Ordered from DoorDash, this is my first time having food from here. The food was extremely good and hot. They gave me 2 ranch cups with my chicken strips, which was very appreciated. I asked if I could have a pickle since a lot of their sandwich pictures showed pickles. As a pregnant lady, a pickle looked very good. I didn’t expect anything but they gave me two pickles! The pickles were delicious. I will eat here again. Thank you so much Tamaracks!

The food is always pretty good. The service, however, has been horrible the last 4 out of 5 times my wife and I have gone. The bartenders are extremely rude and have acted inconvienced when asked for another drink or any questions. We've waited for services for 5 to ten minutes when we have been 2 of only 5 people in the bar. We only keep going because of the food and the bloodys are pretty good.

In a way, I feel bad, as im almost certain it was a new bartender. But after waiting 10 minutes for a menu, and after 15 minutes of waiting for a sweet tea and a bloody mary and seeing a shake of the day and 3 others who just walked in after my wife and I get served drinks first, we told the bartender to cancel our order and walked. At this point, I'm doubting our order was even put in. It was a pure shame as I liked frequenting it here before. Went and got Hokkaido and were given our drinks immediately and food shortly after with just as many if not more people, but also there was more staff.

If you're looking for a great Wisconsin bar with awesome food, this is the place. Great cheese curds and onion rings. The Ruben is one of the best around anywhere! Good selection of beers and spirits in a cozy, friendly atmosphere. They say some of the best food comes from small bars in the midwest, and this is a great example. You won't leave hungry!

Decided to try this place, ordered a Friday fish, I’ve had better, very small pieces, coleslaw was old, even though the waitress said” We get it in weekly,” it was not fresh, I make better Potato Salad, was not impressed, also found a piece of wrapping paper in my Potato salad, neither was changed or apology, Never Again, there are so many other places, that are great, unfortunately a number of them are Out of Town. We ate here Friday night for fish and the fun raffle! We called ahead of time and they had a table all set for our large group of 15. Our waitress was amazing. We had 4 teenagers who were” bored” and she let her use her personal beanbags for cornhole to get them outside—Would recommend this place for burgers and their bluegill! Owner is awful. My girlfriend and I stopped there for dinner. I ordered a pizza, the works, no olives and a diet Pepsi. My girlfriend ordered the bluegill and a bloody Mary. After being ignored for the next hour I asked about the status of our order where they informed me that they were running behind but it would be out shortly. About 10 minutes later my pizza showed up covered in olives. I told them that wouldn't work and they responded that it would take to long to cook another one and there is nothing they could do. Our waitress then walked away and avoided looking in our direction. After waiting another 10 minutes for my girlfriends order and it still not coming out, we left. Oh well. Bad experiences happen. What I can't accept is the owner blasting our picture all over their Facebook saying that we walked out on our bill. I immediately called the owner to explain what happened. He didn't care, he said pay the bill, which I never recieved, or they would call the cops. Luckily the community destroyed them on their terrible post and they finally took it down. I feel that we were owed an apology. People like him make it hard for small businesses to make it. I will definitely not spend my money there anymore.

Food was ok. Burgers were very chewy and clearly reheated, frozen, low-quality burgers. My buddy had a reuben and cheese curds and that looked great. I would just skip the burgers.

I had the Rooster 12" pizza and it's the greatest BBQ and chicken pizza I've ever had.
It's quite the busy place and the clientele isn't that great but you can't exactly control who comes in. The service was good but due to it being busy, it took a while to get menus. Again, it's not in their control due to how busy it is. Over all, it was a good experience.

I would not recommend this place because of a lot of things. I would go to Applebee’s down the road, on the main road or go to the other bars that are down by the river.
