I had a DoorDash order and went to pick it up from the lobby, there was a sign on the door saying it was closed and doors were locked. I went through the drive through and waited 45mins just for when I got to the window they told me I had to been done for awhile I should have gone to the lobby. When I told him I tried and it was locked he told me I was wrong. 10/10 worst Taco Bell around

I came to you at one in the morning to pick up my customer's DoorDash order. But for some reason, your employees first prepare orders for customers who have arrived at the window. I waited for my order for 15 minutes, it turned out that they didn't even start cooking it. You wasted my time, that is, my money! This is disrespectful to people who also work with clients. I arrived before everyone else, but my order has never been prepared!

Absolutely the worst toco bell I've ever been to. The food took forever to be made just for it to be not that good I mean there was no good proportions of meat, all of the tables were dirty/tacky with puddles of water on the floor with straw wrappers all over the place, Took forever to order since we had to order off of a kiosk. Mind that there was not very many people who were even in the restaurant. Overall terrible experience do not recommend.

This place was disgusting!!! Trash all over the floor, about half the tables where dirty, was in line behind a lady that was waiting for who knows how long before she left, I stood there and had at least 3 of the employees look at me and did nothing. One was on his phone leaning on a back counter...this was on July 9th 2025 at a couple minutes after 7pm...it wasn't busy at all and no reason for the condition of this place. I ordered 3 crunchy tacos and by the time I got my food and sat at a table they where more like soft tacos because of how greasy the meat was. I have had problems with this place in the past and its been over a year since I last went there because of that...now it is worse then ever!!! I WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS PLACE!!!

This restaurant smelled funny when we walked in. The floors were greasy underfoot. Eric assisted us on a few problems and addressed it quickly even though he was crazy busy! This guy to a business is very valuable. Hopefully, the owner of the location recognizes his commitment, quality, and patience he brings to this location. This staff were working very fast and doing their best to keep up. Hopefully, others see how hard they are working and that mistakes do happen. Please be patient as they are doing the best they can do.

But Firstly waiting inside for 30 minutes while atleast 10 cars scroll past the window without much wait is INSANE... and then they gave me the wrong drink I corrected them still got the WRONG drink..

Someone else was there before us and they waited over 30 mins for just a cup of meat for they're child...

All the while ..they legit locked the door while just about 7 ppl (3 diff groups) were inside and most had food...to deter anyone else from entering at 1:30pm. . Insane behavior this place needs a reevaluation cause the staff sucks.

This Taco Bell is the WORST. I never fail to have issues there!
Some of the people working there are rude as hell. Plus on top of that can’t make simple food and refuse to make it when it’s wrong without us paying again!
If you want Taco Bell go to the one by the mall management is way better and they are so nice there. Not to mention they know how to make their food right.

There's no one to be seen when I walk in. A sign on the counter says if you want to pay with cash you have to use the kiosk. Kiosks are gross and germy, so I waited for a while with still no one bothering to see what might be going on. I used the kiosk and waited to pay, still no one. I gave up and decided to sit down and do work on my laptop until someone checked on me. The manager came out as I was sitting down, but sat with her 4-5 year old child who was sitting alone at a table with her toys. She made eye contact with me as I walked to the counter to pay, but never came to help. I sat back down and started working. On her way back to the kitchen, she asked me if I ordered. I said I had but no one bothered to come take my money. She had an employee ring me up and the employee just held her hand out to take the money. I looked at her questioningly and then she looked at the screen and said, "Baja blast freeze?" Didn't offer a total or a thank you, definitely no sorry we didn't get to you for 15 minutes. I gave her the money and she came out and put the drink on the counter without a word. A couple came in and had to ask if they could get something to wipe a table down with, because most were filthy. This place has been so poorly run for so long, but it's in the Dells, so it will make enough money and no one will care.

10 out of 10 would recommend. The guy who did the drive-through voice was so funny and epic. He had great showmanship and made ordering food at Taco Bell fun and exciting. Manager on 12/22/2024 at 4:53p.m. is absurd. He refused to hand my pickup order through the drive through which was marked as ready to pickup although it was not done and then when I went inside to get it he refused to give it to me still saying I had to move my vehicle first. He decided calling the police was a better option to have my car moved rather than give me the food he marked as ready. I canceled the 25 item order and had to mark them as closed because they even turned off the lights and said they would not serve me. Oh well, I don't want to go there again.

Went to place my order at the drive thru and after the worker asked me what I wanted to drink, I answered and proceeded to wait for the next prompt (ie. will that be all?, any sauce with that?, etc.) but instead she said, “I’m waiting” with extreme attitude. I asked, “are you talking to me?” And she said, “yeah are you getting anything else?” I said no, that was all. And she said nothing else. I went to the window to pay and she literally said nothing to me at all, even after handing me my food. It was the strangest encounter I’ve ever had at a drive through window. She literally acted like she hated me and I have no clue who she is. I left and immediately called the store to speak to a manager, but alas, she answered. I asked if she was the one just at the drive thru window, and she said yes. When she said SHE was the manager I literally said, “are you OK ma’am?” She yelled back, “I’m FINE.” I said she didn’t interact with a customer like she was fine and she proceeded to argue with me so I hung up. I am baffled by this whole altercation. Thank God Baraboo has a Taco Bell. Guess I’ll just use them.

Freezing cold inside it’s warmer outside says a lot being a cold windy day, could not sit down to eat as planned. Tacos we ordered barely had any meat in them, no sour cream when there should be. They were not busy at all, super poor quality made food. Service was okay but whoever is making food in the back needs to learn how to roll a taco and add the correct amounts of ingredients. Let me start by saying that I love Taco Bell food. I ordered a box meal and everything in it was delicious. My husband, on the other hand, requested no sour cream, tomato or nacho sauce on his chalupas, and they put sour cream all over them. We ordered through the drive thru because we don't like the kiosk. That's the only way you can order inside the restaurant.
The older lady at the window was yelling at employee in the kitchen, "I'm not doing that!" She was very rude, nasty, and miserable.
We are in the restaurant, and when my husband told the lady about the sour cream, she started arguing with him about reading a screen on the drive thru that shows his order.
So he was such a witch that he told her to forget about it
The tables and chairs were so sticky and dirty, our shorts stuck to the chairs! The floors were filthy, too, and a strange nasty smell permeated the place.
It's sad, because I always loved their food, but the folks running this place are lazy and disgusting.😥

One of the dirtiest fast food restaurants I've ever been in. Not a single clean table in the entire place. What made it worse was two employees were in the back, leaning against the counter, on their phones. I guess employees have gotten that lazy nowadays.

It is becoming a trend at this location for staff to refuse to give a simple bag with your multiple item food order. Multiple items with food and drinks (drinks placed on cardboard holders as normal), yet offering no paper bag to hold it all at the Drive-Thru. Silly to even bring it up but it has started to happen a bit too often here. In most cases you get the items properly packaged as the restaurant does have the actual size paper bag to accommodate everything properly and neatly. Very simple matter. Yet, every now and then a rude staff member will hand your multiple item order, clamming "there are no bags" ...when the bags are clearly sitting beside on a pile. Must be a paper saving matter at the Drive-Thru as we do not see another reason!!! Also the Manager proactively and panicky shouting "get out of my timer" and so on while you are trying to put the order items together yourself, (since the staff gave you all items including finally the bag separately) ...when there is not a living sole behind and in front at the Drive-Thru... is simply unprofessional and unnecessary. Is there a problem with rude and unprofessional staff there at times? The other Taco Bell location in Lake Delton packages it all perfectly so unsure why this location has difficulties with this simple task.

I came into the restaurant, heated that half my order was missing for my doordash delivery. I spoke with Cornell who de-escalated my anger with the situation as well as provided a reason as to why I didn’t receive my full order (It was the doordasher’s fault). Cornell remade my entire $40 even though this wasn’t their fault/problem. He did not have to do this. He was really nice and pleasant to speak with! I think if it was anyone else, it would not have gone as well. I really appreciate the Manager and Crew here. They are super amazing!!! Thank you so much Cornell! 🤍🙌🏼

I went to Taco Bell on August 22nd, at around 6:30 pm. I went through the drive through and my cashier was Cornelius W. He was rude from the start but when I asked for what the options of the meals where he became very hostile and rude, my boyfriend went to finish his order, and he took a second to finish what he was about to say, the cashier didn’t even ask us if we were done with our order, just rudely gave us the total. And my napkins were dirty (looked used) when in the bag. My drinks were spilled and dripping down the sides. I am a very loyal customer to this restaurant, but now I am questioning ever coming back. I really hope that this guy gets what he deserves and goes and finds another job where he doesn’t have to interact with people.

Food is as it should be and the staff are friendly. I gave a 4 star on service because you have to place orders through kiosk and have limited service. The restaurant has been very dirty the last two times in a week that we have visited. Tables are sticky, food and trash around and the kiosks are very dirty. Condiments were low or empty and dirty station. If the restaurant was cleaned up I would recommend. This was at 2pm in the afternoon and not very busy.

Went through drive through. Don’t have tacobell very often. My girlfriend ordered a meal and I just ordered a beefy bean burrito and 2 tacos. I always remember but this time I didn’t to mention no sour cream on my order. I can’t stand it. So no more than 5 seconds after taking my order and getting to the window. I got the young Latina girls attention at the window and asked for no sour cream please. And older Latina lady came from the back with my order and I asked politely if she could remake it. She started going back and forth it me about it. Being very rude. “Well why didn’t you say it at the mic”. “I forgot!!” Keep in mind this was a $20 order. She started speaking to someone in the back about me wanting to remake my burrito. Bring a snot and using air quotes right in front of me to whoever it was that “I forgot”. Right like it was my plan all along to get you to remake it. So when she continued doing air quotes I put it in drive and left the drive through. Leaving my order to either be eaten by the employees, given to another customer when they ordered what we did, or thrown away. This happened Saturday afternoon on June 22nd.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, took the guy 7-8 mins just to take my order of two burritos not to add, the man taking my order had indicators that he was on illegal substances such as red eyes, slurred words, slow response and reaction time/speed and it took 10-15 minutes to get my food out to me. after all that we got home and realized that our burritos were nothing but straight beans.

The food was ok. There was no cashier and kiosk use only trays were stacked up on both garbages, floors were dirty, and many customers went up to get mistakes fixed. Not pleasant. I have been back to this Taco Bell many times and find dirty tables, trays being stacked up, bathrooms are dirty, and food is not made correctly. Someone needs to teach them how to clean and read English.

One question. Is the bar so low that all it takes at this place to be hired is to be able to fog a mirror? What a nut house! I used the app for the first time to grab some lunch, and 25 mins later, it wasn't even started. Talked to two employees that didn't have a single clue if my order was even received. They simply walked away when asked. None of them were even verbal. All I got out of them were shrugs or head nodding. I felt I was in the ape section of my local zoo. Not one bit of basic social skills were displayed. Oh, did I mention, the doors were locked. I had to have a customer let me in. (Found out later by someone "acting" like a manager, that they were "short-staffed", and this, for some reason, necessitated locking 2 of the 3 doors. Huh??????? Had to be at work, so I couldn't screw around with the so-called employees any longer. Called later in the evening to reach a manager that offered a litany of excuses of why I was treated so poorly. Gave me the excuse that they were short-staffed. Huh??? No contingency plan at all????? Didnt we just live through a Covid outbreak???? Hello??? Then, the manager offers the ultimate useless excuse there is, "It was not her shift " when the order occurred! I thought I was talking to a kid. My 12 year old grandchild has better sense than this manager. Whatever happened with "taking ownership"? Why should I care whose shift it is???? Why is that MY problem??? What good does that do me??? I had enough, and basically told her to get professional, and start acting like a manager. She took down my info and said she needed to talk to another manager "to make it right". If you are going to manage a shift, you take care of issues that are presented on YOUR shift. It wasn't a complicated issue. Oh, here is the killer.... the manager told me another customer walked out without getting their food as well. Nice!! I wouldn't be sharing that with anyone, if I had an ounce of common sense. Amway, this seems to be the norm when it comes to service in the Dells. The McDonalds down the road is even worse.

The people who work here don't know how to do their job! We walked there and we're told to go through the drive thru cause it was a 20 minute wait with 4 cars in the drive thru... they were standing around doing nothing and nobody else was in the lobby! Honestly, the Dells location is hit-or-miss on the food. Sometimes very adequate; sometimes disappointing.
Expensive as hell. Like everything in the Dells.
Being a local of a tourist town has me somewhat used to high turnovers, inflated prices, and rookie employees...
But hear my rant...
Some of the T-bell workers in my town have been staples for years. I don't "know" them. But I notice they change. Like there's a strange crew change every now and then.
Like they're on a rotation between stores? And I won't pretend to understand how that works... and I can't really find a correlation between different shifts and food quality. So...

All that being said; they are fast. And it definitely tastes like Taco Bell every time.
And I must say that when you catch the good crew, they are the best. Very friendly. Sometimes entertaining.

Watch out for the potholes if you're coming in from hwy 12.
