I have never gone in here and actually received my steak cooked the way I ordered it. How hard is it to cook a piece of beef to medium doneness? Of course, when then re-fired, it comes out like a piece of shoe leather: dry and nasty. At least the manager did her job and reduced the total and the birthday boy was happy with his steak.

First time there. Said a 20 min wait. No problem. Went up after 30 min and they said will be a 20 min wait. I said you already said 20 min. Then said we are waiting for a table for 2. 5 min later we got a table for 4. After we ate our salads waited 20 min for our food to arrive. Doesnt look good to make a return trip.

Gave them a 2nd chance on 10/04, pick up order was 13 minutes behind scheduled time and then another 6 mitutes to get the food. It was my own fault for giving them a chance. They are the future Applebee's of this town.

My party and I sat to enjoy our meal. We ordered drinks and appetizers and placed our order as well. Another party came in about 10 minutes after we sat. We waited patiently for our food just for the party behind us to get their food first…..while we sat patiently waiting. We have been here for over 15 minutes and still have not received our order. It was a bit discouraging as I looked around and I never ever want to make things about race but when an establishment does……I have to speak out it. This will be the last time I come to Texas Roadhouse just due to this fact. It’s just such a disappointing feeling to be honest. Every person should be treated equally but sadly the world we live in, that’s just not the case.

Server was not friendly, rarely checked on us, took probably 10 minutes of waiting for her to come by so I could order another drink, our meals took forever, and when we finally got it, my steak was overcooked. It wasn’t until a manager stopped for the normal check in probably 10-15 minutes after I realized the steak was overcooked that we were able to send it back. Then, somehow a rare steak took another 15-20 minutes to come out. Terrible experience overall, especially when it’s usually great.

Horrible service. Horrible food. Picked up, was given zero utensils asked for, kids ordered chicken critters i asked for extra ranch. I didnt even get 1 ranch and the chicken is cooked to dark brown and dry shrimp is rough and inedible. I asked for 3 side salads with extra parm and got zero parm and the package was 1/4 full. I call and the phone just loops over and over and I cant reach anyone. I even tipped online 20%. I will NOT return and will tell others to go to Oak Creek. This is ridiculous. Dont waste your Money!

This is an addendum. I filled out the form that you requested…You sent me an email with a $30 gift code and told me to come back and eat there. Not only does that amount not cover my bill for food that we didn’t get to eat. I also told you I would not be returning. I asked for a FULL refund. I took this to the Better Business Bureau. Arrived at 5:45 asked for table. Was informed that a table was being cleaned have a seat they will text when ready. Checked back 30 minutes later and was told the table they told me about had to go to someone else. Be patient they have not lost my reservation. They also stated that several tables were wrapping their meals up should be just a couple more minutes. We waited in lobby 1 hour and 15 minutes. Got frustrated and went across the street to Olive Garden and was seated immediately. 2 hours later and still no text about a table being ready. Do better road house.

The food was ok.The shrimp with filet are way over cooked like rubber. We ordered Long Island ice tea (2nd one) they were not like the first sent them back and when they came it was the same glass. The bartender just tried adding something. Talked to the manager never apologized and said it was a way they saved money. I used to bartend when a drink came back you dump it and start over. I think it was the manager that irked me the most. The food was just ok.If your waiting for a table don't watch the expediter. I love their NY Strip Steaks. They are always fresh, well seasoned, and hot off the grill. I am also a big fan of the loaded mashed potatoes! I've never had a bad Texas Roadhouse experience. The cinnamon butter and rolls are truly something to write home about. The service is always kind and friendly. 10/10 recommend!

Good food and service. But I was charged $3.15 for a soft drink refill. And we did not ask for a refill. I brought this to the attention of our server AFTER I paid the $48.00 bill. Tipped her over $11.00. First, the server offered to give me one dollar back. I found her offer a bit strange. She asserted that she only wrote up 2 soft drinks. But we were charged 3 at again. $3.15 ea. Then she asked if I wanted to speak with a manager. I said no. But I asked her if she would refund me the $3.15 plus tax. She would not. Why??? The service here was dreadful. We came around 8, did not see our server until about 10 minutes after being seated. Even though there was an overflow of servers standing around talking, sitting on booths, or texting / playing on their phones. When our server finally did arrive, she messed up our order, or the cooks did. They gave us the wrong temperature 8oz sirloin, it was rare and we wanted medium. The whole time our server sat right behind us and texted on her phone not even coming over to see what was the issue with our meal until after we had to grab another server passing by. We had to wait for a new one to be cooked, and the gentleman in the red shirt who gave us the new steak even though it took quite some time to get it, was really awesome, friendly and the only reason this review is not a single star. I also noticed two servers or bus boys sprint past our table grabbing each other like they were playing tag in the middle of a restaurant.

Food was also below par from what we normally get at other Texas Road House locations, especially when compared to the Pleasant Prairie location.

The food was overcooked. I got a ribeye and ordered it medium and it arrived super well done and dry. She sent it back to be remade and the remake was still well done. We took it to go because we needed to leave but everyone else was done eating and I didn’t get to eat at the restaurant which was the whole point in going out in the first place. The manager offered to remake it again but we didn’t have time to wait. They didn’t offer a discount of any kind which made me a little more disappointed.

Well …we called and talk with Rayan. Ask for the time and booth in the bar for 6.30 pm . We do live far. 10 min in we got twice a message to gather the party without even saying “here”. When we arrived I spoke to Isabelle. She said that she called me twice and I don’t have to say”here” to be called…. This is not first time I am in this restaurant… then she argued about sitting. She tried to put us in super small booth on the back

Worst experience I've ever had at any Texas Roadhouse location. After placing an order online, it wasn't ready at the time given. After nearly 40 minutes of waiting, the order still wasn't ready and received no help from any employee. The incompetence shown by those who work there is evident in many of the other reviews I've now read about this location. The manager even refused to speak to me. I've requested a reversal of the charges made on my credit card from my bank. I'm trying to find a phone number for the Texas Roadhouse corporate office to complain. I placed another order with the Kenosha Texas Roadhouse and told them what happened and they told me they get frequent complaints about the Racine locations poor service and dirty conditions. It is a pretty disgusting restaurant. Is it that difficult to actually clean a place where people eat? Disgusting.

Absolutely horrible experience! I placed an order through the app which gave me a ready time. I arrived at the time it stated and I was told it would be a little bit. 37 minutes of sitting there after the ready time, I went up and asked to speak to a manager, which the employees in the back just laughed. 5 minutes later, I was told the manager wouldn't speak to me so I just left. Almost $30 spent on my order and nearly 40 minutes wasted of my time. I work a lot of hours and have been spending around $130 a week through the app with Texas Roadhouse. That is done as of tonight. I am disputing the credit card charge with my bank and I will tell everyone that will listen that the Racine Texas Roadhouse is HORRIBLE!

Menus were full of peanut shells, took about 25 minutes to get our drinks and it was a different server who brought them to us, she said she was helping out our server. my water tasted like the spout hadn't been cleaned (i assume it’s the same spout they use for the lemonade? Unpleasant.)
Another 15/20 minutes before our server took our orders and then she disappeared. At one point we asked for the manager to ask what was going on, we ended up getting our food pretty soon after that. My friend’s food must have been sitting because it was cold. We had been seated at 12:20(ish) we did not receive our food until 1:30 (ish)
If this was not bad enough, 3/4 of us got sick, including my friends son.

Update: Went there at about 5pm the other day. Wasn't busy, plenty of parking spaces. The three girls standing at the hosted were talking among each other. Not paying attention to people coming in. After we were seated, I was told there was a problem with the tap of one of the most popular beers in SE Wisconsin. I requested a bottle. 17 minutes later, it finally arrived. Durand Ave Racine. They were not at all busy yet it took 50 minutes to get our food and it arrived cold. When server gave our food we requested to go boxes due to our need to get somewhere. She left, returned 7 minutes later w boxes and our bill. Never asked how the food was. Just said have a good evening and off she went. We took food home. Heated it up and it was tasty. Decided to give this place another try after a year or so. Grabbed a to go order after work. It was a simple order, country fried chicken, two appetizers. Get home to no sauces for either app, no salad and no butter for the rolls. Manager wants to offer a partial refund for butter, sauces and salad....WTH?!? There are restaurants around here that know how to make things right; these people do not have a clue. My fault for not checking...sure. What they failed to do was break my order down upon arrival. I thought they stopped doing that, but no, they just didn't. The food isn't what it used to be either. I stopped ordering the onion because it turned out to be a saturated, greasy, tough to pull apart mess. The chicken still tastes okay and the other apps are all right but this is not the place to come to for a satisfactory meal or service. There are too many places around here to eat at to bother with mediocre food and substandard service.

2025.01 我是生日那天去的。那天是星期五。早在幾天前，怕一直下雪，到生日那天無法外出用餐，就在其他餐廳提早過了一次生日。所以沒告訴店家要過生日。要不然他們的工作夥伴會通知餐廳所有顧客，說有人今天生日，然後他們會為你高聲歡呼。那樣會讓人覺得很開心。當天有好幾個人生日。是個好日子。我也感染了快樂的氛圍。

我們是臨時決定要去。所以沒訂位。候位的人很多很多。還好這家不同其他家店，在大門與餐廳之間還有一個外帶取餐區跟有座位的候位區。空間不小。候位的人很多，但是用餐座位也不少，所以30分鐘左右就輪到我們了。

2023年12月在接近芝加哥附近的分店用過餐。發現兩家建築物的外觀一樣，裡面的動線座位的劃分也幾乎一樣。設計擺飾是很有特色的德州風格。

手切牛排很新鮮，送餐時也達到你需要的熟度，味道自然鮮美，套餐的蔬菜配菜、沙拉都很美味。感覺這次的味道很剛好。是一次非常享受的體驗。

桌上的自動刷卡機，免除點餐人員面對你到底會給多少小費的尷尬。

值得一提，櫃檯工作人員很親切，面對那麼多客人，要始終保持很難得的微笑真的不容易。@usa

We used to come more often and I would always order the Dallas Filet cooked medium. It would never fail, every time I would order, it would come out raw. The cooks don't realize that with a thicker piece of meat, you need to cook it a little longer. So we came back last week and I ordered the NY Strip, which they actually cooked pretty good. Not really the steak I wanted, but what I had to order because they don't know how to cook the filet. Our server never came back to the table with our bill or to see if we needed anything else. We did want a box to take home our leftovers. We ended up just paying on the machine thing at the table and just left.

They have great steaks for the right price. I love all the different steak options they have. Not only can you get different cuts of meat but they have multiple options for each for size. Be careful with their amazing rolls and butter though or else you won't have room to finish your meal. They are really good at getting your steak the right temperature you order. I've never had bad service here and that's the biggest part of why I come back. The food is good. I personally like the herb crusted chicken and the green beans. It's a fine restaurant. I've never regretted going here.

The waitress wasn't very knowledgeable of the menu & resulted of my order coming out wrong. My alcohol beverage wasn't good, it seemed as if the bartender left something out.

I don’t eat out often and I haven’t been here since I was a kid, but it’s just as wonderful as I remember. warm and welcoming staff and great food for a good price. Our server Kyle was absolutely awesome. Super sweet and a total riot, absolutely made our experience. Thank you!!

This is my go-to Friday night eating spot and they never disappoint. Everyone and everything here is perfect. Even when the place is packed and they are filled with orders, i never have had to wait too long for food. I also appreciate the drinks, whatever bar tender they have at this location has great mixes.

I don't think I will ever return. After being treated like a criminal. After I did pay on your kiosk at the table. Being chased out of the restaurant by a server. The only way I would ever come back now is I should be given a full refund for all the humiliation that felt.
