My husband and I stopped here to eat, there's was a gal cleaning everything and I told her that her work didn't go unnoticed. (which by the way the lobby looked amazing) and was very courteous. The staff was friendly and the food was good and we were served rather quickly!! Love this store and to the gal cleaning you do an amazing job! Keep it up!

I have only gone to this location a few times, yet every single time I have gone to this Taco Johns they forget something. Which yes, normally I check the bag before leaving but the last time I didn't and by the time I drove all the way home and opened the bag I realized they had forgotten an order of Ole's. It's not just the fact about forgotten food that makes me so upset but that's my money that's being lost then. Money I work for. So after calling the store and telling them what was forgotten, and being told they'd send me a coupon in the mail to make up for this mistake and never receiving said coupon (well over a month later) yeah, I'm done going to this location.

Food was only so-so, it seemed. Service seemed "odd." Not bad, just odd. Friendly enough. The whole visit through drive-through was different. First, I had to wait to order, then, the person at the window was talking to me but not looking at me, so I didn't realize they were talking to me. When they did look in my direction, they sort of mumbled under their breath something. When I got the food to the office, it seemed unusually bland.

Ordered the 6 pack and a pound and the meat on the taco was so cold that it was a mix of the orange slimy fat and meat it was as cold as the lettuce and tomatoes and sour cream. Even after asking to make sure that the oles weren't old or overdone because the last few times they were. Still got served with overly hard burnt or stale chewy oles. The very last time I came to this establishment there were only 2 cars in the drive thru and the line seemed to move semi quickly but once i got up to order i had to wait about 6 or 7 minutes before they took my order. Once i got my food it was all smashed together in the bag. This is the worst taco John’s I have ever been to. My husband ordered me a four cheese quesadilla and when he got back with the food it was a chicken quesadilla with some weird sauce. We called the restaurant and they said all quesadillas are called four cheese you have to specify chicken or not is that not what a four cheese quesadilla is 😡 we also got potato oles and they were soggy and the cheese sauce was like water.

I do not visit regularly dude to EVERY SINGLE TIME i end up with the most extreme food poisoning or a friend does either way no one walks away safe. This place is a job. The food is not made right, its almost always cold and you can tell the greese traps are never clean just refilled. Burrito wasnt even half full my kids been sick for two days now and so have i and YES it is from your food. Close the place before you kill someone with your poison food. I will also be calling the health company. If im sick im not the only one. Close your doors and move on.

The absolute worst. Went here once before, service was bad and burritos has more in the outside of the tortilla than the inside. Figured I'd give them another shot today. Got a 6 pack and a pound. 2 of the tacos where MISSING part of the shell, not just broke but missing. And all the other shells where broken. The Oles had a big glob of mashed Oles and what looked like was scraped off of somewhere. I will never go here again and I would really encourage you to do the same. You would have never guessed that Taco Johns is the spot for breakfast. I recently ordered a meat and potato burrito with sausage and egg and was amazed at how good it was. I actually ate it every day for a few days after. It really is great. Give it a try. It's not classy, it's fast food, but damn it's good.

I ordered a Boss Bowl excitedly knowing I could make it more keto friendly by removing the beans and rice. Apparently by removing those 2 items makes your $6.49 meal an extra small portion. Like it all fit in a 1 cup measuring cup!
I'm not asking for more of everything else, but a little more lettuce to make it worth the same value. After all I am expected to pay the same price.

Worst experience in fast food I’ve ever dealt with. Started by ordering a bean burrito, 2 small ole’s, a drink with no ice, with sides of nacho cheese and queso. Order was repeated to me and was correct. I got the food and first realized there was ice in the drink and they hadn’t given us our nacho cheese, it happens, so I wasn’t too bothered but saw on the receipt I had paid for it. Shared the queso with my boyfriend on our oles, half way through eating there was a thick black hair right in the queso. Absolutely disgusted we decided to just eat the rest and forget about the cheeses. As my boyfriend finished his ole’s there was another long black hair right in the bottom of the container. We were both grossed out and couldn’t finish the rest of our food. We frequently eat here but after this will definitely not be coming to this location again.

Actual food is good. However, whenever you add to an item they NEVER add it. I pay for it but it is never added. Example. Steak boss bowl double steak and double rice. Get home and not even a single serving of steak and no double rice. Really?!!!! Cheese and sour cream cups are never in there. Tried3 times and now I’m completely done.
