Then the cream was bad curdled.
I got the two burritos , one bacon , which was mediocre , and one was sausage , which was some kind of brown goop Inside what I would call a uncooked softshell. Easily the worst meal I've had in years.

I just got food, not even five minutes ago from here and I asked for it to be made fresh and no response was given to me. I got my food. My tacos were iced cold as they just came out of the freezer, and my olays were not even hot. Tato john's used to be my favorite place of all time to eat at. But lately they have gone downhill. Ehen a customer asks for fresh food, they should get what they ask for Because as I see it because I work in the fast food industry also, I've learned the customer is always right.

This is my go-to local Taco Johns. Potato oles's are a comfort food to me and they rarely disappoint. It's just not a 5 star food. I honestly just do the drive thru so I have no idea what the inside looks like. Food is consistent and service is good for a fast food place.

The food isn't as good as it was on my previous visit 12 years ago (this time, I found a bean or two in my BEEF burritos), but the biggest disappointment was that while we were eating, I "backwards" read the banner in the front window to find that what my buddy ordered qualified to get another of the same for free or at minimal extra cost. No one at the counter mentioned it as we ordered, so our lunch total came to about $20, instead of around $10. I'd say I'll look for a special next time, but I'm moving back to Eau Claire where I'll eat at home 99% of the time and the 1% won't be at fast food joints when I can buy frozen Mexican (style) food at Woodman's and bake or microwave it.

I loved this place in high school, but the prices are ridiculous for the service you receive. Nearly every table was dirty, and for 3/4 of our dine in visit there were zero customers, but plenty of learning going on in the back. Burrito was falling apart, and a nice hair in the bottom of my Ole's, who's to say if any other ones were ingested. Windowsills are covered in dead bugs, nails exposed coming out of trim, the wall on the corner booth is quite literally falling off.

HOLY BONKERS. You don't understand how absolutely awesome sauce this meal was; whoever made my (Avery) Fried Chicken Combo Grande Griller at 8pm on 08/18/2024 is the BEST. I don't know how tf someone could have possibly fried the chicken to 100% Perfection, cooked the rice till fluffy, applied JUST enough sauce, wrapped tightly, AND grilled it all to be exactly perfect but it's happened. Add Potato Ole's on the side with a cup of nacho cheese filled to the top (I dipped the Grande Griller in the cheese too.), then pour half a mild packet on top for each bite, and as a drink (‼️EMPLOYEE RECOMMENDATION‼️), Equal parts Starry, Lemonade, and Mountain Dew. I've been to SO MANY Taco Johns' in the Midwest from moving so much but I've never eaten anything THIS GOOD from a TACO JOHN'S. I am BEGGING TO KEEP GRANDE GRILLERS ON THE MENU. 🙏🙏🙏

Absolutely disgusting service. Your app does not state that a person can not pick up their breakfast before 7am. I arrived at 649am and was asked to come back because they won't serve me my PAID FOR ORDER for another 11 minutes even though I'm there now and they admit to having and can see my order. Had a craving for a “Six Pack & a Pound” from Taco John’s tonight so stopped and picked one up for Jaidan and Grandpa Bob and another for Jennifer, Nick and I.

Went in to order and apologized immediately for having to be “that customer” as I order with various adjustments and requests including no cheese on one of the packs.

Employee taking my order was AMAZING, very polite, patient and diligent in ensuring he got my order right.

As I sat down to wait I suddenly hear, “ok, everyone my rule when we get a no cheese order is we treat it like it’s a cheese allergy. Change gloves, wash hands, and wipe down surfaces before you start it”

He continued to explain that they should complete that order and hand it to me before starting others. As I was walking out I heard him ask the employees what is was they learned just now and why he had them do it that way to confirm comprehension.

Most of all, I saw a staff who seemed to be enjoying themselves. Laughing amongst themselves, helping each other, and very aware of helping customers the minute they reached the counter.

So way to go Kuno and the rest of the team at Taco John’s on Brackett Avenue!!

Food was as expected. The establishment is very dirty. The restroom was filthy, the toilet seat, toilet bowl and floor was disgusting. The floor in the dining area was also very dirty. I recently visited Taco John's with high hopes for a satisfying meal, but unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. Upon ordering, I realized that my order was incomplete – three tacos were missing. While mistakes happen, it was disappointing nonetheless.

I called and was told by the staff to rectify the situation by offering a free dessert and my missing tacos to make up for the oversight and assured me that it would be sent to me. However, despite waiting patiently, the promised dessert never arrived.

In an attempt to address the issue, I went back to Taco John's to see if they could fix the problem. I provided my information, hoping for a resolution, but to my dismay, I never received a callback.

As a customer, this level of service is unacceptable. It's disheartening to encounter such disregard for customer satisfaction. While I have enjoyed Taco John's in the past, this experience has left a sour taste in my mouth.

Until these issues are addressed and resolved, I am hesitant to continue supporting this franchise. I hope that Taco John's takes steps to improve their customer service and ensure that such oversights are not repeated in the future.

Visited Friday night 3/3/23 around 6:15 pm. Chicken was overfried in the chicken tacos we ordered. It was like eating balled-up fishing line, so we threw them out - which was a poor end to a very expensive meal. I am the first to understand that fast food work is not as easy as everybody makes it out to be, and that mistakes happen. I went to this location today and ordered food, I drove home and realized that I had received someone else’s order that had significantly less food than mine. I decided to go back to the store after calling them and pick up my actual order and drop off the wrong order. When I got there, they approached me at the desk and started making my food, and I waited patiently. Once I received my food, they said “sorry about the mistake. “and I said “no big deal “as I walked out the door I heard the manager say “well if it wasn’t such a big deal why do you come back “. I found that to be very disrespectful because I was very patient and understanding but was treated as if I were the opposite. I understand that things happen when there’s a rush, but saying snarky comments behind a customers back is very unprofessional.
