My boyfriend and I love going to Texas Roadhouse and have never had a poor experience until we tried the one in Green Bay. We both experienced horrible food poisoning and needed to call out of work the following day.

Besides the poorly prepared food the service was bad. We ate on a Thursday afternoon when the restaurant was not busy. The host didn’t understand how to use the computer to seat people resulting in a long wait, our server forgot multiple items and the staff ran into each other times spilling drinks in the process. I’ve worked in multiple restaurants and try to be understanding but when I asked for new silverware and napkins as the ones given to me were stained and dirty and never received any - it was very telling. We asked multiple people and no one helped.

I would recommend skipping this location and making the drive to the Appleton Texas Roadhouse instead.

Came back to add that our Server Ricky was/is AWESOME!!!🙂🙃🙂He is upbeat, patient, and kind. I have an highly functional,Autistic, adult son, and he treated him like any other guest.🙂 He was patient with him ordering his food, even though I had to assist him,(my son),a bit. Ricky wasn't able to check on us or serve our food,for a very short period of time, because he had other tables to attend to,(The place was PACKED!!! Ashwaubenon's H.S. Homecoming) But,he had another female coworker make sure that we were still a priority. I don't know her name, but she was TOTALLY AWESOME as well😃! Ricky came back to service us during the later/end of our meal. We needed to-go containers, and then bags for our leftovers. I went here for dinner. The wait was about 15 minutes, not too long.
The food: They start you out with the amazing fresh baked bread and cinnamon honey butter.
I was going to have the Prime Rib but they ran out. I ended up going with the Rib Eye Steak, it was good, they cooked it perfectly. I also had the baked potato and chili for the sides. The chili was very good, full of great flavors and tender meat. The baked potato was also made just right.
Atmosphere: It has a country theme throughout. It's nice because they allow you to pay right at your table, they also take contactless payments with your phone.
People: Super friendly and helpful. They checked in with me often, but not too much, just right.
I would return when in the area.
Bicycling: The roads were all high speed. I don't think there were any trails nearby. They also don't have outdoor seating.

I travel for work my favorite place to eat is the Texas Roadhouse, I’ve ate at one in every state I’ve worked in since I’ve been in Green Bay I’ve ate inside and ordered to go and each time my meal was messed up my first order to go I got the apple pie dessert with my meal it took 24 hours for it to thaw they had taken it right out of the freezer and gave it to me by the time the pie in thawed the crust was soggy the second time I decided to eat in door I order the sirloin when ordering I’m always sure to say well done no pink my steak came out not even medium I cut it in half spoke with the server they took the steak I had cut in half back to the kitchen and cooked it longer when they brought it out the second time I had already finished eating at that point and the steak was for sure done the second time I order the rattlesnake bites as a appetizer every time I eat at the roadhouse they are my favorite when I ordered them at this location they came undercooked the cheese was still like clobbered on the Inside so for me this location I most likely will not try again

Probably the worst Texas Roadhouse I’ve been to. Sister and law and I ordered the same exact steak and were given two completely different steaks. Well another TERRIBLE experience. Texas Roadhouse is no longer a go to for anything. Service is terrible, food is over priced cheap steak cuts. Thought we would try it again for my sons birthday. WHAT A MISTAKE! My sons $45 porterhouse was undercooked, then of course was well done when we sent it back. Of course i wasnt gonna let my $35 ribeye get cold. So we didnt even get to eat together. So i call and complain. Well i get baited in with a text coupon. No limit to replace our meal. Well, i order the family ribs for my son and i. I get there, NOPE. the coupon is only for 1 meal. Even though the family ribs is 1 meal it serves more than one. So all of a sudden the coupon DOES have a limit and the manager takes 1/2 of the price off. So needless to say, not only was it a TERRIBLE original visit, i got NOTHING for my coupon. So they got me to WASTE my time and gas and FAILED MISERABLY a SECOND time.
So bottom line is ANY local supper club has better steak options, better priced, and better staff. DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS CHAIN RESTURANT GARBAGE!

Good rolls, took well over an hour to get our food ordered and brought out. Both I and my fiance ordered sirloins. I got a sirloin he got a skinny new York strip. I could keep going on but I don't wanna make this long. The waitress was training someone and seemed to not care about us at all. I go with my family every month. Not only did she not pick it up, but at least 12 staff members looked dead at it and kept walking. The floors were nasty, and the food took way too long g to come and was cold. They have a bunch of staff standing around yet service is slow. There were fruit flies around and landing on our food.
