What a cute little hole in the wall! Everything we had was amazing (pumpkin cheese muffin, bacon bourbon maple sticky bun, smoothie, coffee). You can tell their treats are made fresh and with love. I heard multiple people talking about the homemade biscuits that sounded very enticing so I’d probably suggest those to try on either a sandwich, biscuits and gravy, or just plain! Will definitely be back!

Rolled past on my harley Sunday morning when I caught the aroma of breakfast food in the air! I promptly turned my bike around to find the source and my nose lead me to this most awesome establishment! Walked in to find a wide assortment of fresh baked pastries however my attentions turned to a 3 meat sourdough pancake... and it was only maybe 7 bucks!!!! And It was the size of a dinner plate!!!! I enjoyed said pancake at the bar top and was also tempted to order a tasty brew from their tapper of tasty lookin local brewery but decided not to since it was still early and had many miles to ride back to.... illniois... yuck... HIIIGHLY RECOMEND!

We were visiting from out of town and this breakfast was a highlight of our trip. It was a warm, inviting atmosphere- some of the employees even welcomed customers by name. There was a great selection of breakfast. It was hard to choose. Everything was delicious especially the sourdough pancakes. The coffee was great.

I stopped in the first time today and I was very impressed. I walked into laughter and a light feeling atmosphere. I got a coffee and a muffin both very delicious and just what I needed. They also have honey for sale that is locally sourced. Overall the best experience I’ve ever had. Will be coming here again 😁

The Bakery Bar itself is great! Started going on Fridays for the music and relax but the past few Fridays unfortunately were loud and obnoxious. Do not really need to hear Politics everywhere I go. Seems the guests playing music are getting out of hand a bit and no longer enjoyable. This is my first review because I never thought I had to. Usually I agree with the reviews listed for places I frequent. I might be back but definitely never on a Friday again. Thank you for serving me through today. Good Luck with your establishment.

Stopped in for lunch today on a whim. Even though it was a half an hour before they were closing they were super welcoming! I was checking out the lunch menu when they let me know the did breakfast all day. This was exciting to me because they had house made biscuits and sausage gravy! My order came quickly and WOW, believe me when I say it was the best biscuits and sausage gravy I've had in a VERY years! (I'm a B&SG afficionado). Do yourself a favor and stop here for a meal. Great staff, great food and all in a fun atmosphere! I can't wait to stop again for breakfast!

We went here for lunch today and it was amazing. I had the reuban sandwich and I wish I would've ordered a full! I wasn't real hungry, but it was so good, I would've gladly eaten another half. Wonderful atmosphere and it smells of fresh baked items. Bonus that they had craft beers on tap! I don't go to this area very often, but will definitely go here again.

Nice place! Smells awesome! Delicious sandwiches, cinnamon rolls. Great Driftless Glen bourbon available with local craft beers, and wine. Open jam session on Fridays noon to 2pm fall hours is cool and always nice to see local musicians perform.

Went out this way to a winery for a tasting. Stopped for a quick lunch. Found it searching online. Got a Rueben and Turkey sandwich. They both were delicious and well made. Just the right amount of toast on the bread and plenty of meat. It is a super small place but worth a stop if you like a quality sandwich.

A sampling of bakery, bar & coffee shop. This popular stop has indoor seating and offers carry-out. The coffee is a local roast & they offer it in a few options. We ordered the cold brew on nitro and it was a regular cold brew, no nitro - we drink it either way and it was still good.
I had a bacon breakfast sandwich & the hubs a reuben sandwich- the baked goods are where these guys shine, from bread to biscuits to case items. While the selection may be limited, what is available is made fresh and they are constantly whipping up tasty treats right there in front of you.
Prices start at a couple of singles and go up.

Bonus, everyone working seemed happy to be there... that always makes for a nice visit.

I went to get coffee. To be fair, the bakery items look great. Unfortunately I eat gluten free. So I wanted a medium roast cup of coffee. They have no such thing. Dark roast only. Friendly enough people, to be sure, but if you are looking for medium or light roast, you won't find it here.

Straight up: one of the breakfast bisquite sandwiches had a long hair in it. Took it back to the front counter and the girl just took it back with no apology just an "oh". I got a fresh one from another server who did say sorry.
This place is way hyped up like another reviewer said. People were not overly friendly and we did not get a welcome in. Never mind we are from the city so used to it but we kinda were expecting a much friendlier atmosphere.
The cinnamon roll was stale and dry and there was no cinammon flavor at all. The dry sugar glaze is what made it sweet and that's about it.
OK so the breakfast bisquite sandwich: the bisquite is absolutly great. Flacky and moist and warm. The sausage and bacon were just avarage store bought. Nothing special.
The Jalapeño jam was not good at all. It was overly sweat with no kick to indicate it had peppers in it. I know this is a local place and that's why we gave it a try but honestly I would not recommend the food.

The baked goods are the highlight and to die for. The cinnamon rolls will send your taste buds to heaven. Everything is fresh baked and has the most amazingly unique flavours. The hot coffee isn't the best but the iced coffee is worth the trip. The prices are a bit high but supporting a small business is worth it 100%.
