I’ve ate at Taco Bell for forever lol
My complaint is really just that I don’t understand why when I place an order online like 10/15 minutes early and go through the drive thru. For example; there could be just one car in front of me and very few (if any) customers in the actual store but it still takes like 10/15 minutes to get my food?! I wouldn’t care if it was once in a while but my goodness waiting in the drive thru takes sometimes up to 20 minutes. It never used to take this long. What’s the point of ordering ahead of time if it’s never everrrrr ready. Literally has never been ready even when it’s super slow.

Often they close the window without handing me a drink and have to re drive through to get the drink I ordered because they ignore you after closing the window.
Ordered again today, wrong burrito. I called ahead and said I can only refund my money after work now, and the guy was rude and short. Never have good service or food.
The poor Asian lady at the drive through window can’t tell the difference between any of their drinks and has difficulty speaking with any respect to customers. If I could rate zero stars I would.
Please do better. People spend their money and expect what they order without attitude when it’s wrong.

Within walking distance of a hotel. Sweet. Plane got in late. I googled their hours and quickly walked across the parking lot to order before they closed. The lobby was not open. I walked up to the drive through and the lady said at me through the window. "Oh no not another one." I laughed to try to lighten the situation thinking she was unhappy that I wanted food 20 minutes to closing. They opened the window and said they wouldn't serve me without a car. I asked my travel companion to go get our car from the parking lot and they said no. We will not serve you. I said "I can go get our car if we have to." They said "no. You are drunk. We won't serve you." I hadn't had a drop to drink.

Apparently there was a group before us that tried to walk up to get food. (I had no idea) They were allegedly under the influence. We were not connected to that group in any way. The staff was rude to refuse to allow us to get our car to use the drive-through.

Its great to be so close to a hotel, but management needs to have an evening walkup window for the hotel guests. To be so strict with the drive-through policy and so instantly and incredibly rude to a potential guest is extremely poor customer service. I did not want to eat from the convenience store adjacent to this Taco Bell, so I ate nothing for dinner.

I came to this Taco Bell at approximately 11:30 pm after a scary movie that I didn’t even want to go to. When I got there the guy was very rude and wouldn’t let me do three separate orders. Then I realized they had chicken on the menu instead of only dog meat. Last time I came here they served me a chicken quesadillas when I asked for cheese only. Anywho the chicken does not come with ranch— this is America people. Then I ordered a Baja blast with mtn dew and little did I know I needed to take the extra time to speak to the rude waiter and get this blended. Also back to the chicken did you know that they had the audacity to put cinnamon on the chicken. My lips burned and by taste buds shook their heads in dismay. Let’s just say I will never be visiting again, sorry Taco Bell it’s not just your fault but also my friends who still believe in you. Even though they run to the bathroom after every visit, I will leave you with this, get ranch.

I ordered a burrito supreme, a cheesy roll up and a taco supreme, along w an icee. They gave me some sort of burrito ( beef crunchy taco supreme ) that was grilled with some sort of sauce that I'm highly allergic too. I went through the drive through and had to go back to get the correct food. The person accidentally plugged in the wrong order ( which can happen, people are human and make mistakes). The young guy at the drive through the 2nd time around started to literally argue w me that I ordered a #3. Well would I really order something that I knew would have me put in the hospital? I think not. We went back and forth at least 10 times. Him telling me I'm wrong. I wouldn't stand for it. They need to teach their employees there to be a little nicer to their customers and not act like a fool. I used to visit there. I will NEVER go back. I know what I ordered. So to the guy who had serious issues today, you need to chill out. Maybe you should find another job where you don't have to work with the public. It's a shame that someone has to act like that. Hopefully it was a one time occurance. I would hate to have someone else go through that, and over a burrito? Seriously????????

I had a simple order that was messed up so I called to have it fixed only to have to wait for someone to even approach the counter when they're was nobody in the drive through and only 2 customers that have already been helped and are waiting as well

This is the third time in a row i have ordered taco bell and they cant seem to get it right. First time they forgot an item, second time they gave me the wrong item, and third time they give me the right item but with a stale as hell taco shell. I will never be ordering from this location again, not a single time have i been satisfied with my order, its just been one issue after another. And on top of all that their customer service is horrible, definitely dont reccomend the watertown location to anyone who wants to get what they paid for and have it be decently fresh.

How come every time I go thru and order my nacho fries are ALWAYS soggy. I’ve worked at Taco Bell before there is no reason my food should be soggy and not fresh. Ordered online before we got there. A few cars ahead of us. Get to the speaker and had to repeat myself that I had a mobile order. When I finally get to the window, I had to say twice, mobile order for Amanda. She shuts the window and walked away. Came back with a bag and asked "to quesadillas?" Um no. She takes the bag back, shuts the window and I hear her talking about my order. Says it'll be a moment. I'm not kidding when i say I was in the drive thru for at least a total of 30 minutes. Finally brings my order to me. I asked if the sauces were in there, she says yes and goes to close the window. I had to quick ask for our drinks. She over filled the cup and put ice (I asked for none).... hands the cup DRIPPING with soda to me. We get home, order looks like it was thrown in the bags and was wrong. I was not about to go back into town. I ordered online for a reason. There was even plenty of workers for once!

I got a party pack from here through the drive thru, and I couldn't believe it when I started going through the tacos....half of them were missing lettuce, and it was as if they did a dash of cheese on all of them and that's it..... where's my cheese?? And when I bit into the taco the meat was so dry, it must've been old or something, cuz I had to use 3 mild sauce packets to make it edible. This is horrible. i understand that they get timed for each customer in the drive thru, but the workers still need to actually pay attention to the order and what is all in it compared to what they put in the bag. because there is no reason for an entire taco to be missing from my order. and this is a constant issue with this specific location. they are constantly either making orders wrong or just completely forgetting things and as a customer, it is really aggravating to pay for something and not receive it.

Went through the drive through with my son. Took 35 minutes to get 5 cars through. Seems as there were only 2 employees working, and trying to juggle the drive through, lobby, as well as make the food. Only one of my three items was almost correct. Two were not what l ordered. The third supposedly was what l ordered but it was supposed to have beef and beans plus a few other ingredients. After the first bite, l took it apart and honest to pete it had 1/4 teaspoon hamburger meat, some nasty fake cheese, and l kid you not, 2 1/2 Cups refried beans. What??? If l want to eat nothing but beans l would have ordered a bean burrito. It had been 15 years since l bought Taco Bell and l did it on a whim as l was very hungry. Well, l call tell you this, it won't be 15 years again because it is going to forever before they rip me off again. I will drive home hungry and have a peanut butter and jelly sandwich rather then eat that pig food again.

Food was good as usual. It was a good thing we dined in and didn't do take out or drive through as a few things were forgotten. Not a big deal. I was, however, a bit put off my appetite by the loud conversation between employees on the food line describing in graphic detail how eating spicy food too late in the evening made them sick and waking up with vomit in her mouth (yes, she used the word vomit). On friday , Oct 27th , around 930pm, my husband purchased some food and unfortunately when he got come we noticed a whole meal was missing (understandable, it happens). I called them to inform them about what happend and I politely asked if I could go back and they could make the missing order and possibly remake everything as it would become soggy, as my husband was going back to get the missing order. mind you , we live on the opposite side of town. of course it would get soggy. The employee rudely said “no thats not my fault” . which I do not agree. they definitely are at fault for missing a whole order. then I asked him what are we to do with the soggy food? which he again very rudely said “he can drive and eat it” . thats where I draw the line. I asked for the manager and he said “I am the manager”. I asked for his name and he said he was “Josh”. I could have gotten over the missing food situation, but a rude employee? never. absolutely nuts of him to say that he could drive and eat it.

Been at this location before and there was someone inside and refused to take orders and even take orders through the drive through and they said they were still open. The same person a few months later wouldn’t accept a taco pass on the app since they said their app “wasn’t working”. Food taste good and is safe to eat, but the people making it are inconsistent when it comes to listening. Have had a number of orders end up with ingredients that were not supposed to be there. And recently the store has been almost constantly closed off from delivery apps, even when the store is clearly not busy. Overall good food, just make certain to double check your things to make certain you got the additions you paid for, and not stuff you specified for removal.

Worst location of any franchise I've ever experienced. Pay for food you don't get? Tough. Want to talk to a manager? Better off asking for a bum, they'd be more professional about stealing your money. Ask for Nope or Yup. That's the name I got.

Avoid. Go to Kwik Trip next door. Haven't gotten a single order from drive thru correct in 3 years. Feedback has never been answered, and according to the manager, area and regional supervisor's contact is personal information.

Look- I'm a reasonable customer but soon as you walk in all you get is a look. That automatically shows you could care less. Besides the fact of not feeling welcomed and just a burden. Every time I come here I'm disappointed. I worked at Taco Bell for almost 2 and a half years, and I understand to an extent how things can get hectic during a rush, but they are never busy when I order and still manage to screw up or just butcher my order. Today, I ordered a deluxe nacho fries box and a 2 chalupa combo and both of the tacos and the five layer burrito were soggy and barely edible. I literally threw out my soft taco after one bite and couldn't get through half of the burrito. The only thing that was done right in both of them was the chalupas. I have done an in-store pickup order twice now, and both times I gave the cashier my name and they stared at me blankly and kept reading a list of names and repeating themselves as I say no, it's Melanie. Both times they have forgotten to give me cups/drinks that go with my order and I've had to ask for them as well. Secondly, the kitchen looked disgusting with food everywhere on the counters. And again, as someone who worked at Taco Bell, I know it can get messy -- but watching them make orders and throw ingredients everywhere, going outside of the tortillas with the sauces, etc. is just unacceptable. Maybe I just have high standards because the store I worked at was well kept and managed, but they followed standard as every Taco Bell should. I've even considered a part time job at this location when I first moved to Watertown, but after frequenting this store, I want no part in that mess. I would genuinely go out of my way to drive to the Johnson's Creek location if it meant they had more attention to detail and a cleaner store.

Waited in line for 15 min at the drive thru. Upon arriving at the order window was told they were now 1 min after closing. Then had to sit in line while the people in front of us got their order for another 10 min. If their food is as good as the service I likely dodged a bullet.

I got a power bowl, asked for no tomatoes or beans, guess what was on there? Tomatoes and beans. Not only that but the rice was only half cooked and was crunchy. Got cinnamon twists, tasted like chemicals… didn’t eat those either. Didn’t eat anything, hope I can leave a better review next time.

If I could give this place a negative 0 rating I would! Whoever the gal was tonight working the drive thru window should be ashamed of herself for the way she talks to customers. Pulled up to the speaker to order she acted like we took up her precious time and got attitude when we asked about an item on the menu. Then we got up to the window I ordered a medium mtn dew no ice and I got ice when we told we asked for no ice.she got really Lippy and snoty and said well I can't take it back and slammed the window and basically threw the second one at us and then basically threw out food out the window at us.
I get everyone has a off night but your suppose to leave your issues at the door when you get to work.
I will not be returning to this location ever again.
My Chulpa was cold my burrito was so dry I could barely swallow it and that mtn dew I asked for well it tasted like alkaseltzer it was horrible.

T&erexwas a very long line when I pulled up for drive thru at 11pm on a Saturday night. The staff working at the time were fast, efficient and accurate. With roughly 7 cars ahead of me, the wait was only 15 minutes ish. They didn't forget the sauce either, and we have plenty of napkins. Great job and thank you!!

They need to update operation hours on the website. My family wanted to get dinner, we came from a good distance away and when we got there at 11pm it was closed. Lights off, darker than dark CLOSED. The store website said it was supposed to be opened until 1am. We grabbed food from Kwik Trip next door. At least they know how to keep a business going..

They hardly ever get an order right, something is always missing, or incorrect. Today I order 2 simple items; Beef Chalupa and Cheesy Fiesta Potatoes. They ask me if I would like any sauces. I said 2 Fire sauce. I pull away from drive-thru, and I have no fork! I walk into the store get a fork. Open the bag at home; 6 Hot sauce, no Fire sauce. This is exactly why they have not seen much of my business lately.

Thursday April 7th on my way home decided to purchase 8 regular hard shell tacos. By this morning had severe diarrhea, gas and belly pain. 12 hours later still filling up with gas and belly pain. To beat all the tacos were only 1/4” thick with virtually little filling. Don’t go to Taco Bell if you want good Mexican food. Terrible job!!!

I guess March madness was carried into April. I don't know if they were dribbling the bag or or shooting each individual taco into the bag before handing out the window. Every hardshell taco was still in shape but cracked and crumbled when attempting to pick it up. I had to eat it with a fork when I got home.

The food is great but how hard is it to remember the sauce?!? 9 out of 10 times there is no sauce, even if I ask when they hand me the food "Is the sauce in the bag"? they say yes, and it's not. Eat inside if you want sauce and take handfuls....for when they forget it in the drive thru.
