The food was fine but we were very disappointed with the prices.
The menu said $5 beer all day every day. We asked for it and the waitress said that ended 2 months ago. So we asked what was the price of the beer? All beers are $7.50. We get our check and it was $7.75. I mentioned the pricing on the beer to the manager and she did nothing- not a way to run a business. Will probably never go back. Very disappointed!

I sat at the bar, I had a cocktail, and I had a combo of ribeyeit, with barbecued ribs and a sweet potato. The salad at Texas Roadhouse is very good. It's underrated.I always get a salad that is one of my sides.It's a very impressive salad.

Once the server came to the table she was great. It took a while (10 min?) for her to get to the table. My steak was great but my son's was under done. My Ceasar salad was remade because the lettuce was pink. Found some pink lettuce in the second bowl but wasn't going to be "that guy" and keep complaining. I just set it to the side. My daughter's and her boyfriend's steaks were very rare and they asked for medium. They did take them back to recook them then came back overcooked. My daughter's boyfriend was treating and said he didn't want confrontation because I would have definitely complained. Service was mediocre at best. The only offer was a free lemonade. I took my family for my son's birthday and treated him to a large prime rib. Unfortunately, the experience for us that night was not great. The prime rib was mostly fat, and the only acknowledgment he got from the server when he excitedly told her it was his birthday was, "Oh, good." This was supposed to be a special treat for a special day. Instead, it was just another dinner. If my son's meal had been as good as he'd hoped it would be, or if the server offered him ice cream or sang, I imagine his feelings that night might have been different. I'm not sure I'll be bringing my family back to this restaurant again.

We had a group of 14 and called at 11am way ahead. They told us our tables would be reserved and to arrive at 1pm. We arrived at 1 and waited until 1:20 to be seated only to have our group split up and have our celebration ruined!!!

I dont think I have ever had a great experience at any Texas Road house. We went here recently and had probably some of the worst service we have ever had. Had to asl for roles 3 times, waiting for our waters for 30 minutes, over an hour for our main drink refills, and to top it off, half of our orders were either completely wrong or missing toppings and sides that we asked for. Oh, and the two people who ordered a bowl of chili got cups of chili, and when I confronted the server, she wasn't very nice about the fact that they messed up. So I think it would be safe to say it would have been easier to say what didn't go wrong. I did get the prime rib steak, and it was very good. For the first time, it was cooked, actually how I asked, so that did make me happy. The last time I had eaten there, my steak was still purple. The manager at that time was very apologetic and gave us a good discount. This last time, they messed everything up and didn't offer to do anything about it. Dont foresee myself or my family job to another Texas roadhouse any time in the distant future.

Visited on a Saturday evening and pretty much the restaurant was packed.
We were quickly seated ay a booth by a cheerful lady and soon our server followed.
Ordered the Tropical mocktail, a beer, salmon grilled, shrimp grilled and a Rib.
The mocktail were only ice which was a bummer. Salmon was good and the ribs was nice too.
Rib needed more sauce and so did ny mac and cheese. Decent pricing on the menu.

When I am traveling, Texas Roadhouse is one of my go-to eating spots for dinner. This particular establishment in Appleton was the worst Roadhouse that I have eaten at. The bar service was slow and poor. No wifi to work. They forgot to bring half my order, and then to top it off, the ice tea had that mildew type of stuff floating in it from not cleaning the tea pitchers. I ordered the Bacon Cheeseburger but got the Mushroom Burger. I was hungry so didn't bother to say anything as I hadn't eaten anything all day and it was 9 PM. The burger was poorly constructed. Bun was falling apart and the thinly cut lettuce was falling out of the bun after every bite.

Love this place. Favorite place to get a salad. My hubby & kids enjoy the steak. But my all time favorite meal is actually the salad here. I get the chicken critter, but sub grilled chicken. I like the two types of cheese, so it works out well to order it this way.
Atmosphere, it's loud, sometimes too loud. But it's fun.
Peanut shells are not all over as in the past. Still seems odd but much less slippery which is good. Was a first for me to think maybe I could invite someone that's got a peanut allergy to eat there with us... But still not sure if it's safe.
Service was excellent. Though the kitchen did me up my order the server stopped and noticed it as soon as he saw it and went to get what was missing on my salad (came out with only chicken & lettuce and dressing).
My biggest complaint is that it's loud and hard to hear with all the noise for me. But nothing you can do about that because it is just that busy and for good reason.

My spouse and I eat here about once a month and we always have great service, friendly hosts and servers and perfectly seasoned and cooked steaks. The music is kind of loud at times so it’s not somewhere to have a romantic dinner and great conversation because it’s very busy and they celebrate birthdays with a huge “yew haw”, we’ve experienced as many as 4 in one visit. But it’s kind of fun to join in the celebration. Please don’t go if you have a headache because you won’t enjoy yourself. It’s family friendly and always very busy so you may have to wait a few minutes for a table, but get on the waitlist on the app and you won’t wait long.

I took my honey out on Mother’s Day yesterday and our server was Emma. I can’t tell you how great Emma was as I don’t even know where to begin… She was extremely friendly, she looked you in the eye when speaking to you and she was very upbeat and always smiling. My fiancée is diabetic and only drinks Diet soda. We came back to give it another try as my daughter took us out for Mother's Day. Apparently things are still the same and I was reminded why we weren't going there. The cooks need education on how to cook a steak rare. We brought it to waiters attention and he scratches his head like "I don't know what to do" my daughter just ate the tough steak that was like shie leather as we didn't want to wait for it to be made the proper way. Finally the manager came over and just offered to take the cactus blossom off our check. So we paid 28 dollars for 1 steak that was as tough as shoe leather. Hate to say it but someone needs to educate them on the difference between whiskey and brandy. Baked potato had TONS of salt on it that covered my plate (I asked for a clean plate for my steak as the salt was WAY over the top! It actually ruined the taste of everything else 😞. Hubby had mashed potatoes, went to take a bite and had a large BLACK chunk of bad potato, yuck! Showed it to the waitress and they took $1.29 off the bill for the potato, really???? At that point we had lost our appetites, asked for boxes for our steaks, and the check.
We normally get great service and food.... today was way off!!!! It will be a while before we come back.
