If you hate your job so much Pam maybe you should just quit. And it’s not just a one time occurrence every single time I go through the drive-through she has a nasty attitude. This is the 2nd time recently we have visited the taco bell in Waupaca, same issue both times. It's taking well over 40 minutes to get our food, the last time when we got it it was completely wrong. This time they gave our food to another family who went through it, brought it to the counter and then they called our name as if we were going to eat the food I just watched a separate family dig through. The staff was rude when we asked it be remade and this is the worst taco bell in our area. We will be going elsewhere from now on. For the price, we can eat at an authentic Mexican restaurant and it takes 1/2 the time to get it.

first thing, i’m SHOCKED by these bad reviews…what are y’all doing to these employees???? i go here very often (usually during late night shift) and every single time my food has been hot, fresh, yummy, and sent out with a smile even when they only have 2 employees working. y’all complain about it being understaffed, fill out an application then?

First off I want to say this. Don’t judge this place by the reviews. People don’t realize this taco bell isn’t a high end restaurant. you’re not going to get 5 star meals, it is fast food, it’s meant to be sloppy. People also don’t realize that employees might have slower learning capabilities or this might be someone’s first job. We are all human, there is no reason to treat these employees like trash all over a taco not having enough meat. Maybe if you showed some kindness you would get some back. I’ve only had one mix up with them but they were very on about it and resolved the matter because i was RESPECTFUL.

Ordered a large order of food on 07/22 late night around 11pm and staff was extremely courteous, made sure EVERYTHING was included. extra sauces, sides/etc. I am thoroughly impressed by the quality of food and service I received by the only 2 staff on shift tonight, including the lovely lady at the drive thru hand counting all of my order making sure everything was there. If I could’ve left them a huge tip I would’ve! Best service I’ve ever had at a Taco Bell.

They left some of my food in the steamer when I was there two to three months ago. I called and was told to stop again and explain what happened. I explained it would be months as I live three hours away. I went today and the man refused to honor my previous order, stating they no longer have records from months ago. Seriously, I am not trying to get a $3 item for free. I was told to come back and tell you what happened and you told me you did not need my name back . Starting w/online ordering inside w/a zillion options rather than ordering a "#6, 7, 8" meal, to the cold food, having to find an available person to ask for sauce, all was wrong. For being a frequent customer that spends a lot of there money here to be called disrespectful, and not able to be served just because we gave you advice to update an app so people aren’t paying for what they can’t get is absolutely mind boggling!! It was clear they were incredibly understaffed tonight 9/14/2024, despite this they were incredibly courteous. And proficient. The food was probably the best I have had from the waupaca,wi location. Whoever the employees were between 5:37p.m. and 6:10p.m. not only deserve a raise, but a bonus in the amount of what it would have cost in labor to properly staff the store. I will be forwarding a similar message to corporate as well as I am sure they will have little difficulty looking at labor records to discover who these incredible employees were, and hopefully they get compensated appropriately.

Poor parking area. Fine for small vehicles and cars..... Not for vehicles with trailers. We had to park in someone else's parking lot with our truck and camper.
I want to add some context first.... There was only 1 car that went through the drive thru and 2 ladies standing and ordering at the kiosk the whole time I was in the building. They were definitely not overwhelmed with orders or customers!! And there looked to be 3 or 4 people working.
Walked in to order. It was SCORCHING HOT inside the building. Walked up to the counter to order and the worker finally turned around and said "oh, you want to order?" Apparently they don't do orders at the counter anymore? They want a person to order on the kiosk?! There was no sign on the counter notifying a person of this.
The guy taking my order apparently was new and very impatient. The item my husband has always ordered (cheesy gordita crunch box) apparently can not be ordered in the store anymore, only on the app according to the worker. We only ordered for 2 adults and 2 children. 3 of the orders were the exact same item. The guy grew increasingly upset for some reason. My 10 and 15 year old children even noticed he kept hitting his fist on the counter as he was speaking to me. Also, we wanted to order dragonfruit freezes. The worker informed me, we could get them but they didn't have the syrup for them. How is a cup of fluff with no syrup still a dragonfruit freeze?
Fast forward..... After a bit, we finally received our carry out order. Our freezes were half melted by the time our order came out - they took a long time and, like I said, it was super hot inside the building. The 1st menu item I ordered wasn't even on the receipt, so it obviously wasn't in the bag. Ordered 3 quesadillas, only 2 were in the bag. I obviously got a bit upset because we were standing there for some time already (at least 10 min, if not 15 min). When I asked (possibly a manager) for the cheesy gordita crunch and offered to pay for it, he said "ma'am, you don't have to get upset, we are going to give it to you." I said I didn't want it given to me, I wanted to pay for it because it wasn't even on the receipt. He insisted he was just going to give it to me. It was a very strange interaction.
Upon departure, the same man that took our order was walking through the same EMPTY parking lot, next door, that we parked in, clenching his fist and sucking on a cigarette, looking very angry. On top of everything else, the intimidating actions toward a woman and 2 children inside the building and outside the building from just this 1 person is the #1 reason why we won't ever be back to this specific Taco Bell.

When you say no onion and get extra onion and the beans are so dry and disgusting that you get home and the burrito is cold like it’s been in the fridge. Cheese isn’t even beginning to melt it is all so cold. Even the cheese quesadilla doesn’t have melted cheese and they press it in a heated press… so many onions they are all over the paper. Asked for red sauce that during the day is super hot and delicious… tonight somehow even colder than the burrito and cheese quesadilla. Clearly all of this food is a health department issue. The burritos that had sour cream only had a squirt at one end of the burrito. We ordered 5 burritos, 2 tacos, a chalupa and a Mexican pizza... we were only given 2 napkins. We ended up with two Mexican pizzas that I ended up having to pay for and neither were cut in to pieces. We were also not asked if we wanted any sauce. It was also a long wait when there were only 2 cars in front of us!

The service at this location was excellent! I usually don't find any places that deserves 5 stars but this one did! Ashley was courteous and kind! My food was absolutely delicious! And the restroom was clean! The Mexican pizza is back y'all! My favorite old school item from Taco Bell!

I've always loved taco bell and this time it didn't disappoint. They have a lot of vegetarian options and now they even have a whole vegetarian menu on the order tablets (don't know what the actual name is)
