I've gone here a few times. Each time my Baja blast freeze doesn't taste at all like Baja blast, and today 02/28/25 I got lettuce on all 4 of my soft shell tacos when I ordered them no lettuce on the website. I always immediately check my order after drive thru. I've never fully trusted a taco Bell and I'm glad I don't because of this situation. On 01/29/25 I stopped in for dinner. The manager on the clock at the time, Clayton, was extremely respectful and polite. He made our dinner not just quick but also hot and fresh. We ate in the lobby and watched this crew of workers cleaning non stop while taking orders in drive through. Very clean and great atmosphere.

The male manager that is working today has a horrible attitude, not friendly. Got home order was wrong asked for extra cheese on tacos got extra lettuce, asked for no sauce on steak quesadilla and got an overwhelming amount instead. Called the store and the same rude so called manager that should not be working there told my fiance that if you have allergies to any of the toppings that you should not eat at Taco Bell. Instead of telling customers you shouldn’t eat there if your allergic to something maybe they need to all relearn how to read orders/ the order screen and make sure if people specifically ask for no sauce or extra cheese then you need to do what is asked/ requested of them.

WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!! On 8-30-24 Went to Taco Bell around 11pm after a 16 hour shift, I ordered 2 cheesy double beef burritos, and a burrito supreme meal with a root beer and nacho Bell grande meal with a root beer, no tomato no beans, extra meat extra cheese! I had to tell the girl with BIG glasses and big eyelashes 2 times what this order was! After the 3rd time of her still having this simple order wrong she told me to pull ahead! On 9-2-24 I stopped to get the meals I was owed A guy came to the counter with a beard net on Glasses a Taco Bell shirt and pants with car keys in his hand, he approached the counter with a Big Sigh and huff while saying to me and my GF “ what are you doing here”, I ignored that he said that because wasn’t sure why he said this, I explained that I was there to get my food Friday night he said “ yea I know what do you want”?! I started to order and when my gf when to order what she was suppose to get he appeared upset and said “ ARE YOU SURE THATS WHAT YOU ORDERED CUZ ITS ALREADY AT 27.17, and turned the monitor around towards me I asked then why he was so mad, and being so rude he replied “ I am not I am just talking”! This place claims they are open 9am-9pm or later for dine in, but they never are. The doors are sometimes locked by 8. Pure lazy and full of excuses because they claim to be understaffed.

I go here very regularly, and everyone is always very friendly. Whenever Jayden is working, I know without a doubt that my meal is going to be extra great because she does an extremely incredible job. Always make portions smaller than what it should be. I order a ckn power bowl every time I go to a taco bell. I am always very full from them and this one left me hungry. Hardly anything in the bowl. Super disappointed with Waupun taco bell recently. I ordered a meal that came with a beefy 5 layer burrito, I asked for 3 customizations and they told me no. In the past this location has always done it for me. Also, when I customize my food I pay extra for most things, it’s very frustrating when I get home and realize they charged me for the customizations but did not customize said food. Lastly, the store closes at 9pm every night due to new ownership, hours are not posted on the building or online. Extremely inconvenient. Personally I suggest going to the beaver dam or fond du lac location over Waupun, the service is better and the hours of operation are clearly posted at those locations.

My fiancé went there the other night at just after 9pm. He pulled up to the drive thru order board and the employee said over the speaker they were closed. Hours state 12am for drive thru. The employees always close down early around 9-10 every night. Even if I get up to the drive-through window before any lights shut down, they immediately shut down the lights before I order to deter myself or anyone from ordering. No sign or posts indicating they are short staffed or closing early. I'll suggest not trying to order online to pick up in the drive-thru.. literally took 42 min from when we got to the drive-thru to say we were there until we got to the window. We have a large family. We have been going to Taco Bell with our large family and never once have I been told we need to call ahead for that large of an order. We order boxes and two number 4. That was bad customer service and that made me question what they have done to my food. This store continuously has problems, either items are missing from an order,are made wrong or as tonight, apparently closed early due to being "understaffed". I have tried to apply here to be told they had no positions available, so either they are lying or corporate needs to fire people and hire new employees. I am sick and tired of not being able to get food when they should be open. I have worked food service for four years, and never have we closed early due to being short staffed. If I could give negative stars I would. It NEVER fails that every time we go there they manage to screw it up! Taco Bell is one of my favorite restaurants and it’s so frustrating when they can’t get the order right, or they ask what sauce we want we tell them and then never get ANY! EVERY TIME! Even when we mention hey I need sauce or they repeat the order back “no lettuce” and yet fail to follow through with it. I’ve NEVER had so many issues with a place before. I’m better off going to beaver dam to get my Taco Bell. Ridiculous.

Mobile order ignored until I showed up in person and waited in the lobby for someone to finally "accept" my order. Staff doesn't care at this location. Or maybe it was with just me. I'm 6'5 and (you guess it): African American I'm typically ignored here anyway. I wont be visiting anytime soon. I suggest being "fair" to all paying customers. Money doesnt have race..
