Taco johns always hits. The only negative thing I can say is that there are certain people that work at the Southside lax location that do not know how to wrap a burrito so once I got my food home it was ripped and falling apart. Annoying but it still tastes great.

The Taco John’s on Jackson St stole $45 from me. I accidentally placed an order at this store through the app instead of the one on Monitor St in La Crosse. The app wouldn’t allow me to cancel the order so I called the store. The kid was so rude and refused to cancel the order. I never picked up the food but they still charged my bank the $44 and change, almost $45. The kid told me to give him my name and number and a manager would get back to me eventually, maybe. He refused to get me a manager or supervisor. I strongly do not recommend this place!

5 dollars or more for a burrito and its no bigger than a taco, the oles are either stale, over seasoned or saturated in oil. (See attached photo) The burritos used to be doubled in size.

Ordered beef soft taco meal, side of sour cream.

Tacos were awesome, lots of beef, cheese, lettuce. Eat two tacos here, get full.

So nice to get what they advertise. A Taco shell full of food, well done.

This crew made me a nachos navidad for my mother who lives in Iowa, by giving me each of the separate components in individual containers. It was a lot of work, and I really appreciate them doing it. Totally awesome job! Catalin and Jaylein were VERY helpful!!!

Haven't been inside in a while, but it was nice and clean when I had gone in the dining room. Use the drive thru all the time now and the order taker is always friendly when we order and get to the window. Very helpful and patient when we present a coupon. Food is always good and yummy 😋 Price is always nice even for large orders, having the app and rewards, is very valuable, lots of specials and discounts. Love Taco John's 🌮 😋 😍

Jaylein was super thoughtful and helpful. She noticed that my meal, if ordered separately, would actually be cheaper than if ordered as a meal since the borrito was on sale that day. So she saved me some cash. She even thought to ask about putting ice in the freshly made sweet tea. Which was just as good as the food. So, thanks, Jaylein and the girl who made my food!

I ordered $91 worth of food on the app. The app doesn't have a option for notes or extra seasoning for potato oles, so I called the store to ask if that was possible, they said yes. I hit the I'm on my way, for some reason it didn't register so I sat out in the parking lot thinking I'd give them some time to make my food, for 10-15 minutes extra. Pulled up through the drive through told them who I was, they said they didn't have the order and couldn't explain to me where I could see my order. I found it and hit I'm on my way, I'm here. They got it. I decided I was thirsty and wanted to order a drink. The guy on the recieving end said you can order a drink here, I said, I don't see any options here posted how to order your lemonade. He didn't respond, I was expecting him to list me sizes with prices, I got nothing. I sat for a moment waiting for a response, nothing, I said nevermind I'm going to pull forward. I pulled up...no one greeted me. I sat there and waited. Then I knocked on the window, no response, i waited and knocked again, I said I would please like extra seasoning on my oles, the older guy said yep I talked to you....we know. They handed me my bags, I decided to ask for a ice water, mind you im 8 months pregnant. I didn't complain on how I really wanted a lemonade. They gave me my water. I peeked at the oles, I couldn't see any seasoning. I Asked the guy if they put extra seasoning on them, even though I knew the answer, he said yep, I said are you sure bc I don't see any, he said I watched her do it twice. I said I really don't think you did bc normally I would see some seasoning. I drove away tasted some...I couldn't even taste any. I will be taking my business elsewhere bc he blatantly lied to my face more than once. I will see if anything else is messed up. And update. Thank Jackson street taco johns that I have been going to since I was a kid. Btw this isn't the 1st time they lied about seasoning 😒

I really like Taco John’s. The food is pretty good. The prices are decent. The daytime employees are very friendly and seem to really care about their jobs but this is the third time that I’ve come & the store has been closed 10 minutes early, I might be old-school but when I used to work in customer service/food service you would get in so much trouble if you closed before your posted hours that would be an absolute no go When I asked if they were open until 10 as they hours show, the girls said yeah, but we close early so that we can get everything put away and cleaned up um OK
