I have to apologize, I had a question about my drive thru order and I rushed the staff to respond to me walking in because I had people waiting for me in the car. I got my questions answered promptly and courteously, left and then the person driving with me say in the lot longer responding to a text. So, thank you for your excellent customer service. I think we as customers need to do better by the staff who are doing the best they can!

I went in at 8pm on a Thursday. Drive thru packed so I went inside. Ordered via kiosk then went to the bathroom while i waited for food. Bathroom smelled nice and looked clean. Went to wait for my food again and a staff member handed out some taco coupons to accommodate for us waiting- i had only been in the store for 5 minutes at that point. The store itself is also very nice looking- updated furniture, fixtures, clean etc. Staff member that gave out coupons was also very attentive and running around working hard. When I got my food it was hot and my tacos were packed. I had an unexpectedly quality night at tbell.

So here's a little backstory, I originally went to the McDonald's across the street, I don't usually go to McDonald's. Wanted to get a quarter pounder with cheese or whatever you know, And the lady who is at their drive-thru was super short with me and really rude so I decided to go to Taco Bell instead.

My experience at this Taco Bell location couldn't have been any more opposite than my experience at the McDonald's across the street. I never the guys name (he wore white glasses) but whoever was running the drive-thru has a really decent demeanor and seemed very positive. Made my mode completely flip!

There are still good people out there. I know I can slip and I work on it, but this location seems to have it. Oh and the food was exactly as it always is and always should be. Thank you.

Been a little while since I've been to this location. It seems they have a new crew at night. Little tip. Don't be mad just because someone orders a lot of food. Be thankful they're giving you a job to do, otherwise you wouldn't have a job. I'd be happy to order ahead through the app if it actually worked, but it doesn't, so get over it. Don't let out big size and then hand things to the customer without a single word like it's an inconvenience to you. Stop forgetting to give people their items while you're at it. I never leave reviews but I thought I would make one after the same thing happening multiple times. I constantly need to remind the person in the drive thru to give me a straw. The first time I can understand, but seriously man, when it happens 5 times to just me, its an issue. Been a long time since I have been to Taco Bell so I thought I would stop in. I was the only person in the dining room. Order 3 hard-shell tacos and a small drink. Took 12 minutes to get my order. The guy at the window giving food at 11:01pm today was an absolute asshole when I asked for my drink to be filled up. I received it with the wrong size lid and only 3/4’s full, nicely asked for a new lid and to get it filled to the top and he argued “really bro that’s how they come keep it” and refused to fix my drink. My husband and I have been frequenting this location for over a year now, and here's our review:

1) Staff is TOP notch. Even when they're flooded with orders, they are kind and considerate. Last night (1/20), the drive thru was crazy backed up due to the cold snap, but they kept it moving. They're usually running with a small crew, but they do everything they can to keep up
2) Food - some people want to judge Taco Bell against other Mexican restaurants, and that's not really fair to do. T-Bell does fast and casual, and they do it well. We've been plagued over the years with incorrect orders, etc. but NOT at this location. They have done a consistently great job, esp. in comparison to the other locations we used to visit (West Allis, New Berlin, etc.). We really appreciate the attention to detail and are always happy with what we get
3) Drive Thru - Yes, it's true, once you're in, you're locked in (no exit lane), but I've never had a problem. Just be prepared to chill in your car for a bit and anytime you can, order ahead on the app to make everyone's life easier (esp. if you're like me and order changes)

Overall, I'd say this is the best Taco Bell we've been regularly visiting, so take the time and stop in when the craving hits!

Was trapped in the drive thru for 35 minutes. There is no way to exit the drive thru once you enter due to curbs. There were 3 cars ahead of mine. It took 20 minutes to get up to the box to order and when we got there, no one answered. Again, we could not leave because other cars were piled up behind us too. It was a frustrating situation and we couldn't do anything about it but wait for the cars to clear. I called the inside of the store to see what the hold up was. The worker said there was only 2 staff working inside and there were large orders coming through. There really should have been a sign or something indicating that they were short-staffed and there would be long waits. We did not order to not waste any more of our time. Would not come to this location again.

HWY 18 Waukesha employees with long greasy hair didn’t have their hair pulled back. Always running fingers through their hair and then assembling tacos etc. They are incompetent for sure. Food quality was good, but the quantity is not good at all. Could hardly see the chicken or the beans in their famous bowl (as I used to have it). This location is doing an excellent job with every aspect from great customer service, to drive thru preparing orders quickly and efficiently. I have gone to the other locations in Waukesha and their service is subpar constantly getting my orders wrong or giving me cold watery food as well as their lack of customer service skills. TL:DR: Service was particularly slow after dinner rush; order was wrong in numerous different ways.

Placed an online order (we do some customizations and it is quicker & easier for everyone this way). From the time I got to the order box until I reached the window (3 cars in front of me) was 7 minutes. Another 3 minutes waiting for my food.

Order had several problems with it (unfortunately none were noticed until we got home due to a larger order). Two items were missing from the order (chalupa supreme, 5-layer beefy burrito). Crunchwrap supreme was supposed to be without tomatoes and with black beans added; instead it had tomatoes and had the ground beef removed. Beefy crunchy burrito was missing the crunchy tortilla strips.

I'm a taco bell addict and I travel for work. I've visited this TB a few times. I always place online orders bc it's easier. However, this store doesn't wait to make your food when you get to the drive thru. They make it ahead of time which I don't like. I could be 6 minutes away, but in Milwaukee traffic that could mean 15 minutes or more. Twice my order was made wrong, not cooked all the way, or cold. Not sure if the staff knows they're not supposed to make it until I get to the drive thru, or if they're just trying to stay ahead of orders. The workers cant help they only had 2 people during lunch rush. I should be able to walk in order and leave with food in less than 5 min. Waited about 15 minutes for one burrito. Short staffed. Wouldn't recommend going if you have a short lunch break.
