We ordered food for pick-up, timing was great, service not so much. I stood at the bar and was not acknowledged. Eventually, I got one of four people’s attention (it was not very busy). The bartender set my food down, and walked away with no exchange of words. A hello, how can I help you, thank you or you’re welcome would have been expected and nice.

Ordered online for delivery down the block on a Saturday around 8:30 pm. Order included ice cream among the heated desserts and pizza. ETA was originally 9:25pm which seemed reasonable. Order finally arrived, cold at 9:50 pm. Ice cream completely melted, cold pizza, cold desserts. No microwave (or freezer) in the hotel. At least one driver change. I'm not sure who to blame on this one, the bar or the drivers. Next time I'm in town, I might try to go in and see if its better.

A large group of my friends and I came here after my friends wedding. We are all from out of town but recognized “The Bar” from Green Bay. We were at the bar about to order drinks when a large group of overweight men started harassing my friend and called him a slur. My friends and I have come to eat at this establishment multiple times after 9 pm in the past--- this "lady" came up to us and treated us rudely. We were always paying customers, but the woman with glasses and short hair asked us in a very rude manner for us to show our I.Ds. We were never planning on taking advantage of this bar-- and attempting to drink underage, we simply wanted food. She could have at least asked nicely, instead-- she barked at us.

I have never had such a bad experience at a restaurant in my life before this incident. I thought you could eat just food. I was asked to get id’ed by this questionable lady even though i explained i was not planning to order any alcohol. I had eaten here before and never got id’ed for justing eating food. I do not know if this woman intentionally caused this problem for no reason. Maybe she had a bad day but i do not care. Dont come in with a bad attitude and take it out on others. We stopped in after a Packer game to finish watching the remaining afternoon football games. Service started out acceptable but went downhill quickly. After ordering food and finishing, our trays were taken with no offer to refill drinks. We would get looked directly at by bartenders with no attempt to approach to see if we needed anything. We watched this happen to several groups that would walk in, sit down, and struggle to get a drink. We also talked to other patrons so weren't the only ones experiencing it. The bar was not busy and there were 2 bartenders behind the bar. I'm not sure why they have such a long bar if they only service a portion of it. Thankfully we had cash to pay our bill instead of having to wait for them to return to take a card or we would have been sitting there even longer. I've never seen such poor bartending. Maybe if they could stay off their phones and quit leaning against the wall they could work. We had been in the night before to grab a burger and sat at a table and got great service.

Went to The Bar this past Friday afternoon while in Appleton for a GB Packers game. Met Kyle our bartender n he was a total gentleman. Served us n chatted with us feel welcome! He also made sure our pizza was up to "NY"standards! LOL. We went back today before our flight and Kyle was working the kitchen, he came out to say hello n goodbye to us...thank you BIG MAN! The staff was rude and took forever. It wasn't even super busy. I was surprised at how poorly they fulfilled our order. We got the wrong food. The food that was correct was made incorrectly. We have enjoyed the Bar for many years because of their football and basketball game coverage where we can watch two of our favorite teams at once, like the Packers and Saints, or Wisconsin and Marquette. Ordered wings from here. For $20 I would expect better quality. Barely any meat on them! I ordered wings from here previously - same experience, however figured I would try them again. Got $100 worth of food from here tonight, and realized this would be my last time. The chicken tenders are as skinny as a pencil, the wings had no meat on them - don’t even get fries with them for the price. The wings were delicious and for my surprise they were all flats! They tasted very good and the atmosphere was very chill and relaxed. I am so upset with my bar experience. I work downtown so I order from here VERY often. I always get the same thing but for whatever reason the last couple times I have ordered they have been burnt like this. This was my free set of mistake wings and look how awful these look! I called and asked to talk to a manager and he is so very disrespectful and he yelled at me over the phone and told me to order from somewhere else because I am unable to make happy! He hung up on me while I was trying to talk to him! Also told me that all of the food gets looked at before it’s sent out! THEY ARE BLACK!!!! I manage a business and I would never handle a situation like he did and for that I will never order from here again. I spend 40-60 every time I order because I order for my work crew and that no longer will happen, customer service definitely makes a business.

Usually I get good service. I have attempted to have lunch here twice this week and ended up leaving both times without being waited on. On Monday, a group came in after me and sat at the table next to me, they were waited on and I was not. I decided to wait a few more minutes and they received their drinks and ordering appetizers and I still had not been waited on. Today the guys were all hanging out in the kitchen (except the bartender). They would come out and look around d, and go back to hanging out in the kitchen. Again, I sat there for about 10 minutes, was not waited on, and left. Neither time was busy either.

Went here for my 29th birthday of course I had to get my birthday button.
