Formerly hated Taco John's due to a bad visit in Marshfield over 10 years ago. We decided to give this location a shot....SOOO glad we did. We are hooked! The food is great, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the restaurant is clean. Better than Taco Bell, hands down!

Management doesn't have a lick of customer service in their bones. If you have issues with their POS app it's your fault and they react to your frustration with anger and blame you. I won't be back, I like the food but I won't contribute to someone's salary who can't bother to answer the phone.

Went through the drive thru today and for the first time ever doing business with this restaurant, I encountered a poor attitude from the woman that was not even taking my order, she seemed to have a problem with me for trying to ensure that my order was correct as I could not drive back should something be left out. I always verify my order anywhere I go and never have an issue. I am guessing this is the last time I give my business to this place which is sad because the food is not half bad

We were ordering during rush hour I guess, and we had a large order for 5 people, and the employee was getting frustrated with our order apparently and didn't let us order food for the 5th person. "Pull forward!" "We have one more order!" "PULL FORWARD" She says again.

The amount of salt on the potato ole is crazy and 90% of the drinks we had were ice. Got the wrong type of tacos in my order. No big deal. When going back through the drive though to get the correct type, the first thing the lady (who didn’t take my order) said to me that it was my fault, not the girl who took my order. Really? That’s how you start a conversation with a paying customer who is NOT upset? Ok, so now I’m upset! She gives me the correct order, plus the side of cheese which the girl had forgotten ( which I was charged for). Let's just say me and my 8 year old were swore @ ! aggressive physically charged @ in the drive through & physically almost attacked In the vehicle because we came 10 minutes to close and told them there was no need to be rude and flip us off as we drove in , @ the drive through ordering box . I stopped decided get some Taco John's for lunch with Grandma. I ordered her a beef burrito with cheese which was great. I had ordered a steak super burrito. It was all rice and black beans and pico de gallo I had six to seven pieces maybe of steak meat, mind you they were pretty little. I will not order a $7 burrito again from there.
