Went after the badger homecoming game, so it was roughly 9pm. With being so close to closing time you'd think service and food wouldn't be the greatest but that was not the case at all. Our server great and very attentive, food was excellent as always.

We love the steak special for $12.99. Comes with ceasar salad and baked sweet potato. Plus the free peanuts. They also have a fund raiser for Breast Cancer support. Our server was friendly and attentive throughout our meal. Atmosphere only a 4 just because it was loud but in reality that is what they go for. Used the call ahead to get on waitlist...works everytime for us. Cuts down the wait time.

Split a 14oz rib eye, salad and baked potato seated at the bar. Our son had grilled salmon. Three seats immediately available. Greated within 30 seconds. Hot rolls, butter and drinks served in two minutes. Steak cooked medium as ordered. Food took slightly longer to arrive than is typical, but well prepared, accurate order and flavorful. $41 plus $9 tip = $50. Approx $17 each is great deal.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant! I went to put ketchup on my son's fries and as I opened the ketchup bottle it exploded like it was pressurized. Ketchup went everywhere and when we told the manager he accused us on not knowing how to use ketchup and that we were trying to get a discount on purpose. He was so unbelievably rude. We werent looking for a discount. We just wanted them to be aware that this had happened as it seemed someone tampered with the bottle.This manager was so unprofessional and didn't care that our dining experience was ruined and wanted to place all the blame on us. Super angry and disappointed. Ordered the ribeye steak and shrimp combo, the ribeye was to be cooked a medium well, but when it was brought out, it was cooked medium rare. Showed the waitress, and she said she would bring it back to be cooked again and have it smothered again, but I said I didn't need more of that. Ten minutes later a different person in a hat and in red brought another steak out covered in onions and mushroom, but it wasn't the same steak. It wasn't even the same cut of meat, it was thinner, not juicy, and harder to chew, but I hadn't notice because it was totally covered. This place is a rip off. Would not recommend.

First off our waiter was wonderful! We did a reservation on our phone. We got there double checked we where all checked in the girl said it would be 15-20 min 50 min later we went in because everyone that came after us where seated and we go well thats odd. The first girl goes oh I was going to buzz them but it didnt finish and went to the next as she talking to the coworker the coworker goes is this ur phone number I go yes she goes oh it didnt go through I go I just heard ur coworker tell u she didnt finish it on her said yea no it didn't go through something is wrong withyour phone. I texted my husband went through just fine. Talked to the manager he goes my staff is very good and would never lie about that. He went on and on and how he is going to compensate a meal which they did but we were fighting for just an apology for someone to take accountability. We also told the manager and waiter we didn't want a free meal we wanted an apology the manager couldn't even do that. At the end we left our waiter the money for the meal they took off and a 30% tip and told the waiter if u want to fight to pay for that meal we didnt want for free or take the one he'll of a tip go for it. We're not bad people all we wanted was an apology from the front girls or the manager and an im sorry never came out of there mouths just excuses. Not everyone is looking for a free meal that doesnt fix the purpose of what happened. It sounds of been hey guys where really sorry let's get u a table right away no instead its here a free meal. Not what everyone is looking for. The waiter was super nice though and very attentive, he even apologized for us not getting an apology 😂

This is a review for TR East Madison. When questioning about a Sunday lunch menu and then saying there was none, we decided to leave. A very rude "manager" said his name was Quincy told us to leave loudly and said we were not welcom. He embarrassed us walking out and even pushed me but denied it. Be careful of this place if you decide not to stay. I could not believe his rudeness...why keep someone like that ...
I'll never go back to this location.

My husband and went and ate at the one in East Madison (Wisconsin) this past Saturday and we had we each had a delicious meal! I had their 12oz New York Steak, a baked potato and a side of salad. I asked for medium rare and I got the most perfectly cooked steak and it was so tender!! My husband requested a 8 oz Ribeye steak, fries and Chile. He asked that his steak to be cooked medium, but he thought his was cooked a little well-done, so he was a little disappointed. He does love their warm homemade biscuits and honey butter and ate 3 and asked for more! We arrived at 4:45 and thanks to their call ahead option (10 minute window), and eating early, we just walked right in and were seated at our table!! This was our 38th Anniversary treat!

Great service, and fast. Potato skin app was great. I had ribs and BBQ chicken. The chicken was tender as were the ribs. I am not a huge fan of their BBQ sauce, but that comes down to personal taste. The manager comes to every table to check on things so if there was a problem they would take care of it.

This is the first time I’ve ever felt the need to leave a review on anything, but this experience was just too uncomfortable to ignore. We came in to celebrate a birthday and were honestly caught off guard by the experience. From the moment we were seated near the bathroom, it felt like we were sitting in the middle of the staff break room. The employees were talking so loudly that their conversation completely took out our own, and they didn’t lower their voices even when coming by to refill our drinks.

What was even worse was the inappropriate topic they were talking about. Was it really necessary to be loudly discussing how “Evelyn made out with someone in the back”? That kind of conversation should never be happening on the floor especially not in front of customers, and especially not in front of my kids. It is gross and unprofessional.

We’re not asking for a voucher or anything like that, but seriously please talk to your staff about what’s appropriate to say on the clock. This kind of behavior shouldn’t happen again.

We’re loyal customers of Texas Roadhouse and always enjoy dining here. We came to celebrate Father’s Day, and even though the place was packed and every table was full, the staff did an amazing job.

Our server was attentive, the food came out on time and all together, and everything was cooked perfectly—especially the steaks, just the way we ordered them. The atmosphere was fun and lively as always, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

This location, along with their other one, continues to be one of our absolute favorite restaurants. We’re never disappointed!

I usually absolutely love and rave about this place but tonight I ordered to go! I just got the app a week ago when I dined in with a friend and thought I’d give it a try, I favorited the East Side location and thought I ordered on the East side and I waited for quite awhile but it is Friday night so no biggie~ I called the restaurant because I noticed my text came from the West Texas Roadhouse and the manager eventually got on the phone and immediately huffed saying what you want to know about wait times for your food & I said no actually I was wondering if I ordered at the wrong location and the phone went silent then all of a sudden he was back and I asked if he needed my name and he said yes along with another huff and puff and then the phone went silent again, when he came back he said I must’ve ordered at the West location and in all his time he’s never seen this happen and then told me I had to get the refund from the Westside and I asked about ordering food and he said look this is your mistake, you messed up! I just wanted help with placing an order and figuring out the app & I said what’s your name and he said that doesn’t matter and I understand it’s a Friday night and it’s busy (I’ve been a Retail Mgr 35 years) but he was getting so upset and wouldn’t help me place an order and once again I asked his name and he told me at this point it none of my business and hung up on me! I walked in the restaurant because I’m literally out $40 and I asked the hostess who the manager is and his name is Quinton and when he came up I asked if he was the manager I talked to and he said yep it sure was me & it was your mistake not mine and I said well everyone makes mistakes but you didn’t have to hang up on me and he said yes I did because you were so irate and then walked away! So I left without ordering and called the Westside and the manager over there was extremely kind and caring and advised me to leave a review on Quinton so corporate could see how he treats people! I truly hope he doesn’t treat your staff like this! FYI the other manager at the East location was extremely professional and he was very kind!

Had an amazing dining experience at Texas Roadhouse, thanks to our outstanding waitress, Becci! She was incredibly attentive and welcoming from the moment we sat down. Becci went above and beyond—she proactively refilled our drinks multiple times without us even needing to ask and made sure our table had fresh, warm bread throughout the meal.

The food was fantastic (as you can see in the photo)—juicy, perfectly cooked prime rib with crispy steak fries and flavorful au jus. This was my first time at a Texas Roadhouse and it was amazing. Our server was fantastic, and really funny. I just wish I remembered her name.

I decided to try out their country fried steak with mash potatoes and grean beans and I loved it. The steak itself was crispy, and tender. The gravy that came with it was full of flavor. (This was also my first time ever eating country fried steak). The rolls were also eat and can fill you up really quickly if you arent careful.

Will be coming back here whenever I pass by Madison from now on.

We had called and reserved a table with a disabled individual in wheelchair,the employees that waited on us need better customer service skills and then had us standing there while other big groups were coming in they made us feel embarrassed and didn’t know how long we would be standing there even though we were early and then they didn’t sign us in u til after our time and we ended up standing there for half hour and after the manager was rude we left

My family went here for my brothe- in-law's birthday dinner and this is the first time we've all gone to one place together where there were really no complaints. The only issue was that my sister's rack of ribs was partially burned but the manager rectified the situation to her liking. All the meat seemed to be good quality and tender. The flavors were great. Our waiter was attentive and kept our drinks refilled. The manager even checked on us, although he might have known something was going on from my taking pictures.
I'd really recommend going here if you like steak. They have good burgers and some chicken and seafood options as well.
They also have food challenges and you can win a T-shirt and your name on the board.
