I think this restaurant is a 4 usually tonight the food was great and the service was really great as well. Couple things that were disappointing. The draft beer seems to need the lines cleaned. I order Octoberfest and it was skunky. After that I ordered Spotted Cow and the same. Really was looking forward to those with dinner. The other thing was out of Cesar Salads? Anyway. I hate giving a 3 but I had to this visit.

Terrible service. At first we got drinks and our salads right away, food came out and waiter never stopped us once and when we needed another drink, he passed us a few times and finally was flagged down and he asked us if we needed any boxes when we just started eating. He put the order in and stood by the screen and we ate half of our food still nothing to drink. Stopped another waitresss who proceeds to tell him instead of just grabbing the drinks (6 ft away). He still continues to stay by the screen and 5 minutes later a different waitress brings our drinks when she notices how long they stayed on the bar. 5 minutes later he stops and asks if everything is ok. Doesn’t check on us again until he let him know we were ready for the check. Usually a manager would stop by you and ask how everything was but he did that when we just got our salads. He only had 2 other tables.

I absolutely love this Texas Roadhouse.. We just went with a large group the other night, and the staff were flawless. Our food was delicious.. Our server was friendly and attentive to our needs.. Everything went just about as good as it could. They even refilled our buns after we asked for to-go boxes because my son wanted to take some home.. Definitely a great choice for dinner for any occasion…

One waitress, Katie, took the order, another brought it out. One order, $22. Steak, was not done medium well, another order, came incomplete. Wasn't too busy. Food was nothing to brag about. Anyone who gives this 5 stars, obviously never ate at a restaurant before. Ketchup was empty, salt and pepper shakers, are not shakers, but grinders, where you have to use both hands, that someone else before you just had their grubby hands on. They donate some proceeds to your church, if you bring in a bulletin on Sundays. That's great. Looks like they got rid of the peanuts too, which makes the plase cleaner. Behind front counter are kids socializing, when everyone else is running around.

Freezing cold inside on a warm day. I had to get jacket fron the trunk of my car. Others around us complained about the AC too. Mgr had a poor excuse. Chicken had waaay too much spice and salt. My meat and lemon was so dark. Mgr said cook might have put on too much but didn't take care of the problem. This chicken dish has been my GO-TO dish for years.

I’ve been going to Texas roadhouse for over 20 years. different ones over the state even in Illinois. so it’s sad for me to say I will no longer be going to the Sheboygan Texas roadhouse due to their poor quality. The last three takeout orders have been horrible. I called after the second one complain to the manager our food was being overcooked and the order would be wrong I took a break after the second time a few months have passed, went back Went in to pick up my order stood there waiting finally was told that they ran out of prime rib. My order was placed two hours after they were open at 5 o’clock. My pick up was six. The cook came out, said that he had a 12 ounce medium rare I said OK I’ll take that by the time. I finally got to look at what they gave me it once again was overcooked medium well at best and the prime rib was a end piece not only that but I was charged for a 16 ounce prime rib when I got a 12 ounce overcooked prime rib. I heard there’s a Texas Longhorn steak place opening up right across the street. I guess I’ll have to try them. It just sad that you want to lose a loyal customer. I was coming in once maybe twice a month no longer.Get a better manager and better cooks.

I've been to quite a few Texas Roadhouses and other steak house chain restaurants. By far the best one I've been to. Ate here Father's Day night, so they were packed, but service was quick. I did not have a long wait time for a table, drinks, or food, and everything was delicious. Our server Vincent was excellent, friendly, fun, and attentive. He definitely knows how to up sell! But I appreciate him for it because he got me to try toppings I normally wouldn't and they were great! Could have made a meal out of those alone! Will definitely be back, highly recommend.

We were there on a very busy Mother's Day, the wait was about 20 minutes, which we expected. Overall the service was great. Food was good. But what really impressed me were the bus boys. Ordered prime rib medium rare and it came out clearly medium. Brought this up to the manager and she insisted it was medium rare saying "it looks almost on the fully rare side." Half the inside was brown! That's honestly almost medium well. Plus the prime rib was extremely grisly and hard to cut and chew. Sometimes there can be a bad rib roast, but if there is just admit it and swap the steak. They brought out the 8oz filet instead and it was cooked a perfect medium rare and was easily cut and chewed. That tells me the rib roast they had was overcooked and grisly and it was not all of their steaks.

Oh, and I was accused of "haven eaten half the prime rib already" by the rude manager. I took about two or three bites trying to chew it and the rest was me hacking away at the prime rib trying to cut it. 95% of it was still there.

We had a table of 10, and Marcos was an excellent server. it almost felt like we were his only table for a bit he was so attentive to a larger table w/kids.
The manager is a different story: they had to get her "approval"(?) to seat a table of 9. when i told her i miss counted and we had 10 she appeared frustrated and told us we'd have to be split up (fine, no biggie) 4 of our group was small children so they sat us at one booth anyway.
The part that stuck with us was the onion blossom we ordered as an appetizer never came, whatever, it happens. We mentioned it to Marcos while we were eating our main course and he genuinely apologized saying "if you still want it I'll bring it out, and it'll be free", cool right?
Marcos comes back and says, "My manager is arguing with me and says we have to charge for it". At that point we were done eating, so we did take it to go, but that was surprising, and I think rude. we did have plans to go back there for dinner the next night, but that turned us off, and we went somewhere else.

The “manager” Olivia Leukecheski shouldn’t be a manager at all. She speaks horribly to guests and sits there and laughs at everything you say. Basically told me I was lying when I told her we didn’t have Caesar dressing in the bag or our rolls we ordered. My daughter chicken critters were tiny quarter size pieces and she laughed and told me nothing she can do everything is by weight and that she has three people there saying the rolls and dressing were in the bag. She was not at all helpful in making sure I was a satisfied customer and very much so deflected my complaint. My advice do not come within the last two hours of closing the food quality sucks. They rush and make your food and it will sit there. I also told Olivia. I've ordered the boneless wings 3 or 4 times the serving amount was off and I received only two celery sticks when I usually get 4 or 5. She said the food is weighed. Sooo does she think I got two huge jack in the bean stock celery sticks. The boneless wings were half of what I usually receive. Nope she laughed. She didn't care. We were discriminated. Majority of my party are Asian and we had a rude waitress who gave us attitude & wanted us out. My 6 year old wanted fries but she said “rice?”. 10 minutes after getting our food the waitress asked if we need boxes. CLEARLY WE WERE STILLL EATING. It’s clear she wanted us out.

My parents and I have been going here for years. Just recently my mom had a pretty bad stroke so she's in a wheelchair right now and mentally she's not fully there yet. She made a mistake on her ribs, the waiter had absolutely no problem handling it. He was extremely nice to us and very patient. More than accommodating for us even though it was our mistake for not asking for the ribs the right way.
When we had left, I was rolling my moms wheelchair and every staff member moved to the side and opened aisles. As we were walking out, without asking, 2 of the front desk young girls had immediately opened up both doors to exit and had both expressed that we have a good rest of our day with big genuine smiles. I couldnt be happier with the treatment and how my mom had felt throughout the experience. Thank you so much not only to ghe restaurant but every employee involved today.

My wife and I do carry out at TRH, Sheboygan at least 2 times each month. We dine in 4 or 5 times per year. We have purchased gift cards for gifts to our friends many time. So we consider our selves good customers for last 5 years. But TRH has a real problem when packing our TO-GO orders. Almost evertime something is missing! Example, last order no rolls, a order berfore that the chili was only 1/2 full and there was no cheeze or onions. The food is great! I have called the Manager in the past when they shorted us. Since this happens so often, last time when my wife called the manager, the manager hung up on her! She called back and talked to another manager who offerred I come out a pick up my rolls. (5 mile drive.... NO i won't). The Manager challenged us as to if we were really short? and said I should open up the bag and check the order before I leave. Point is TRH needs to fixed their process in packing TO-GO orders. I will bet we are not the only ones having this problem

Server Maddie and the food were excellent once we sat down. The hostess was the worst we've ever had at any restaurant. My friend is very hard of hearing, I have sound aversions and issues with my ears and hearing. We explained we needed a quiet booth. She seated us right below a very loud speaker and she would not move us to any of the booths or areas we asked for. She said others who checked in after us could be assigned there but not us even tho we explained at the very beginning what we needed as soon as we got there. We were put to the bottom of the waiting list with no assurance she wouldn't seat us in a quieter area, and by then the entire waiting area was completely full with no where to sit to wait. My friend just had surgery and we are both disabled. When we arrived the first time, there was only one group waiting ahead as it was not peak and not busy around 3:15pm. She finally allowed us to go sit wherever and wait as we were back at the bottom of the wait list and she said she'd come find us when there was a booth. We happened to sit in a quiet booth to wait and that's when our server came us to us thinking we were assigned there. We explained we were waiting for a booth to open up, as we were sitting in her section in an open booth. The restaurant had many empty sections and many empty booths at the start of this, none which we were allowed to sit at even tho we asked about 8 to 10 booths in 5 to 6 areas. Then suddenly everyone else was getting seated in several of the booths we were told we couldn't sit at. Our server asked if we wanted to stay in her section, offered us other empty booths in her section, was very apologetic, got us bread herself and offered to speak to the manager on our behalf. I am using my husband's Google to review this restaurant as I rarely leave reviews and I felt like this was so unacceptable by the very worst hostess ever, followed by the best of the best server in Maddie. This was my first time at your restaurant and my friend who treated me was a repeat customer but ready to walk out. That hostess needs some serious training, customer no service.

Ordered my steak medium. Received well done. Salad had ice chips in it and the Caesar dressing was hardly present at all. Dining room was freezing cold. Us and all the tables around us were wearing our winter coats.
I won't be back.

Drove 40 miles down here to take wife out to her favorite place to eat. Tried twice to get a medium rare steak. One was still blue raw and was medium well at a minimum. Server was great and apologized profusely. Not on her. I know it is hard to staff

Never got to eat. Told wait was 15 minutes but after 45 minutes, we were told no seating available. Be honest in time estimates! Our time is valuable too!

It's always a nice time here. 4 stars for food because the chicken tenders they gave my son were a joke. Bottom of the bag pieces, you could tell. Otherwise the rest of my family meal was good. I'm gonna say our waitress had alot of tables that evening. She wasn't every attentive to us. All in all, we may be back.

Always great food, kitchen staff is awesome! Service was pretty good. She was kind and attentive when at our table, but never really checked back and we went without drinks for almost the entire meal. The atmosphere is always fun, but the music is so loud you cannot really have a conversation at just your table as you have to speak so loud everyone around gets to hear each other's conversations.

Went for our anniversary. Not impressed at all. Maybe short handed but waitress was not really on it
We got our soup and salad with our dinner. Prime rib had more fat then meat. Asked for extra sauce never got it. Asked for ranch, didn't get it. Time span from sitting down to eating was extremely long.
This use to be our favorite place.

Customer service here is EXCELLENT! They really go above and beyond. Everyone greets you and says goodbye as well, in a genuine manner. Our Waitress (I forget her name.. something like Inglys?) was very attentive and kind. One of the best waitresses I've ever had. Good job Texas Roadhouse Sheboygan!

Ponderosa, Sizzler's, Outback, etc.., pick a card, anycard. I don't hate these types of steakhouses. In fact, I like them BUT I have to be in the mood. To start, I have to be REALLY hungry with low expectations when I go. Secondly, I must be mentally prepared to go. After that, it's all good and I'm ready. However, if I'm not mentally ready for it, then it will be bad no matter how good it looks. It's all mental when it comes to these types of steakhouses.

I spent over $200 for my quests the service was great but all the steaks, mushrooms and even the beef tips came charred and burnt. I should have sent everything back but it was so crowded my company just wanted to get out of there.

The service was good and the manager tried to accommodate us, but the steak my wife was served was abysmal. Then the replacement was worse. She had a bone in ribeye that she couldn't cut or chew. We gave up after the second one. What irks me most is that not only corporate, but the franchisee has not responded to my emails regarding my concerns. The least they could do is acknowledge that they received the emails, but they haven't. The people working in the restaurant tried their best, but upper management has dropped the ball. Where was that meat from???
