I made the mistake of entering the drive there as the lobby was locked. There were 8 cars ahead of me and took 50 minutes to get my order. I would have left but there are curbs on both sides of the lane and had cars behind me. Absolute joke.

I guess it's very difficult to read numbers and verify orders before they leave. Every time we order, we get shorted food. Try to contact TB through the app, no response other than an automated "here's a free item" that is nowhere near the cost of the items missing.

I ordered on the kiosk and while they were making my food me and my friend heard a old white heavy-set guy chatting loudly to his coworkers about how people should stop making up fake names because theyre so damn hard to pronounce on purpose and he was talking about my name clearly cause were the only people and he wagged my food from across the room cause he couldnt pronounce my name. Then later on my friend ordered and one of the coworkers said they were closed (it was 9:00 and other people were coming in) and we have to make it quick because they wanted us out. I do not recommend and I will never go there again, hire more educated employees.

It's Taco Bell. However even though they are open late, the lobby hours only go to 9 pm so if you order online for in store pickup after 9 pm you still have to wait in the drive thru line to get your food.

I came on June 21st just before midnight and went through the drive through. The person on the drive through speaker was extremely nice and got my food out quick and accurately. The nachos were some of the best I've had in a while. After I parked to eat my food, a line of 9 cars (and one bike) started to build up. While I can't say anything for their experience, the cars still managed to get through the drive through quickly. The person who worked that shift, genuinely deserves a raise just for how quickly they went through a line that large especially for how late at night it was. While I didn't take a photo of the food beforehand, I absolutely destroyed the nachos. Plenty of sauce too. I'll definitely be coming back next time I get a craving for taco bell.

I waited at the counter to place my order. Nobody came. Then I decided to enter in my selection on there kiosk. Got done elected to pay the counter. However another guy had walked in waited at counter and just started his order as I finished placing mine. He was still making up his mingle in what he wanted, then to add to it he was on the phone waiting for his friend to say what they wanted. Then the employee goes back to drive thru. So I asked, since my order is placed but I have not paid for it is my order being made up now or does it wait for me to pay. I was told they wait til the order is paid. So not only did I stand at the counter for 5 min waiting on attendant but then I had to wait another 10 min for this attendant to come back from drive thru and then wait for the guy to finish ordering what his friend in the phone wanted. Before my food would even be started. So 15 min of waisted time. Idk how the food is, I decided to leave go to another restaurant where service matters. Good luck. I would not recommend coming to this location, unless you have 15-20 min time to kill.

After 20 minutes in the drive through, I FINALLY got a Cantina Chicken Bowl. There was literally 5 beans ( i counted each individual bean in front on them) and a teaspoon of cheese. As this is the only thing I ever get, I knew these portions were wrong, so I asked them to remake it. Instead of obliging, their "Manager" Tony proceeded to catch an insane attitude, and when I fed it back, threatened to call the police on me. Unacceptable. Don't spend your money here with Qdoba right across the street. Also, as an ex employee, I KNOW this isn't their policy. 0/10 will not go again.

Had a large order as my son and I were picking up food for a larger group. The staff was very friendly and kind. They let us know they were working on our large order and about how long it would take. Only 2 people were working so really appreciated the extra and thoughtful communication. The food was prepared very well with generous portions. They did multiple things during our visit that was above and beyond which was unexpected and demonstrated amazing levels of customer service.

The server who took my order today was disrespectful in the drive thru order window, tried to overcharge me to pay for her own meal until i caught the act and requested she change the order, called me a racial slur I will not repeat at the drive thru window, got every aspect of my order wrong or missing, and there was an unpleasant substance in my pregnant wife's food that made both of us physically ill. We will not be returning to this location again, BUT we will likely be seeking legal action for the awful treatment me and my wife received while we were placing our order. Please do not eat here if you do not want to be harrassed, potentially robbed, and made ill by the awful food and staff provided by this location. Simply intolerant behavior from the drive thru staff.

I know that Taco Bell is notorious for long waits, so I waited in the drive thru line for 15-20 minutes. When I finally get to the window, the girl was really nice and no way is this about her. However, when I did get my food, they not only filled my nacho fries 1/2 way in the cup, but they were cold. Then I get to my taco….. cold. Like it had been sitting on the counter for a long time. Then I resort to the chips and cheese. Well they forgot to give me chips….. I was so frustrated, and I wasn’t about to wait another 20-30 minutes for them to correct it.

DoorDash/Uber Ears drivers avoid this place like the plague! Took 20+ minutes to get me the order and they had all of 5 cars in the drive thru. They did all 5 cars before completing my UE order.
Arrived to pick up an uber eats order. The man, who I’m assuming was the manager was cussing loud enough for customers to hear. When another customer mentioned to the worker “wow your boss is kinda being a dick”, that worker responded by saying “say another bad thing about my boss, and I’ll make sure u get kicked out of school”. I asked the customer if he was his friend and joking around after, and the answer was sadly no. A worker actually said that a customer in this establishment. I will for sure be declining any future door dash or uber eats requests to this location.

Been doing deliveries for 5 years. I order my dinner nightly from whichever convenient fast food line I'm already in picking up food for a customer. It's called multitasking. Financially I can't afford to take a break so I have to sneak my dinner in during a pickup. Needless to say, this is the first time tonight anyone has ever told me that I am not allowed to order my dinner when picking up for a customer. And that I would have to drive around a second time. I let the girl know that I've been doing delivery for 5 years and I order daily from whatever restaurant line I'm in and not once in 5 years has anyone ever told me that I couldn't order food and I'd have to go around a second time 🤦 I've come to the conclusion that the female in question does not know how to ring up an order, and take payment at the window for a said order, while handing off a delivery. It just seems like it might be too much for her to comprehend how it's done. These children they hire are getting dumber and dumber every year, please go back to school, and maybe get a babysitting job because you are not smart enough to work at a low-level teir starters job for children that are a little bit smarter than you.

I have had so many bad experiences here, that I'm seriously the fool for continuing to come back I guess. We have come for breakfast many times after giving up on ever coming during dinner time (because of extremely long wait times and often stale food). The breakfast items are delicious and we truly have had good experiences getting the food several times.
Today finally pushed me to write a review. We waited 10 minutes in the drive thru for 2 breakfast crunch wraps and 3 breakfast burritos. They finally let us know that our food was burned and they were out of eggs. We got a refund which took another five minutes. I'm never coming here again.

Online hours and hours listed on building say they open at 8 am but they would not serve us till 9am. I had placed an order on the app that was confirmed for pick up at 8:25, I called and asked if I could cancel the order and they said no, I had to go through the app. When I tried to cancel through the app it logged me out and would not let me back in. I understand they don’t control the app so I’m not mad at them about them. Ive had to wait here for 45 minutes now because I had paid for the order and at this point wasn't leaving without it. This was by far the worst experience I've had in a drive thru. I ordered the new Cheez It crunchwrap and a cheesy rollup through the mobile app. I waited for my food for at least 30 min before I went inside the lobby to see how much longer my food would be. There was about 4 employees from what I could see just standing around. This is where I was told they were out of ground beef so I could instead get steak or chicken to substitute it. I said steak and a couple mins later got my food with no apology for the long wait. I drive all the way home which is about 15-20 min away to find out they gave me the tostada. I called multiple times with no answer. Normally I wouldn't care at this point but the combination of the wait time and the fact that what I ordered costs more than what I got made me decide to drive back and get what I came for. I explain the situation at the speaker and the cashier was very nice and apologized to me and they made what was supposed to be the cheez it crunchwrap. I get home again and they gave me the normal crunchwrap with the ground beef that they told me they ran out of. At this point it was 10 pm and I didn't feel like going out of my way again so I sucked it up. I know that this is just Taco Bell so I'm not expecting 5-star food or service but come on. The only positive thing was the cheesy rollup but thats just melted cheese on a tortilla shell. This seems like a failure to staff properly, especially knowing that they have been hyping the cheez it collab since the beginning of this year. Do better.

I hate to give low reviews, but when you spend 40 minutes waiting to get to the speaker/ get your food, it fully warrants it. I honestly expected there to be 1 person working, but there were at least 2 people. Each order took roughly 10 minutes to make from what I could tell. If I hadn't placed an online order that was already paid for I wouldn't have waited and would have gone to the Pewaukee location, which I've never had an issue at (and I wouldhave gotten back home with probably 15 to 20 minutes to spare). PLEASE get this store staffed or close it!! You're putting a ton of strain on your employees and pissing a lot of customers off based on similar reviews.

I visited the Taco Bell drive-thru this evening, and to say I was disappointed would be an understatement. The situation was utterly disheartening. I found myself stuck in a seemingly endless queue for over 20 minutes, with just two cars ahead of me ordering and another one at the window waiting for their food. The wait was so prolonged that, in the end, I chose to leave without placing an order.
This issue seems to be a recurring theme at this Taco Bell location, likely due to chronic understaffing. It's not just about the inconvenience but more so about the inability of the staff to manage even simple orders efficiently. Being a corporate-owned restaurant, I expected better organization and a smoother operation. However, this experience was far from it.
During peak times, when the restaurant clearly struggles to handle the customer flow due to staffing issues, I genuinely believe it would be more considerate to temporarily close the establishment. This approach could prevent customers like myself from wasting 20 to 30 minutes in line, only to leave with no food and a significant amount of frustration. It's an unpleasant situation that could be managed much better with proper staffing or, at the very least, some honest communication about wait times.

Was told to wait at the speaker for a few minutes before I could tell them I have a mobile order. Then waited 15 minutes with only 2 cars in front of me. Once at the window, I heard them yelling that they never started making the mobile order, so waited another 5 minutes. Once I received my food, one of the items was missing, so I had to go inside to get it. And this is not the first time I've had a similar experience at this location.

Hands down one of the worst Taco Bell’s I’ve been to. The establishment itself looks great but wow does the service suck. Everytime I’ve been here the women in the drive thru have an attitude and/or get the order wrong. And God forbid they get your order wrong, because if THEY do, THEY will give YOU a hard time about it. Insanity. Not to mention just how slow and uncaring their work pace is. I love T-Bell and have been to a numerous amount, but man does this one need new management.

I had several items and a box.. pretty much everything was customized through mobile order, and they made all items correctly, and also remembered to include my sauces (which sometimes happens).. employee at window was friendly and polite :) They’re consistently good at this location..

If you're ordering in the lobby you are the least of their priorities. They keep filling drive thru orders non stop until the drive thru is empty. You'll wait for an order no matter how long it takes. I've been waiting nearly 30 minutes as I'm writing this.

Reading all the complaints about staff issues is not the managers fault it’s pretty hard now days for any restaurant to keep steady workers or get anyone to work in the fast good industry, it’s not a fine dining restaurant, but I love the manager always in a positive mood and knows me from being a regular yes sometimes the food takes a little longer to come out but it is what it is at the end of the day there is young kids working here getting use to the line will continue to come here and people should learn to have patience… Julius

I hope management sees this review. I went through the drive through and ordered 2 crunch wraps with fire sauce. I recieved no sauce, the food tasted warmed up, no reciet, and the food runner was SO RUDE!! he told me to pull up to the doors, and when there was a line behind me in the one lane road, i pulled into a spot. He lazily and slowly walked to my car and told me i wasted his time and that "i thought i told you to to pull up to the doors." He looked very unhappy to be there. Not friendly at all. Looks about 20, blonde short hair, acne, flamboyant. He deserves to be fired. I am very displeased with this establishment and lack of passion for customer sevice. I will not be coming back.

If I had the choice to either order from this location again or starve, I’ll starve. This establishment is the definition of a disaster. I ordered online for carry out and when I arrived it took over 10 minutes just to be greeted. Eventually the “manager” came over and I told him I had a pickup order. He tells me they are super backed up and I’ll have to wait because other people’s orders come first. (Mind you there is NOBODY in the restaurant besides employees and NOBODY in the drive thru). I then tell him I don’t plan on staying here all day to wait and he responds with; “That’s your problem you can leave if you want”. Luckily I caught another women’s attention that worked there and she walked in the back and grabbed my food within 10 seconds. The food was freezing cold but I couldn’t stand to be in there any longer to complain. This place should have been shut down before it opened.

Ordered online for pickup. Went inside, did not receive my food until 45 minutes after. Once I asked for an update on my order after waiting for 40 minutes, worker rudely told me it will be up. Received my food at counter with attitude, told worker I had 2 drinks, he proceed to question me as if I was lying & walked around looking at other orders before handing me 2 cups. Left, my food ended up burnt & bread/tortillas/shell were all stale/hard. What is the point of ordering online if they dont even start making your food right away? Might as well go thru drive thru. & if you’re gonna do your job LATE, might as well make it right SMH.

This place can not stay staffed at all. Last 3 times I have ordered ahead in the app to avoid the line. Lobby is closed and only manager is working the window. Second time I had to wait inside 30 minutes after I was told my food was ready. This is not the employees fault by any means but the management. If you can not get staff THEN CLOSE THE STORE. Do not over work your employees and under staff the store. Will not be going back to this location anytime soon until management can figure out staffing.

Went here on Valentine's day, there was probably 8 cars in the drive through line and ended up waiting about 45 minutes BUT Christopher was extremely nice once I got to the window. I've had him twice now and both times his customer service has been incredible! He definitely was working his butt off on Valentine's day, I wish he could get a bonus for how hard he was working. We ordered through the app and came to pick it up and there was only *one* person working. His name is Christopher and he is the manager. I felt so bad for him. It was 5:50 PM and there were over 9 cars in drive through and 6 cars parked. Four of them came after us. The worker said no one showed up for their shift…..leaving him all alone to do drive-through, pick up, dine-ins, and make the food/hand out orders. I gave it one star because that worker did the best he could. Otherwise we are very, very disappointed. Upper management really needs to step it up.
