Worse customer service ever. I went on the app at 6:55pm, placed free delivery through THEIR app. They had doordash come at 7:06 as my order was ready. Doordashed delivered at 7:29pm.
Everything was sealed. I opened my taco salad and it smelled rotten! The tomatoes were rotten and the lettuce was LITERALLY brown. I didnt eat it and decide to get the 2 six pack and a pound that I ordered for my family. SAME DAMN THING! I ordered Monday night I believe. I didnt have a vehicle as to why I ordered it through Taco John's app as they had free delivery happening. I called the next morning Tuesday as it was late and he said to hold onto it until Thursday as that is when the owner came in. The food stank so bad fruit flies were coming and going. I was NOT going to hold it for 4 days.... who does that? I called today to talk to the owner. The owner is flat out RUDE! I heard her in the background calling names and just being rude. The dude on the phone said she was in a meeting. No she isnt because if they allow you to talk like that... bull... she was upset because I confronted about the issue. On the phone the dude asked, "Right when you received the order. Why didnt you being it back?"
I said, "I didnt have a car that is why I delivered. Why do I have to bring back your mistake. Why didnt you come and grab it? That sounds ridiculous."
He said, "Do you still have the food?"
Really? From 4 days ago because the owner FINALLY came in.
I said, "You want me to hold it for 4 DAYS?"
The owner in the back is saying more rude things and he trying to back her up by saying things that dont make sense.
I said, "Im a store manager and I see your customer service is down the drain."
Him, "Why didnt you come and return the food that night? Or keep it until today to return it?"
I said, "Are you for real. You guys are literally shitty."
Dont worry.... charge back it is.

Wasn't very busy maybe two cars when was parked and the other was leaving. Food was freshly made. Olies were perfect. Not to much seasoning and were also fresh. Soda carbonation was 💯. Wasn't a single employee just standing around doing nothing. That also was good to see. Cashier was polite and helpful. I'm definitely talk quietly if she couldn't hear me for nothing so she just told me to pull up to the window. Which helped immensely. Probably one of the best meals I had there. I didn't start eating back out till about a year ago. Like to see people cook my food. Let me see you not wash your hands or use gloves when you make my food. Your fingernails alone. WHOLE lot of stuff you don't even see. The money part is disgusting. Money actually has bugs/germs all over. Whoever manages this location and is in charge of major decisions needs to change their policy on putting napkins in the bag. There is no way to wipe your hands or mouth From eating food anywhere whether it’s at home or at a restaurant unless you have something in current civilization called a napkin. They’re pretty inexpensive at the store. You can get them at the dollar store literally for a dollar. I can’t believe a national chain like taco John’s does not include napkins in the bag!!🔥

Its a hit or miss at this location. We have been here 3 times and once they forgot something but I was able to get it after walking in and tell them. It is very busy and very tiny space. Typically I like Taco John's- you get your money's worth. The staff though need to work on their communication/listening skills....this is the 2nd time I went through the drive through and told them (TWICE) NO SOUR CREAM. My husband is deathly allergic.
Well, this is the second time, after telling the people multiple times, and i still got sour cream put on my husband's food.
I'm pissed !! Not looking for a replacement burrito or a refund...I just want the staff to do better cause some people have allergies so bad that a mix up like this could put them in the hospital..

Messed up my late night order. Went back to see if they would correct their mistake and I was told that because I didn't call they won't make it right. Now if I sit in line, make an order, get all of my order and call and complain of a mistake, that didn't actually happen, they'll make another one of those but won't make the guy whole, who's going out of his way for a $7... I didn't make any outrageous claims. I miss Dieter. In 25 years of patronage of this location, my family and I have experienced a steady decline in service and attitude. We have a family of 6 and each have our favorite items that we enjoy a specific way. After a visit to the drive thru to get our favorites, the middle aged woman tending the drive thru, had to be corrected a couple times taking the order. What came across as irritation, was the complaint to me (the customer) that I can order all this online. I took the bitter advise and complied to do so in the future. (I have spent decades in customer service type jobs, and have done my best to help those in this line of work... but I too have a limit.) Since switching to online ordering we have had a 48% success rate. Someone in my family has gone without in most meals. The inaccuracy has increased and my patience has decreased. My most recent experience was as such: I placed the order online, arrived to the restaurant at the time I requested. There was an atmosphere of annoyance. I overheard many sighs, saw defeated faces, and there was lackluster service provided. When unpacking our order, we noticed missing items and items not made as specified on the order. I needed to once again decide if I was going to allow someone to go without or address the issue.
I addressed the issue by calling the location. I was told I come down and have the missing and incorrectly made items replaced. I returned to the location and was recognized by staff as the person with the order problem. The order was made correct; However, the experience was not corrected. In fact the experience was further damaged as there was still a sulking attitude in abundance. Leadership was either not present or lacked the fortitude to address issues directly and offer an expression of reconciliation to me.
I am left to interpret that customer service is dead. Now I need to decide if I need morn my patronage to a formally favorite restaurant.

I’ve been there three times this month and they have messed up my order every time. I have called and actually made a complaint about it and the Cook is in the background bitching and complaining well saying I’m lying. First of all… let me just say that this Taco John’s location Rocks!!! I have not been here in ages and I am SO glad that we decided on this for dinner tonight! The cashier (John)… He has the BEST customer service skills! Very friendly, patient, personable, attentive, and thorough! Just an all around vibe that I really enjoyed!!!😊 🩷
But I also have to shout out to the ENTIRE CREW that was on duty tonight, including the Server that is listed on my receipt (Kevin B)! I ordered quite a bit of food and not only was everything accounted for, and made properly… it was all SO DELICIOUS!!! John and the crew that were working tonight all deserve recognition from their higher ups! Kudos to you all! Has been a ray of sunshine with Taco Bell pretty much going away / increasing prices and decreasing quality.

Unfortunately there has been a big drop in food quality from a month or two ago. Hopefully I just hit an off day hit everything tastes very dry, grilled stuffed taco was lacking cheese and barely and sour scream. They also didn’t put any cheese on my taco bravo. Seems like they’re trying to use refried beans as the primary ingredient instead of meat and the other main ingredients. Hope to see this turn around, I’ll update if so.

Their stuffed burrito had barely anything in it. It was thin as can be. Fried chicken tacos had good sauce but the chicken must of been sitting out for awhile. My girlfriend placed an order for DoorDash, and we realize that the order was wrong, which was on us, but then when we tried to call to see if they can fix it Quick The first time I tried calling took me four times before someone finally answered the phone and they said that they didn’t have the order so I called a different location thinking that maybe we ordered from the wrong location they didn’t have it so and then the DoorDash was at the location that we placed the order so I called them back to see if they had the order they said they did not have the order And had an attitude with me about it then we get a notification that the DoorDash driver picked up the order.
