Love Taco John’s. Don’t go through DoorDash. It’s not door dashes fault when they pick up the wrong food. I called to have my order fixed, and the answer I got was “since you went through DoorDash there is nothing we can do”! Well, here’s to losing $6 and them not changing or making my order correct. If you want taco John’s go there so when they screw your order up, they will be held accountable to fix it

Actually superior to Taco Bell, only thing they have going for them is Baja Blast but I can get that canned at Walmart. The cheese is amazing its not dumped with fake nacho cheese in every bite, Oles are made by the gods, they serve actually good tasting "Mexican" food and as a partial Hispanic I am very pleased with the flavors and the desserts are absolutely superior to whatever trash Walmart 1lb bag of crap they are selling. I am a happy woman will be going here once a week as a cheat day for my dieting. The only downside is don't expect them to get most of your order correct if they have a line of more than 2 cars. The lady even read it off to me and managed to try and kill my intestines with cream cheese was not happy when I got home and had to take a napkin to Mexican desserts 8.7/10

The employees working on May 28th at 7:30pm did a horrible job. First I couldn’t even hear the one through the drive through. Had to shut my truck off (it’s not modified what so ever) and ask him to repeat himself a few times. And when he did speak he mumbled bad. When we got our order they didn’t even fill my drink all the way and my boyfriend’s burrito was supposed to be steak. There was no meat in it at all and was extremely sloppily put together. The taco he had ordered extra was bigger than the “burrito”

Worst customer service yet it's laughable. Ordered tacos with 10 hot sauce packets and it showed up with 0 sauce. So I call them to tell them they mess up my order just to get told it's not their fault for my missing sauce. Saying it was driver fault. Worker Cody was extremely rude and disrespectful. After I was done ordering for my family (7 family members) he immediately complained about having to make food for such a large order. Started slamming everything around and treating his coworkers with disrespect. I ordered a meat and potato burrito. What I got was a sloppy, mess. The burrito was very loosely wrapped. I had to try to rewrap it, it was oozing out every crack. The whole thing was the consistency of gravy inside. I could not tell if there's potatoes in it. I could not tell if there is any meat in it. It was just mush. It had no flavors whatsoever to indicate it came from a Mexican restaurant. If I wasn't in a hurry to get where I was going I definitely would have brought it back. Never will eat there again. And if you're reading this you should skip going there as well!!!

Consistently bad service with little care or recourse. Items missing from orders as well as horrible organization. Have been handed other customers orders multiple times and have out of 4 visits never received a correct order, the most recent of which today was missing both the potato ole as well as a drink. I like the food we get from Taco Johns. I come down on my lunch to get a taco salad every once in a while. The last two time I ask to make sure they had the house dressing with it and was told yes .I have even ask just before they hand me the bag with the salad and was told yes the dressing is in with the salad. When I get back to work to eat the dressing is not there so you end up eating a dry salad .this make me sad. Not sure I will try that again .

Had my daughter pick up dinner, the street tacos were just OK, the fried chicken tacos were hard as bricks I couldn't even eat it. It was not tender or chicken just hard fried batter, no cheese or any kind of sauce. Gave it to my dog she could barely eat it. We had an excellent experience at this Taco John's on 5/12/24. All the employees were very kind - had smiles, welcomed us in, explained menu items, and thanked us for coming in. I don't know the last time I had such a great experience at a fast food restaurant. We felt like the workers truly wanted us to have a great experience. The food came out quickly, all items were correct, and the restaurant itself was clean. When we left, the supervisor himself took our trays up, and everyone thanked us for coming in and wished us a good day. We will definitely come back here!

I cannot THANK the staff at Taco John's Marshfield enough for helping my daughter out this morning. She was in between doctor appt's for her twins and decided she was going to get them something to eat. I told her to use the debit card associated with my account (I am over an hour away) to get themselves some breakfast. Neither she nor I realized that the card had expired. The staff went above and beyond to help her out, without embarrassing her while she was in the drive thru.
Our family has always been Taco John's patrons and we will continue. Highly recommend your business to others!

I was very disappointed with the past two visits. I ordered through the drive through, there were 2 cars ahead of me waiting. We waited 20 mins to get to the window. They are now only allowed to give you one packet of sauce per item FYI too bad they are not so tight with their flyers on the cheddar burrito. I had 6 of those in my bag. Lol. My potato oles were cold. I arrived at 9:30 p.m. and had not eaten dinner. I am in town for a funeral and didn't want to take it back to hotel and eat with the family due to lack of space. Anthony let me know they were closing in 21 minutes, 10 minutes, and then 6 minutes. He literally asked us to leave at 10:00 because they were now closed.we literally had a few bites left and were leaving. He said the GM was on the way to talk with me. They never came. If you are going to serve for dine in until 10 p.m then your workers need to understand the paying customer has the right to enjoy their meal without a count down and being kicked out because they are ready to go home. Just RUDE!

Ate here twice in the past 3 months and both times have been incredibly disappointing. Being a former worker (at a different franchise) I was very dissatisfied with the service and food that I received. One morning they ran out of eggs which can happen but shouldn't happen, but again it has happened to me so I can understand. However, after such a wait I'd hope for at least a solid burrito but it was so short on sausage it really upset my morning. Being a loyal customer I gave them another chance at some breakfast burritos and again they were skimpy as hell on the sausage, not to mention they took like 5 minutes for 4 meat and potato burritos when drive was empty like c'mon. I could've had them done and bagged up in 2-2.5min max.

I have been a customer of Taco John's Customer for most of my life, but have decided to stop eating here. Under the new ownership/management the food quality has become very poor, the portions are much smaller and the prices have almost doubled. During my last visit through the Drive-Thru I ordered 3 softshell tacos and an order of refried beans. The food I received was ice cold; the tacos were basically just shells with almost no ingredients inside, and the container of refried beans was barely 1/3 full!
