So I ordered my food online because I figured it would be faster. When I get to the establishment they asked my name and I told them. The younger lady was very polite and respectful but the older lady was rude. She didn't know how to pronounce my name for the order so she says " oh that's the online order Tamp or something ". Then slides my order across the counter and "enjoy lady". My thought is if you don't have customer service skills then you should not be on the front line dealing with people. That causes people to not want to return to the establishment.

This is the third time I’ve delivered from this pizza place. The woman wrote down the wrong address. Every time I’ve ordered from here, they’ve done the same thing to me every single time with the address thing. Not only that the pizza is cold and it was even done correctly so run people run.. Decided to give this place a try on a whim, in the area, on a Saturday night after a quick stop at Marshall's. It was surprisingly slow for a Saturday night. The guy at the front was friendly, and mentioned a half price deal on pizza- as I had no clue, so I was grateful he saved me some money! The pizza took about 15 minutes, as he promised, and I was very impressed. I'm from Chicago, and it's hard to find good, quality pizza around here, but this was really quite delicious. Not greasy, cooked just right, and the quantity was perfect for the price. A great deal, along with great service. Highly recommend!

The food was pretty decent, but everything else was terrible. Our waitress took our order and left the menus on the table. When our main course was delivered we had to ask to get the salad plates and bowls removed from the table so we had enough room to eat comfortably. That was almost the last time we saw our waitress. We were all finished eating and she hadn't been to our table once since delivering the food. I needed a drink refill, so I walked up to the front counter looking for help. There I see our waitress yacking on her cellphone, not the business phone. Instead of saying "I'll be with you in a moment", she ducked around the corner without even acknowledging my presence. A couple minutes later she comes out to our table with the bill.

Furthermore, my mother in law ordered the all you can eat personal pizza. You get a 9" pizza, and if you would like more you can order another. She only finished about half of the first and only pizza she ordered. When she asked the waitress for a container to bring the leftovers home, the waitress said "No, we don't give take home containers for that menu item." I understand that, you don't want people taking advantage of the all you can eat part. But my mother in law did not order any extra. It was left from the initial order. Still the waitress refused to give her a typical foam container. Then the waitress puts the bill on the table next to us and leaves.

With service like this, I expect they'll be out of business soon.

My friend’s lettuce was brown and really wilted. He was told that was the only lettuce they had. The lasagna special didn’t taste fresh at all and I was sick before I got home.

The server was very indifferent and seemed lost.

We gave it 3 stars because we stopped in to have pizza and basically were told we couldn't get pizza. It was Friday 3/7 around 5:30 - 6:00. We dined in. Our server told us that the pizza wait was an hour wait, minimum; more than likely longer. Something about a catering order, carry outs and only one oven. My wife opted for the so so fish fry. 4 pieces of same shape pre-cut cod. I had the pizza burger which was probably the best I've had in a while. The onion rings were pretty good as well. It's not the Tenuta's I remember from just a few years ago.

Tried to call to olace order the phone system there was down. So I went inside to place a to go order. The older female taking my order was very rude. I wanted a Italian beef with sausage with hot and sweet pepper. She read back my order and said red sauce on it. I corrected her and said please no I went a regular Italian beef with aujus. I paid 2bucks extra for extra meat. Didn't appear to be any extra. I got home and opened my box. Guess what red marinara sauce on my Italian beef. And the phone system was down still after I tried to call about my order being wrong. I have been here handful of time. Had good service and quality. After this I just don't plan to ever return. I recently ordered a bucket of chicken and shrimp for delivery from Tenuta’s Pizza, and I was beyond impressed! Not only did the food arrive hot and fresh, but it also came faster than expected, which is always a huge plus.

The fried chicken was phenomenal—crispy on the outside, juicy and flavorful on the inside. Every bite was packed with that perfect crunch without being greasy. The shrimp were just as impressive—lightly breaded, perfectly cooked, and full of flavor. You can tell they use high-quality ingredients because everything tasted fresh and well-seasoned.

On top of that, the portion sizes were generous! The bucket was more than enough to feed my family, and we still had leftovers. The food was packaged well, so nothing was soggy or spilled during delivery.

The delivery driver was friendly and professional, and the whole experience from ordering to eating was smooth and hassle-free. I can’t recommend Tanuda’s Pizza enough—whether you’re craving pizza, chicken, shrimp, or all of the above, this place is a must-try!

Got pizza home and it was pretty much cheese less, it's like they forgot the cheese and then tried to sprinkle some in the empty spaces between mushrooms and pepperoni, worst pizza I ever had, ! I was not greeted upon entering, a dull guy with glasses no name tag, no company shirt, with street clothes on took my order. He did not appear to know much about the menu. I had to ask him to ask an employer about it for me. Besides the bad service, the lasagna was good. I give it 4 stars vs 5 because I did not taste the meat much in the sauce, there wasnt much meat but plenty of pasta and sauce. The salad was boring, lettuce browning, the ranch dressing was good. Garlic bread was okay. On another note. Please re-train your staff to stay off their cell phones for long periods, be enthusiastic, greet the incoming customers, and was their hands after coming in and out the door. I left no tip in the jar for that behavior.

Very decent pizza. I ordered a medium pan pizza. Half sausage half pepperoni. If you've seen any of my reviews you know I'm a huge pizza guy and a huge crust guy. This pizza was ok. A little too cooked in some areas. Overall it was good, the price was also reasonable. I paid around $17 for a medium pizza with 2 toppings. I'd pay closer to $20 at most decent pizza place. we most often do carry out here. excellent place for local recipe delicious pizza. in our case today it was ordering far advance and using pizzas in later day hours after early restaurant close to feed many on Christmas Eve. They will easily cook pizzas either no-cut half done (for later oven finishing at home) as well as "well done" so cheese is nicely browned and crust (many options but we like thin cracker crust best) is amazingly crispy finish. Their fresh cheeses used as topping is part we always enjoy. Service window is always as fast as they can be as it is often backed up with those of us picking up orders.
We've had other menu including lasagna (excellent compared to other local), fish and pastas during prior dining room visits. Have nice dining room drink specials at certain afternoon times. Food is tasty & well done. There is often some left to take home.

I’ve never been to Tenuta’s before. I’d give them zero stars if I could. I ordered over the phone and was told 20 minutes. I arrived 30 minutes later, paid and was told it was being prepared, ok no problem. 25 minutes later still no food. It was one order of spaghetti and meatballs. Meanwhile people are coming in left and right and picking up their orders. Still no order. I waited 45 minutes and finally got my order. Brought it home and what a disappointment the food was. The sauce had no flavor, the meatballs were spongey. I swear they were all breadcrumbs and no meat, that’s the texture they were. Then the side salad. OMG, how could anyone in their right mind serve that to a customer and feel good about it. The lettuce was slimy and so disgusting looking (added a photo).
The restaurant itself is a dump. When you walk in there are boxes everywhere. You can see the kitchen area from the entrance. I can’t believe the health department hasn’t shut them down.

Met friends for dinner. We had wonderful food, with the best waitress, Lisa. She was knowledgeable about menu and was able to answer questions, very attentive, with a great sense of humor. Four of us for dinner -- one fish fry, one lasagne, one meatball sandwich, one steak sandwich, cheesecake and cannoli for dessert. Every entree was delicious. Great minestrone soup.
