We got takeout from Taqueria Los Pachos tonight and were very happy with our food! The rice and beans were perfect and the red and green salsas were spicy and flavorful. Everyone enjoyed their meal. Happy to support this local business!

Amazing, authentic food. I haven't found birria this good since I moved from Texas, I almost cried after my first bite! Owners and staff were friendly and attentive. Don't forget the arroz con leche!

Had an amazing experience with everything. The staff, atmosphere, the food looked and tasted amazing. There are some reviews that made me feel neutral when going in and I believe this is by far the best storefront Mexican cuisine we have in the area. Both times I’ve been here was on the soft open menu and it seemed they improved on the not so perfect reviews.

I wanted to like it but was disappointed.
I had a birria burrito and it was pretty bland.
Birria meat was tough and the portions were much smaller than expected.
Good horchata though!
The Mexican rice was also very good and very fragrant from the mojo.

I had the chicken quesadilla at Taqueria Los Pachos, and it was absolutely amazing! The tortilla was perfectly toasted with just the right amount of crisp, the cheese was rich and gooey, and the chicken was seasoned to perfection—juicy, tender, and packed with flavor. Every bite had a great balance of textures and taste, and it was served hot and fresh. Definitely one of the best quesadillas I’ve ever had, and I can’t wait to go back for more. Highly recommend!

Wow, just had a burrito from Taqueria Los Pachos and I’m honestly blown away. I’ve tried a lot of places around here but this was seriously the best burrito I’ve ever had.

The meat was perfectly seasoned, black beans were on point, and everything was just fresh. Plus they didn’t skimp on the portions which is always nice. I’m usually pretty picky about my Mexican food but they nailed it.
Safe to say I found my new spot! Will definitely be back soon.

This is a wonderful place where you can enjoy delicious Mexican tacos. The quesabirria tacos were my favorite, especially because the broth that comes with them has such a rich and flavorful taste. On top of that, the cozy décor makes the whole experience even more enjoyable.

I really wanted this to finally be the super flavorful Mexican place in Hudson. I got 4 tacos so I could try the meats. The chicken had very little flavor, the adobada was mild flavor and dry, and the steak finally had some flavor but was very dry. The salsa I got with the chips was completely flavorless almost like they forgot all spices. I really hope it’s just due to the soft open. Will give another shot since all other Mexican in Hudson is also very tame flavors.

I love this place! I had the steak tacos here and they were incredible! Super flavorful, fresh ingredients, and perfectly cooked. You can tell they care about what they’re serving. Easily some of the best tacos I’ve had in a long time. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I meant to take photos of the food... but those house-made tortillas looked (and smelled) so good that we quite literally gobbled everything up in record time. 🙈 No regrets!

I got the tacos to go . $5.50 each x 2 was a nice big meal . Tacos were big and well loaded . Staff was very friendly. It didn’t appear that had beer yet but we got a to go order . Looks like you can order online and do pickup too.

My wife and I vacation in Mexico every year and we have been searching for that authentic Mexican street food and I think we finally found it. They are in a soft opening phase and I was very happy with the food, service and atmosphere. I got the burrito and my wife got street tacos, both were very good and we will return soon.
My only suggestion is to use fresh sliced jalapeños, rather than pickled ones from a jar.

I had the quesabirria tacos 🌮 with the consome, from a Mexican prospective not good at all. My tacos were falling apart, a lot of meat and hardly no cheese. Consome broth was thick, should be like light broth, tortillas should be smothered in the birria sauce and crispy with plenty of cheese and meat. Saw that they just opened and I wanted to try. Place is clean and very Aesthetic. But food was disappointing and not authentic from a Mexican standpoint 😞 Employees were very nice and friendly.
