They made an honest and easy mistake however they stepped up and corrected it right away and gave me the food they were missing. I literally avoid other Taco Bells and always go to this Taco Bell because they always make the food correctly it tastes good and usually you get everything you ordered. I told them I would leave them a good review for taking care of the problem no questions asked. I drive 30 mins to go to this taco bell only. If only every taco bell was like this one... Good job guys!!!

No one in the drive thru and was able to get an order in less than 5 minutes. Huge improvement from last time!

Expect to Wait 30+ minutes in the drive thru during lunch and dinner. Order is usually accurate and staff is relatively friendly however.

Have went twice in the last 6 months cause it's close. Both times they messed my order up badly. Once it was very busy, so gave them benefit of the doubt. Ordered a box and a separate grilled cheese burrito, mind you almost 7 dollars, was handed my box and no burrito and she asked me what else i was waiting for? I said my burrito. to give you insight on why workers are so rude, it’s because of how we are treated. i’m an ex employee from this location. i was promised to start at $14.50 and then move up to a shift lead position almost immediately. i was lied to and started at $13 an hour and was never given shift lead training. i never got hours i was promised and this would be blamed on me by my own gm for “calling out too much” when i called out once my entire time with taco bell. the gm then lied about how much i make on my government assistance paperwork which deducted 3/4 of the money i was receiving monthly and was told she would contact them after i left saying that paperwork was no longer get valid and never did. their own employees gaslight other employees into thinking they’re the problem when they’re not and when this is brought up to the gm’s discretion, nothing is done about it. we are forced to work in an environment that works against us as employees. that is why the employees at this location are rude. because we are mistreated and unhappy.

A solid 3 across the board.
It’s slightly astounding how often this location messes up orders. Three instances come to mind…Ordered a black bean breakfast crunchwrap, person put it in wrong and then asked if the screen looked right…we said no, asked to confirm that there would be no meat on the item and she said “there isn’t any meat on this” is a brisk manner (she input a california breakfast crunch wrap?? which i’ve never had before)… lo and behold, there was bacon!! Called & resolved issue w a team member, who was very kind. Most recently, we placed a late night online order, (black bean grilled cheese burrito, two grilled steak burrito) were asked if the screen looked right, (it did) and..we got two steak and one beef. :’)
another time we ordered online for pick up during breakfast hours & the store just straight up wasn’t open with no notice/info.
oh well. fast food. just a heads up for veggie folks- check your order, your food, and call to get a refund/replacement ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I placed an order at 8:36 waited 10 minutes to leave and go to the resturant once I was at the resturant and in the drive through I was in the drive through for over 30 minutes and they still forgot some of my food. When I called to complain my only option was to go back to the resturant and pick it up, I requested to speak to a manager because I believe I deserved a refund because I was not going to come back to get the item. When I was transferred to the manager he said he could write my name down and give me something free when I come back, I told him I was not going to comeback because last the last two times I was there I waited over a half an hour and he gave me no other solution. I requested the corporate number and his name he could not give me the corporate number, he also gave me the name “John” and refuse to give me the name of the other associate I talked to. Then simply hang up on me, I will never be returning to this taco bell.

This Taco Bell always seems to have a very long wait time, the line doesn’t move in the drive thru the way it should. I’ve gotten stuck in this drive thru for over 20 minutes and you can’t exit it. The food recently seems to have gone downhill, I ordered chicken quesadilla and it was extremely soggy, and not hot seemed like it had been sitting there for awhile. Not to thrilled with my recent visits.

GM Jocelyn threatened to call the police after I checked my Taco Bell bag and waited a few seconds to leave because I needed napkins and adjust so i can safely operate my vehicle. Also, they were out of Mountain Dew Baja Blast. Waited for 10 minutes in the drive thru line when there was no other customers inside the store or in the drive thru. Delivery truck was partly parked in the drive thru lane. GM was passive aggressive taking and giving order. GM was combative and vindictive throughout entire experience. Yelled at me to leave because they were on a timer even though they were the reason i was waiting for so long. Worst of all, she gave me bathroom looking napkins. Nobody should be threatened with police authority when you are just trying to get a crunchwrap supreme and a burrito and some baja blast and some napkins especially when you’ve been respectful throughout the entire experience. Gonna miss you Taco Bell, not gonna miss this location though.

What service? When we arrived, the staff were preparing orders placed before we arrived. (First in/First out is a vital part of customer service).

The issue causing this review is that we weren't acknowledged by any staff member. Three of the staff walked right by us and didn't say a word.

Its sad when a manager doesn't know how to make a quesarito and a customer has to inform them how. Well they still mess it up. Yes I realize it's not in their system to ring it up but we searched it on Google and they rung up the ingredients with a burrito in order to make it into a quesarito. This was the second time we went to this location in about the last 2 months. Both times, they seem to have issues with the intercom. We were greeted and told to order when ready, so we did. After 3 minutes went by with no confirmation of the order, and now 6 cars behind us, we pulled ahead to the window. It was about 11 am. I was in the drive thru, took 30 mins, with about 6 cars ahead of me. The wait made me sad. When I ordered, i ordered for 2 people. When I finally got to the window, the order was only one person. However, the wonderful person at the window fixed the issue. Everything was great except the wait. Taco Bell needs to help the staff out. If they want customers, they need to have enough staff to give outstanding service so they can have repeat customers.

There is absolutely no reason why this specific Taco Bell location is taking THIS long every single time. It is 11:50 on a SUNDAY NIGHT and we’ve been waiting in line for over 25 minutes without even ordering yet. Every. Single. I started coming to this location because the location by my house was so slow. What a mistake this was, the first and second time I came the food was done quick. The service doesn't even deserve one star. They moved at 2 speeds: slow and slower. I placed my order at 1:40 and at 2:05 I finally asked when it would be ready as two people who ordered after me received their orders. Thirty-five minutes after ordering, my order was finally ready. They never apologized. They didn't get my order right, and I had to go back up to the counter again. Neither the drinks nor the food was correct yet, no apologies. Was present for a door dash order pick up. Had to wait for extended time. Also, staff was having difficulty doing a transaction for a homeless guy that did not have enough money for his order. To avoid a register drawer from being short, a female employee reached into her bra and removed her cell phone with her gloves on. Line for drive thru was very long. We decided to go in for takeout. We walked into a manager, I suppose yelling at employees and threatening to send them home, and yelling about putting wrong stickers on orders and orders not being correct. I only order occasionally but when I do, they either forget to include the sauce (which is free, so not a big deal) or an entire item I ordered. The nacho chips? Not the best thing to order, but they'd be better if the restaurant would actually send the chips with the cheese. Don't order from this location through any delivery service. Only go in person to make sure they actually give you what you order.

Gave them another chance, and they failed again. Ordered the black bean crunchwrap as a vegetarian, received meat instead. Just don't go hear, they don't care about their customers.

AWESOME experience great food great service came got my mobile order at 3:30pm today. Made my grilled burrito no rice no meat (already has nacho cheese sauce) add potatoes shredded cheese and light sour cream get it GRILLED which was around $3-$4 If you order a combo I recommend no nachos Swap for a cinnamon twist. Complete incompetence from the lunch crew. They make people sit there and wait to be spoken with while they look at you and brush you off and then act like you need to do their job for them and when you ask for what you ordered, they catch an attitude with you. Absolutely ridiculous it’s not hard to work fast food. Read the order and make it and maybe try to give people what they paid for.

Do not go to this tacobell if you want your food even remotely on time. This is the third time where my food as taken 20+ minutes on a single lane drive thru that you could not even out get out. This time the staff took 45 minute to make (not exaggerating). Done with this place.

there’s soda was flat when they gave it to us and they gave us stink eyes whenever we asked for some stuff. They also put limited amount of cheese on our quesadillas and didn’t seem to care that we were there.

Feels a little strange writing a 5 star review about a Taco Bell. Sometimes after a Home Depot visit it's necessary I drop by here. Food from this location is unlike any I've ever experienced, and most importantly, consistent. It's hot, seems fresh, and regularly accurate. I have the feeling there's a manager running this joint that actually cares about this restaurant, which is cool to see.

I had a craving. I waited 8 mins in drive thru. My diet drink was not diet. The chicken cantina box I order was just handed to me no bag? The food was cold. Maybe tbl of chicken in each taco. The tortillas were crusty and chewy. Next time qdoba.

This has got to be one of if not the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. I waited in the drive-thru for almost 20 minutes waiting at the menu board to order. There was nobody else in line. I believe they prioritize dash/uber eats orders over all others. My entire order was wrong. The food was inedible and the workers were incredibly rude. Do yourself a favor and pick a different location.

I haven't eaten here in over 3 years because they got rid of the items that I liked. But on 2/24 i got 3 crunchy taco Supremes and a drink (the #1). It cost over $9 and my tacos didn't have tomatoes or sour cream which means they didn't make them Supreme. Because of the price and their inability to make just one order correct I think I was right and not eating here for 3 years. With all of the taco trucks and Mexican places to order food I can see no reason why I will ever return.

This place seems to have the most incompetent workers. Very slow. We’re only a couple cars in line and they somehow still managed to give me 3 incorrect items on an order of 5 items. This wasn't the first time either, but figured I’d give them the benefit of the doubt. I rarely leave reviews, but the constant mistakes and lack of quality control and employee carelessness here makes me want to see a change. This location used to be great but has gone severely downhill.

They were incredibly nice at this location. One item was forgotten but they got it to us right away and apologized for missing it. The food was made well - not messy and falling apart like it is at some other locations. I don’t live in this area, but if I did, I would definitely return to this Taco Bell. These people were some of the nicest and most caring workers I’ve met in fast food service.
