I would like there to be a no-star option because this place does not deserve one. The food is horrible. I ordered a roast meat and it was very disappointing to receive only one piece of meat with very low beans, more liquid than beans, and a horrible rice made with canned tomato sauce, it costs more than 18 dollars and the quality and portion are not worth it. The tacos are terrible in both flavor and presentation, the sauces are very bad and the service is very slow. Really take care of your money and do not go there, I think the business is run by someone who does not have the slightest idea of Mexican food because it shows what they offer. Years ago I had a good impression of their food because it was delicious, but this time I gave them more than 5 opportunities and I really do not plan to give them my money anymore. Please get out of business and leave the opportunity to someone other than if they know how to cook.
Do not be worth it if you want to take care of your money.

Pedí una carne asada y fue muy decepcionante recibir solo una pieza de carne con frijoles muy bajos, más líquido que frijoles, y un horrible arroz hecho con salsa de tomate enlatada. Cuesta más de 18 dólares y la calidad y la porción no valen la pena. Los tacos son pésimos tanto en sabor como en presentación, las salsas son muy malas y el servicio es muy lento. De verdad cuida tu dinero y no vayas ahí, creo que el negocio está dirigido por alguien que no tiene la más mínima idea de comida mexicana porque se nota lo que ofrecen. Hace años tuve una buena impresión de su comida porque estaba deliciosa, pero esta vez les di más de 5 oportunidades y realmente no pienso darles mi dinero más. Por favor, salgan del negocio y dejen la oportunidad a alguien que no sepa cocinar. No vale la pena si quieren cuidar su dinero.

Selfishly I didn't want to write this because it's a hidden gem in our small town, me and my sister were ecstatic to hear that they finally reopened after remodeling, they got the best rice you could imagine, tons of burritos in our little small town, but theirs is simply to die for, you gotta try it out 🤙

If you want authentic, amazing ‘knock your socks off’ Mexican food, go here and you won’t be disappointed! They are wonderful people that really believe in great customer service. Being from Texas, we have high expectations when it comes to authentic Mexican food. But they definitely go above and beyond that expectation! My family ate at Taqueria Luciano. It is a very simple and plan looking restaurant but the food is so worth it.
The warm chips served with a bean dip were a great start to the meal. The chip were a little salty for my preference but still very good.
Our dedicated server, a friendly young lady, worked tirelessly to ensure our we all ok.
The authenticity of their food is truly hard to find elsewhere. I felt like I was enjoying a home-cooked meal.
Their aguas frescas were refreshingly homemade, you could hear the blender going before they were brought out.
My mom happened to order some fries. I thought my son's comment was so funny as he said "Even the fries taste like the fries from Mexico"
If I am ever in the area again I will be sure to eat here again.

Exactly what it should be! Popped in on a late Sunday afternoon for a quick dinner before work. Unassuming hole in the wall restaurant to dine in or take out. The menu has a variety of authentic Mexican items. As it was my first time, I went with a trio of tacos, trying the cabeza (head meat), lengua (tongue) and cachete (cheek), all meat cuts you don’t usually see at Americanized Mexican restaurants, but are all traditional in Mexico. Simple street tacos with double layer corn tortillas, meat, onions and cilantro, a spritz of lime and red or green salsa of your choice. Each was delicious and unique in flavor and texture. And for $13 with a bottled water, they beat the heck out of any typical American fast food chain. I left full, happy, and looking forward to returning the next time I need a quick authentic meal. I wish the best to the proprietors, and hope they will thrive here in New London!

Easily the most authentic Mexican restaurant in the area, if not the Fox Valley, and it’s run by the sweetest people. The margarita was strong, the beer was cold, the staff were attentive, and the food was unique and delicious. Our favorite meat was the al pastor, seasoned marinated pork. It was rich, tender, smokey, and had just the right amount of heat and subtle sweetness to keep it perfectly complex. We started with homemade chips and beans, which were different than anywhere else we’ve had as the chips had a satisfyingly chewy crunch that paired well with the dip. My husband had the al pastor burrito, which was appropriately large, while I tried one each of the al pastor taco, carne asada taco, and pollo taco - all traditionally wrapped in corn tortillas and topped with cilantro and onion. Taqueria Luciano definitely stands out from the plethora of Midwestern Mexican restaurants throughout the valley, and we were surprised to learn about their history here in New London, especially their connection to the little corner grocery store, La Costeñita. We’re excited to return and to support an authentic local establishment!
