answer. out of like 5 calls over the span of 15mins no f-ing answer. when we were there it was not busy so i don’t see any excuse for this. DO BETTER !!! and for any possible costumers reading this you’re better off going somewhere else. edit: we also requested sauces and didn’t get any.

Not enough bad things can be said about the Tomah location. A screw up here and there is 100% normal but going there 10 times and having it wrong 8 times is not ok at all. IF the food was correct, at least that would be the good part because it would taste good if it was right. Even though a couple of the workers are friendly (literally two of them) the actual service is horrible. Orders are wrong, even after repeating it the orders NOT properly marked when asked and are marked wrong!!! Another thing...Getting no sauce? You might be getting it anyway. Getting sauce? You won't get it or it will be wrong. And why is everyone there trained to put all the sauce in one end of one corner? Three times the tacos were badly wrapped and upside down in the bag, all over the bag! Same with nachos. They were not full and were all over in the bag. They are supposed to open at 7a.m every day but on every Saturday we have been there, they are not open until 9a.m. Even when workers are in there!!! And when asked why, they never give a reason. The inside is rarely clean, even when they are not busy. And the policy is funny about how they can't give a refund. Well... when you get a grilled burrito wrapped up why would you unwrap it just to make sure everything is on it. So...you can't tell it's wrong until after you have eaten it, especially when (as mentioned) sauce is only in one end of one corner! I would be ashamed and embarrassed to have workers like that. But the owners obviously do not care because they make money. Forget Taco Bell, even McDonalds has better workers! We will go to Culvers or anywhere else.

Staff have become 100% focused on drive-thru service and completely "IGNORE" counter patrons. I waited to have my order taken and was never acknowledged, by 6 employees, that I was even standing there. The window employee finally told me to use a kiosk to order. While ordering, the 6 employees finished with drive-thru and were just standing around visiting. Not good!

The tables were not clean almost all of them. The flavor of my burrito was very bland with lots of baked beans and nearly any meat. What happened to this place. Waited in line for 5 to 10 minutes. Which is Okay. Selected order and it was incorrect. The order taker never came with chance to correct order. There were at least 5 other vehicles in line that left because of incorrect orders I presume. The manager said he couldn't serve me because I requested a corrected order. I love to eat taco bell but for the last year it seems like 85% of the time they mess up my order. It's not because it's busy either because I don't do lines. If there is more then two cars in line I will go home without. That being said the last three times I've been there, yesterday being the most recent, my order has been made incorrectly. I tried calling the establishment when I got home the first couple times it happened and there phone number doesn't work. It rings and then sends a terrible loud screeching sound in your ear. I tried for four days to call them but always the same. Last night when I stopped to get food for the grandkids n I, I informed them that their phone didn't work and they said they knew that but most stuff was done online so it wasn't a priority. I, being an older women, doesn't really care for the internet because I'm not very efficient in it as of yet. So I explained what had happened again with my order and they agreed to replace my last order. So I paid for all the food except for my meal. However when I got up to the window they had forgot some of the tacos that were to be in it and they also made them incorrectly. When I told them I had not ordered the supreme taco combos but just the regular ones, because my grandkids dont like tomatoes or sour cream, and this was before i even was handed my order because they ask when you pulk up to window, "That was the order with the two , three taco supreme combos right." I said no I just wanted the plain tacos and she acted like I was a "Karen" and said oh now she doesn't want supreme she wants plain may as well throw them in the garbage!! I said no no that's ok I'll pick them off for them I hate to waste good food. So I kept them and paid full price for what I didn't want anyway, then my daughter informed me as I was waiting for one of the drinks they forgot that I was a couple tacos short from the #6 combos I ordered. One of those being the order that was mine being replaced the other full price. And they acted like it was my fault and made me feel terrible for noticing it. They did get me the tacos though and my daughter was beginning to get very agitated with them, her being 34 and somewhat out spoken I just thanked them and pulled away to avoid any further unpleasantness. When I got home and opened my orders all the food had tomatoes, which I am allergic to, and all had sour cream. My order is always the same the #6 beef no tomato no sour cream with creamy jalapeno sauce and a plain hard shell taco and a root beer. Not a overly difficult order I would think but for some reason it is made incorrectly 8 out of 10 times. Very disappointing and sad but I hate making others feel bad but sometimes insubordination is just someone not giving a damn instead of someone just making an honest mistake. Hopefully this will help your company to better the situation because I am not one to leave reviews at all let alone unfavorable ones but enough is enough for me. The Tomah WI store needs either better training or better management or employees that actually give a damn if they perform their job correctly or not. Just went through drive thru. I was one of the last orders for the night. I ordered 2 taco supremes, a cheese rollup, and a baja blast. My order was initially rang up incorrectly with 2 burrito supremes instead of taco supremes. I came back through the drive thru and the first message I got was they are closing. I said that my order was incorrect. They handed me a new bag out the window. I opened it up after leaving to discover that both tacos were spilled out within the bag. I'm coming back tomorrow for a refund. This is unacceptable.

We spent almost $30 for terrible food. I ordered the Cheesy gordita crunch with no ranch add sour cream and tomato and there were no tomatoes, a huge glob of sour cream at one end, and both the gordita and "hard" shell were like mush, our orders of potatoes were old and the nachos had so many globs of toppings that us taking them out of the bag and opening them immediately they were already soggy. Taco Bell is already not my favorite but it's what was open after 11pm. Waste of money. Drive thru person was extremely nice, upbeat and friendly.

Placed a fairly large order(6 people) on their app for carry out. When we go there the lobby was closed due to short staff so we waited in the drive thru. The car ahead of us got our food and was handed our drinks and must’ve told the employee it was wrong as we then saw the customer then handed the food back. We got to the window and the guy hands us the same bag of food and the same 2 drinks. We informed him we had 2 more drinks and asked for a drink carrier. Never got the drink carrier. We got home and began to decipher what we had because they didn’t mark anything and noticed 4 items were not in the bag. We called them and the guy said “I knew 2 items were for sure missing, but we were slammed so we sent it anyway.” We had to go back to Taco Bell to get the missing items and weren’t offered anything more than those missing items. I understand being short staffed and being overwhelmed, however to knowingly rip someone off is not okay.
