Ordered chicken nachos and asked if I could get tack as chicken. No answer and drink was to be unsweetened ice tea. The nachos were messy and taco was hamburger and got sweet tea. He surely was not listening or in a good mood.

Ordered on the app. Doors were locked. Imagine having 5 kids and they have to eat in the car, in my case I have my work uniform on and it's my one chance to sit down and eat . Remove pick up option from the app .
Plus why lock the doors? It's all kiosks .

This has to be one of the worst Taco Bell’s I have been to. I deliver for Door Dash. The lobby was closed early so everyone had to go through the drive through. After you order, they tell you to pull around and park. We waited over 20 minutes for the food and eventually pulled back around through the drive through again. Sitting at the drive through window they wanted us to pull around again and argued with us when we would not. “Their drive through time was being effected by us sitting there.” Really? Isn’t the drive through clock there to make sure the store provides fast service? Not for the employees to manipulate to look better than they actually are. They were extremely rude and even refused to make our food for us. Our customer even tried calling the store but got no answer. The order had to be canceled because the employees refused to make the food. Corporate will be receiving a call in the morning.

The manager here is very rude. I bring in my child to eat and it's nothing but cussing and real trashy talk I got multiple hairs in my food. Called them and was told they cannot help me. So I am calling corporate. The only person that was helpful was Denzel. I came here 3 times today and he has been here over 12 hours. Seems like this place needs improvement, stop overworking your employees and get some real reliable people and better management not just little kids. The place always smells of weed. Get it together guys. Corporate will be in touch with this terrible establishment.

Routinely awful service. They take forever to help inside, are short with you in the drive thru, and never answer the phone. They will often pick up and immediately hang up. Although this isn't the specific location's issue, the website NEVER works. Lastly, I've had it happen many times where I've gone after 8pm only for nobody to answer the drive thru and the doors are locked. At least the food is decent

3 times went to the Baraboo taco bell, first time went through drive through, ordered the 3 hard shell taco supreme package they screwed up got one taco supreme and 2 nacho tacos, 2nd time again ordered the 3 hard shell taco supreme package again it was screwed up got only 2 tacos 1 supreme, and 1 nacho taco, so today went in the building ordered the 3 hard shell taco package paid just under $10.00 got home had 3 tacos, but hardly could find the meat, I think they put the meat in then scraped it off, most was lettuce, and tomato a little sour cream. The shell was not full. I am done with taco bell and will not recommend it. BUYER BEWARE.

Watched my food sit at the drive thru window waiting to be served. Then was asked to pull around front cause it wasnt ready. 10 minutes later finally received my “order”. I had paid extra for add ons and if anything theres was less in each item. The chalupa shell stale. Added things to a crunchwrap supreme which costed extra. and they did not even add the beef let alone the additions. Very very disappointed and will not be returning. If you find yourself in the area, choose kwik trip next door.

Fries are dried and not seasoned, then they were raggedy looking like it was crumbly, the cinnamon twists were stale and not fresh at all, taco shells fall apart and aren't crunchy at all literally stuck to the wrapper.

Went through the drive through at 10:59pm. Everything was okay, including the food, other than the total was $8 and some change. I handed the worker a $20 bill, and they gave me my bag of food, and threw my change in the bag with the food… I asked them where my change was and the worker blatantly stated that my change was in the bag, with my food… just seemed very unprofessional and dirty to put my money in the drive through bag with my food… very disappointed

Usually great experiences, but today they were sounding like they were distracted taking the order. I asked for ONE modification and they couldn’t do it correctly, which was take a sauce off. If I could give a zero I would. Went in at 1130 for lunch today and waiting for half an hour and still no food.(Only odered 6 tacos for 3 ppl)There was about 3 other tables inside waiting for food and no one got food. They were only serving drive thru. Seen about 10 or more cars go through as we sat and waited. As we were waiting the manager went and locked all the doors and didn't acknowledge anyone in the dining room. After the half an hour I went and asked what was taking so long and manager said they were short staffed, I stated that I had seen many cars go through the drive thru. I asked for a refund and left. She did not apologize or even try to fix the problem. If you can't handle drive thru and dine in maybe you should just serve drive thru. I also think they should get a new manager who has customer service ability

During lunch, people started coming in to eat and one female worker I’m assuming the manger(short, heavy set middle aged woman) began walking around the restaurant swinging her arms up in the air. She wasn’t even offering to help those in the kitchen who were struggling. She then locked all the doors preventing people from coming inside. She was throwing sauce aggressively across the counter to customers who were stating the self serve sauce counter was empty. Several people tried coming in and the doors were locked even the police. I’m disgusted by her behavior the atmosphere was tense and unsettling. Several customers were seen expressing concern about her behavior. If there was an emergency and people needed to get in they wouldn’t be able to. Totally crazy behavior

I arrived to pick up an Uber order at 7 pm and the GM Shafeet told me that it was not to be picked up until 7:23 pm. He made me wait until all the order for inside were made and about 15 to 25 drive thru orders were done. I did not receive the order until 7:30pm. Also since when do do rags and sweatshirts become uniforms. This is unacceptable for anyone. This was the customer I took it to waited over 40 minutes for his order. Never again!! He also runs the Wisconsin Dells Taco Bell.

You get plenty of shell weather soft or hard and beans. You have to pay extra for tomatoes. Just a rip off. But I guess that's what happens when another controls it. YUM brands owns the Bell KFC and Pizza hut. All they want is to live off the brand. Will never get another $ of my money!

Went through drive. The gentleman taking the orders wasn't paying attention and we'd have to repeat ourselves multiple times even though he'd say "ok, got it" multiple times.
The order was wrong, didn't get all our items.

Used the new kiosk, put in two orders. No person at the counter. After 20 minutes of watching 10-12 cars go thru the driver, we finally got the attention of one in the kitchen. They checked and could not find our orders, either one. We had waited long enough, decided to go elsewhere.. No apology, no here's a coupon or let me take care of you. Customer service apparently left with the kiosks coming in. We will not be back soon. If the system does not work right, please use people to do the right thing.

I'm a door dash driver and was told drive thru customers come first and as long as someone is in the drive thru, in store diners and door dash are last to be taken care. 30 minutes average wait for me to get food which affects my ratings of delivering on time because drivers aren't important only drive thru. Im telling.other drivers to not to pick up from there since we don't matter

Every time I go there I asked for no sour cream and every time at least one item has sour cream on it. I don't know if they don't understand no sour cream means you don't want it not squirt at the end of the item. Last night I got my mom a taco supreme Asked for no sour cream and of course it had sour cream squirted the whole way down the middle of it. And they must have been out of the $10 boxes because my items including my taco fries where in the bag so my taco fries were spilled everywhere. I ordered on the kiosk, but I had cash so I had to pay at the counter, I waited 20 minutes until the manager took my payment after they had seen me and ignored me the whole 20 minutes to text on their phone. I then waited 15 minutes for a cheese Quesadilla. The customers were nicer than the manager, sad to say. Also, while I was waiting for my food, another customer who also ordered on the kiosk had cash as well stood there while the manager counted out their drawer waiting to pay. The manager was in such a huge rush to leave she didn't even help her team or offered to help them. The team did great, but I am sure glad they aren't like the manager.

I have had a lot of poor quality food from this particular taco bell. Especially when ordering crunch wraps. This last time was the final straw. They basically sent me a bare tortilla. I’m not even sure how it’s possible to send food at a quality this low. Someone in that kitchen is taking out their bad day on the restaurants customers. My daughter wanted to go to Taco Bell in Baraboo, WI tonight for dinner. It wouldn't have been my first choice, but it was where she wanted to go.
Of course, our food order got screwed up but that didn't surprise me. I won't waste to much energy complaining about that. The atmosphere of Baraboo Taco Bell is the worst I have ever seen in fast food. The employees were constantly yelling and screaming swear words back and forth our entire time we were eating. Maybe these employees thought that they had an empty dinning room but it was constant. Another employee screamed really loud a few times. My daughter was kinda scared a few times ( they were acting very wierd). She tried to hurry up and eat because she wanted to leave. My daughter who choose to go there said it was the worst restaurant experience she has ever had. I rarely write reviews but when you have to listen to employees yelling and screaming swear words constantly throughout your dinner it motivates you to say something.

I absolutely love tacobell however. Last time I was at this location I got my food and half the order was wrong. It's frustrating because food prices have gone up and taco bell never has any coupons or deals.
The real issue I had was some lady who I presume was the manager was all but rude and not helpful. I'm also pretty sure I saw a freaking baby in the kitchen. I'm not kidding, I don't mean that it was working. But someone back there definitely brought their kid to work.
It was surreal and sorta felt like a David Lynch film. I really didn't appreciate the whole experience. I email cooperate about it and I'll update when I get a response.

I went here after a Packers game a couple weeks back. I came back from a run in Chicago. Usually after a football game people are a little rowdy. Well I was the rowdy one here in baraboo. I had great service. I made noise but not out of control ..HOWEVER .. I did wake up with about 50 salt packets and 2 bean burritos in my bed sooo ... That was embarassing but I know the service was good and the food was good .. Thanks for handeling me tacobell baraboo

I've been to Taco Bell many times but this was my first visit in Baraboo. It's put me completely off the franchise.
The supervisor pleasantly took my order then I heard him from the back say how he hated my name. I laughed. Then I saw him hand the bag to an associate and say, "just give it to him."
Ordered 2 items I've had many times, a gordita crunch and a crunchwrap supreme. The food came up in less than 2 minutes but tasted neither hot nor very fresh. The ingredients were all lukewarm, even the sour cream, tomato, and sadly wilted lettuce. The outer flour tortilla on the crunchwrap was leathery and tasted stale. It was clearly sitting for a while and all the ingredients kept near room temperature. Only the soft taco on the gordita was right. Suspect food handling aside, the portion of meat in both items was a fraction of the amount previously received.
Other fast food outlets have customer reward programs. My reward from Baraboo Taco Bell came sitting on the toilet a few hours later. Cramps and massive jets of gushing diarrhea, the aroma like corpses full of rotten eggs exploding from the steaming bowels of Hell, it was a crime against humanity. Never again, Taco Bell, never again.

Everything you can expect to enjoy from Taco Bell on the food side. The staff is as courteous and kind as you could want. The reason for my lower rating is the consistency with which this location leaves items out of our orders. My wife and I get Taco Bell about once every month or two. In the last couple of years, this location has left out a larger piece of our meals maybe one third of the times we have visited. Small things, like leaving out sauces or napkins, I'd understand. Leaving out a burrito? Not cool. If you go here, remember to check your bags after your order.

There’s one guy there that’s super nice and I always get good service when he works but when he’s not there I get treated poorly, one of the last times that I went in we ordered at the kiosk and then it took forever for our food to get to us, there was nobody else there, and when the food finally got to us they missed multiple things, so we went to the counter to ask for it and it took FOREVER for someone to come help us and the person had an attitude the whole time talking to us.. very very frustrating..

Horrible experience and will never be back. It was early afternoon on a Friday, we walked in with a couple other people and waited in the lobby to order. Then was "greeted" by the manager asking "how did you get in, we are closed for a staff meeting". If you are closed, then why are there multiple people already sitting down eating lunch, the doors unlocked and no signage saying you are closed. And would you close on a Friday during lunch....

Waited in line for 15 min before finally pulling up being told "sorry for the inconvenience we're closing" at 7pm on a Saturday. I said they needed to come out and let people know because there were like 10 people in line. She responded "yeah? Well put in an application, good bye". Rudest interaction. If your establishment isn't staffed properly, don't take it out on the customers who are just waiting in line and haven't done anything.

Ordered a simple meal, nothing crazy. Waited over 30min and still no food so I tried to cancel the order but there was no one around the counter. Finally got a hold of someone and asked to cancel my order. Was told the manager will take care of it. Waited again to get confirmation from the manager. I was told by him that he didn't know how to do that from the kiosk and was waiting for his boss to find out how to do that. I left without my order. Called later to speak to the manager but no one picked up. Called again and finally spoke to the manager wanting confirmation it will be done. He said he will and I hope he keeps to his word. The customer service here is horrible. Now I know why the doors were locked. They didn't want anymore people coming in. They need to train their staff better here.This reflects poorly on the Yum Brands.

Visited at about 5-6pm on Sunday and made an app order for in store pick up. Walked up to the counter and was not helped for 15 mins while I waited for my order to be placed in the takeout rack. Saw that the drive through was moving so I left got into the car and attempted to go through the drive through. I sat boxed in without moving in the drive through for 20 minutes before the cars behind backed out so I tried to go back into the restaurant and was met by an employee who was locking the doors to the dining room and did not let me in. I didn't receive my food in 30-45 mins of waiting and was met with unfriendly and unhelpful staff. This seems to be a recurring pattern for this store as it was not the first time I tried to go into the restaurant and was met with locked doors at about 5-6pm. The franchise owner needs to revaluate their pay scales if they are unable to adequately staff the store to service customers - locking the doors and not serving food is completely unacceptable.

Went through the drive through tonight around 10 p.m. was slightly busy. Had to wait for our food and then on top of thaf we were given the wrong food. We called asked if we could just come up to the door to exchange it as we had already waited in line 25 minutes and didnt want to wait in drive thru again. They hung up on us and then when we tried to recall 3 times they would not pick up. Horrible customer service. We get we aren't the only customers. But when we have already waited our turn in line and you mess up our food you should understand why we do not want to go back to waiting in line again. Especially when we have a 2 hour drive home still.
