This was my first time here and I’m VERY excited I no longer have to drive to the mall just to go to Sarku Japan. Teriyaki Lovers is even tastier, super fresh, and the portions are great. The atmosphere is clean, and the staff is friendly. I can’t wait to come back often enough that they know our names and our order haha.

First time visiting ‘Teriyaki Lovers’. Overall, as others have noted, the portion sizes are more than fair. The service is great, and the food itself was good (I ordered the chicken stir fry), but was lacking seasoning. Also ordered the eggrolls, which were also very good. Will be back in the future.

Loved going to the mall for sarku, but this place sells by the pound...or you would think!! Spent $24 for 2 chicken teriyaki and I ate until stuffed and STILL have half a plate left. Super friendly and ssssooo generous. It's a great place that gives great food and the best bang for your buck. 10/10. Thank you!!!

Perfect family dinner idea. Very friendly workers. I’ve ordered a few times now, placing my order online and it is always ready quickly. It is very convenient that they take Apple Pay as this time it was a spontaneous decision to order and I didn’t have my wallet on me. I can’t think of another restaurant where you can get the amount of food they give you for such a low price. My kids love the teriyaki chicken with white rice. I am picky about egg rolls and think theirs are great. The vegetables are cooked perfectly, honestly zero complaints about their food or customer service.

Upon entering the restaurant had a sparse, but clean atmosphere. The young man behind the register was eating noodles right after taking my order. My food was cooked fresh and somehow I got my food before the couple who entered before me. There are two 4 place tables and two 2 place wall spots. A large group entered after me so I took my food to leave. I recognized the cook from Sarku in the fox river mall. I ordered the mega as that is something not on Sarku's menu. I did not see any hot sauce available and none was offered. Normally I would have asked for another scoop of the sauce, but I failed to do so (which I regret). The flavor was different than Sarku. Half of my meal did not taste of teriyaki, only soy sauce and whatever the beef is marinated in. All of the teriyaki sauce was soaked into the rice on half the dish. It was overall okay, but not great. I will give it another chance. It is much closer to my house that the mall. The prices are just a bit higher and sadly no loyalty program. When Sarku is running a special it is worth the drive to the mall. I'm disappointed by not having fountain drink options, as the can and bottle prices are a terrible value.

Really good! Called our order in, was ready in 15 minutes, nice to know its not sitting in a warmer all day. Fresh and hot. Great flavor and big portions! Nice gentleman working the counter. All of this for $43, we all only ate half our box, so really 6 meals. We’ll be back! (If you had Sarku in the mall, its pretty danggg close!)

Went into the place with my buddy. Got the mega combo w/ noodles and chicken with fried rice. They were quick on making the food. And the quantities were HUGE!!! The sauce tasted amazing, my bag felt like 10lbs. Food was amazing 2 eat. Will defiantly come back again. I highly recommend eating here

I’ve tried the Sarku Japan place in the mall multiple of times but this new location is way better in my opinion so I decided to stopped by today for the first time. It's like the mall chicken, but even better!!! The veggies were crispy and even included green beans. The shrimp were a decent size, and gave plenty of chicken. Even my picky son kept coming back for more bites. I expect to be back here a lot.

Food is very good. So good while eating my husband said how he wants to go back again. Then an hour later asked when we thought we would go back, haha. The owners greet you right away when you walk in. We ordered online and our food was ready for pick up when we arrived. The only thing i would say needs work is the sign outside on the building, at night it is very dark and hard to see it. Could invest in some solar powered lights to attach to the sign to light it up. Otherwise will be happily returning.

Expect a limited menu. Choice of chicken beef, shrimp or vegetable Teriyaki. Includes white or fried rice and vegetables. We opted for noodles, which were disappointing, thinking overcooked. We also added extra chicken to one and 2 eggs rolls. $41 plus tip. They're new,so be patient, but they were very friendly. We will go back.

Such a gem located in our small community! After reading many wonderful reviews about this new addition, we decided to give it a whirl! The food was great tasting, fresh, and flavorful. We ordered online, which was super simple, but it minimized our interaction with the employees, but there were 2 gentlemen inside when I picked up the order. They were friendly and welcomed me with a smile. The atmosphere was bright and the location pristine. When I opened the door, the smell roped me in. I couldn't wait to take it home and eat dinner. We will definitely be going there soon! I don't like China Gate and while Festival Foods offers an Asian flair, it's American Asian at best. This was so good. So happy to welcome Teriyaki Lovers to the HOTV!

After a long day after work forgetting to bring lunch it was very fulfilling. I got the chicken and fried rice with 2 egg rolls. It had plenty of vegetables along with some already in the rice. I topped it off with their matcha sauce that paired well with the chicken since I like my food spicy.
