Fantastic breakfast with my wife and buddies - I ordered one of the skillets and it was hot fresh and delicious. After leaving a horribly run restaurant across town (Jaime’s), we decided to come to Tana’s.

BEST IDEA! We were welcomed with friendly smiles, told we could have a seat anywhere in the restaurant and were tended to immediately.

Alyssa, our waitress, was TOP NOTCH! She was so polite, friendly and warm. She made us feel like regulars on our first visit!

As people walked in, they were greeted by name, their drinks brought out to them. Liz, the other waitress was also really kind and polite, asking if we needed anything.

Liz and Alyssa ran this place like a fine tuned machine! Laughs filled the walls as they engaged with everyone.

THE FOOD WAS 🔥 FIRE 🔥! Cooked to perfection. Lots of flavor and it came out so quickly! We had an omelette with American, Swiss, onion and ham. SO GOOD! The chicken dumpling soup was delicious too!

Stopped in for breakfast and discovered a hidden gin in the Delavan area.

When ordering on the phone person taking my order had everything correct and she was friendly. When I opened the container of the food I ordered the food did not look very good pancakes,hashbrows were burnt. Arrived at end of breakfast/lunch rush at 12:25, wait 5 minutes for any attention. 12:30 menus provided, drink order taken. 12:35 order taken. 12:40 1 of 2 soups provided, flagged waitress down, she readily brought over second soup. 12:55 lunch 1 of 2 arrived. 1:00 pm lunch 2 of 2 arrived. 1:05 fries arrived, not to mention asking a second time for drink refill. The experience took way too long with the disjointed meal experience. If I had nothing but time, as many retired patrons seemed in no hurry, this would be acceptable. I likely will not be back, other good options nearby. Also, they do charge you more for credit card use-- certainly their option.

My husband and I were in the area for a weekend and saw this place on Google. We love trying new places. We were not disappointed at all. The food was delicious and the portions were generous. My husband ordered the Swedish pancakes and I had the meat lovers skillet. So yummy! Our waitress, Liz, was incredible and ran the dining room like a boss! So pleasant to talk to.
Got the chance to say hi to the owner and she was also the cook. To say it was a comfort meal and just downright good cooking would be an understatement.
It was so good that we went back the next day for lunch. Again, it was a homerun. Pleasantly surprised to see our same server again. This is a place you could easily drive right by but you'll be missing a delicious meal.

So we were in town for our honeymoon and decided to visit Tana’s for breakfast. We were greeted and told to pick anywhere to sit. So we did the greater came up friendly and took our drink orders. While waiting we started seeing a lot of fly’s I counted 8 while waiting and we kept waving 👋🏼 are hands to move them away from us. Tired of the overpriced and underwhelming food while staying at Lakelawn Resort?

Try Tana's. The food is great, the prices are right, and whoever is in the back cooking the food knows their stuff.

I know this, because I ordered some Eggs Benedict. Poached eggs are difficult even for experienced cooks. The poached eggs here were absolutely perfectly done. That's the mark of experience and skill.

The rest of our food was primo. The staff was friendly and attentive. Even at 6 AM.

We ordered biscuits and gravy as a take out. Well…..it was disgusting to say the least. We have eaten there a few times in the past (the same food) and it was very good. I don’t really know if they have different cooks or what. The gravy was the same soup base they apparently use for everything and it had little very mushy square cut up sausage 🤮.
