I ordered online and arrived 15 minutes after we ordered. There was a line at the drive thru so we tried to go inside: LOCKED!!!
Waited in line for over 30 minutes.
I think she said the only drinks they had left were Cherry Pepsi, Root Beer, and Baja Blast Freezees.

TAKE A LOOK AT THE PICTURES BELOW of our Beefy 5-Layer Burrito.
After only 2 bites that were mostly just tortilla, I opened it up to see very, very little ingredients. It was 60% tortilla! The 2nd one had almost no cheese.
HORRIBLE. I have never been so disappointed here. I had given them 4 stars in the past.

You’ve all heard of the soup Nazi right? Well today I met the change Nazi in the drive thru. My order was $5.30 and I paid with 6 dollar bills. The woman said sorry about the extra dimes and gave me 7 dimes in change. I wouldn’t have been upset if she wouldn’t have called attention to it, like she was purposely giving me more coins because I paid with 6 bills instead of a 1 and a 5.

Went to the drive-thru and ordered 2 $7 Luxe Box, specifically told them substitute all the meat in to black beans. Made sure that they understood the order. It took 40 mins to get our order and once we got home. Took a bite of the 5 layer burrito and there's ground beef in it. This is the worst Taco Bell I've been in. They always gets your order wrong. I'm never gonna go to this Taco Bell.

Thought the 1st time was a fluke but nope 2 times now sat in the drive through for over 20 minutes. Watched the person in front of me sit at the window for over 5 minutes and no one opened the window once. First time out of beef and large cups and had to use exact change. But at the window seen the large cups clear as day and a good amount of them. I believe corporate really needs to visit this store and turn it around.

I genuinely had the most amazing experience at this location. I went there this morning at open and the employees were soo amazing. The bathrooms were clean. The lobby was sparkling. I just left Taco Bell and had to hop on here to warn others—DO NOT go here at night. First off, the customer service was a total disaster. The staff looked like they didn’t want to be there and made me feel like I was bothering them just by ordering food.

Then came the food… Cold. Like, straight-out-the-fridge cold. And let’s talk about the chicken nuggets—why do they even serve these? They were dry, rubbery, and tasted like they’d been sitting under a heat lamp since lunchtime (or maybe last week?).

To top it all off, I asked for one drink and got a completely different one. No apology, but fix it with a shrug and a closed window.

Day shift usually holds it down, but the night shift? Absolute chaos. If I wanted cold food and attitude, I could’ve stayed home and cooked something I hate.

Taco Bell, do better. Or at least hire a night crew that knows how to care. It happen every time I come here at night. I only go to it because it’s close by.

Taco Bell is a great go-to for a quick bite with a variety of options! They have combo boxes which can be customized and are a good deal. They have nacho shell tacos, calupas, beefy bean burritos, cantina tacos and the classic nacho fries! They also give you many sauces including mild, hot and diablo .

We ordered online using the app and applied a coupon for 20% of $20 so it was a very cheap dinner! The meal was ready within 5 minutes of arriving. The workers were polite and friendly.

Walked in & told to order at the kiosk, look @ the self checkout & didn’t see anyone for literally 20-25 min, with a employee sitting down down & eating in the lobby while we waited & friend didn’t receive his order because they burnt something or the oil was old & hard them talking in the back. The 2 different tacos that I ordered were great! They were filled to the top and everything tasted fresh. Good job taco guy! Now the drink I ordered...a dragonfruit freeze... that's another story. The girl in front asked if I wanted the syrup in it. (Like isn't that the dragon fruit???) The pictures they show in the store are with the fruit SWIRLED in the freeze part. What I got was all the fruit at the bottom and all the freeze at the top. Soooo, what it tasted like was white ice fluffed up. It was hard to mix it up. I couldn't taste the fruit until the end. (That was a FAIL drink lady). They do need some forks in the self serve station. Lol. 3 piles of knives, no forks. Overall, I still left happy.

One part of the meal had a different taste, and I had to spit it out. Moving on to the soft shell taco, upon opening the wrapper, I noticed it was somewhat wet. Upon further inspection, the soft shell inside was also dripping with some type of wetness. I've never experienced a burrito changing taste, and this was too multiple red flags were very concerning. I've never really had an issue with this location since they opened, until a few weeks ago. so I was ordering food for the family and chose this location vs our normal location in West allis. HUGE mistake. Arrived at time of pick up pulled up to speaker, was informed they weren't taking any new orders as there was only ONE person inside working. Taking orders and making online orders. Waited for 25min for our food( no option to cancel on app, as "order was already being prepared") when we got home food was both falling apart AND cold and were only a 5min drive from here. At that point why not shut down for the day/ night till u get it properly staffed?
Truthfully will seldom go to this location unless in the area and wanting taco bell I guess.

Workers were all very rude, including the manager, made me and my fiancé very uncomfortable. The cashier took our order and we said we wanted to eat there and she acted like that was the biggest inconvenience she has encountered. One of the cooks who was a very nice younger girl brought our food out in a bag. Not sure if that was supposed to be a hint for us to leave or they just didn't want to wash trays. Another worker was cleaning the bathrooms and gave us a very dirty look and rolled her eyes as were sitting there eating. The manager was making derogatory comments about me and what I had ordered and didn't care that I heard him. Then they didn't bring me my drink and I stood at the counter for at least 5 minutes waiting for someone to notice me. I went to pick up an order for door dash. I patiently waited at least 5 minutes before i was acknowledged and then a male employee came to the counter and was very rude to me. I told him the name and before he even went to the computer he got an attitude and told me the order was to far back in the computer. when i questioned what that ment he said i can make the order if you read me what you have. i showed him my phone and he said rudely like I said before read me the order and I can make it. I asked if he was serious and he said yeah orders aren’t premade which is a lie. I’ve DoorDashed there before and I said never mind I’ll just drop the order. He said so what everybody’s dropping it and then I said, I’m going to report your attitude because you’re being rude and he turned and swore at me as he threw his hands up. I am not trying to be a Karen, but no one should be treated like this. and this is probably why that woman’s order kept getting dropped.
