Taco Bell is good food if you're in a hurry or something and need to grab a quick meal. I wouldn't consider it to be a place I would like to go to often. The food is always just above mediocre; to me. My rating for the atmosphere is low because I never go in the store and the only service is from the worker in the Drive-Thru. They are always nice but they mess up on the order a lot.

The slowest taco bell I've even been to. I've given them a couple chances and each time, it's at least a 30 minute wait for 5 items. I even order thru the app. Another time was an hour wait. Driving across town to the other location would be faster.

5 stars soley based on the young guy with glasses working the drive thru at 11:40 tonight. The guy gave me great service with a smile on his face, which is hard enough to find in general in customer service these days nonetheless at almost midnight.

I am a manager at a sh Dr Lloyd gas station...I just got done working a 14 hour shift and I would be damn you guys made wait 7 minutes to get my order that I already placed online and than another 4 minutes at the windows to get my damn order!!!!!! I would never do what you did to any of my customers!!!! I will never go there again!!!! If I hadn't paid for my food online I would of drove off!!!! And than I ordered 8 taco sauce online and do you think for waiting for that long of a time i could if at least got everything I ordered? HELL NO!!!!!

Probably the most disappointing I’ve ever been with a Taco Bell … extremely dissatisfied… Ive been working my way up to here from Florida eating Taco Bell along the way. What I had this evening was an absolute joke. Mostly tortilla, hardly any filling. The chips and cheese were both half full. They’re not very big to begin with, but for 2.50 and to have it half full? Seriously will never come back here again. Hopefully the one in Schofield is better.

Did an online order. Pulled up to the drive thru speaker box and was told it was a 30 minute wait. Seemed like there were no customers inside and we were the only vehicle in the drive thru. I was in so much shock that I had to have the attendant repeat themselves. From what I’ve been told this is a common occurrence. Either the owners need to hire more help/ pay better or the manager on duty is lazy and can’t lead their team to do a simple fast food job.

Either way this is completely unacceptable for a fast food restaurant.

Update: Extreme slowness is still the norm here. Took nearly an hour this time. Crazy.

Gotta be a staffing issue. Frequent long waits (20+ mins) even if you use the app ahead of time. Food is good, staff seem nice. Dunno… I roll with it, but it’s odd to frequently have a lobby full of a dozen+ other people standing around just waiting for their food.

Thank goodness I actually went in to get my mobile order and a co-worker decided to order food. My potatoes were old and hard. My coworker had to wait 20 minutes to get his food. I ordered no ice in my drink and I got ice. There were people still waiting for their order that ordered before coworker and coworker got his 1st. The lady did apologize for the wait but still.

I went and got a 7$ lux cravings box(comes with chips and cheese) , grilled cheese burrito, nacho fries (comes with cheese) , and dipping burritos (comes with sauce).. to my knowledge 3 items come with dipping sauce!! Cheese or otherwise!!! We got one cheese for our 3 items AND the nacho fries were OLD - (stiff to the touch and not hot whatsoever!!) 21$ of food, and only half of it was edible- SUPER DISAPPOINTED 😠

Why don't you help out and hire enough staff to run the store?

Mobile order said it would be ready at 1:26. I'm writing this review while I wait, it is currently 1:45.
Don't give an expected pick up time if you do not have the employees to meet that pick up time. HIRE MORE PEOPLE. Can't hire people? PAY THEM MORE MONEY. it's not rocket science.

Again. The Staff is incredible. But wait times are too long to be considered "Fast Food".

i spent 15 minutes waiting at the speaker just for my order to be taken. proceeded to wait another 5 minutes at the window. my nacho fries had hardly any seasoning and there was barely any cheese sauce. i ordered a cheesy gordita crunch and got it with a doritos locos taco instead of a regular hard shell. also ordered 2 burritos with no creamy jalapeño sauce and they came with the sauce

They need to fire the whole crew that works there. There was one car at the drive-thru window. As I pull up to the ordering menu board, they told me it was going to be a 20-minute wait before I can even order anything. Who the hell would sit at the drive thru menu board and wait 20 minutes to order. I drove off and went to Culver's next door.
A week prior I what's sitting in the Drive-Thru after I ordered, for 15 minutes. Only two cars in front. Again I drove off and went somewhere else. Never going there again.

Zero stars if possible I had the extreme displeasure of attempting to be a customer at this location. About 8:30 in the evening on Saturday. Maybe a half dozen vehicles in the parking lot and one vehicle I pulled up behind in the drive thru. We waited for about 5 minutes for the vehicle in front of us to give their order and then proceed forward. Then we got to the speaker box and we were informed it would be at least 5 to 10 minutes before they would even take our order?!? Ridiculous!!

Waited 10 min in line on Friday for Nacho Fries and an icee drink. When a worker finally said something, no greeting just "You need to wait 5-10 mins," I waited. The person in front of me waited that long too. The slushy machine wasn't working. The fries were cold and it was 11:25.
Lastly, they really whip things together too fast! I'd rather wait the extra minute for the food prep to slowww dowwwn. I know its Taco Bell, but this experience was awful.

I ordered on the app for pick up and went inside to pick up. I will say the dining room was clean but it was freezing in there. No way could I have dined in there, I had a jacket on and was shivering for the couple minutes I was waiting. I was confused while eating my burrito supreme. There seemed to be pockets of food. I got one bite all sour cream, one bite, all beans, one bite meat, one bite cheese. Everything was in there, but it was just very strange. When I first walked in, I was also not acknowledged for some time. The boy who waited on me, was very new, very clumsy, and very unprofessional. Poor kid needed more training! Later on, he came out to attempt to clean the messy dining room. He used a dirty rag, was flinging food onto the floor and used the same rag for all the tables in the dining room. Then he walked back up to the kiosk and started to wait on customers with food all over his hands! The final straw was when I tasted my churros. I think the oil really needs to be changed in the fryer! They tasted very bitter and oily. All in all not a good experience………

Awful experience. 1st and last time visiting this Taco Bell. The food was awful, no meat to speak of, was like having a little salad in each gross soft shelly thing. Ordered no tomatoes and still got them, had to redo. Also, it was literally freezing cold in there! We did ask about the temperature at the counter and the young man said "we need to keep it cold because it's so hot outside when we open the drive thru window"! And also as a FYI, the scrolling menu goes by so fast you don't have time to see what's in the box meals, very frustrating. Outdoor seating would have been a blessing.

On Suunday April 16th late afternoon drive thru. Mexican Pizza had burnt meat inside, very little cheese on top, no tomatoes. The potato bits were hard and dry., and the hard shell beef taco were poorly filled and broken.

When at the drive through screen I had been yelled at 3 times to be ready within the 2 minutes I was deciding what I had wanted. I ordered $20 worth of food and on four of the tacos the special instructions were for no lettuce. All four of those tacos had lettuce on them when on the receipt it reflected the “no lettuce” accommodation . Ordered online, when order said it was ready my wife went in to grab food. Inside said they didn't recieve order and would not give us our food. The laughed at her when she said she wanted money back or our food. Then 2 guys came out from around the counter towards her. She then called me into the store and they proceeded to laugh at me and say it wasn't their problem. I approached the counter we had some words and then proceeded to call the police on us.
