Wow! Wow! Wow! The Bogey Factory has a trifecta ... great customer service, delicious food and fantastic atmoshere. We rented out the venue this last weekend to host a surprise b-day party. Everyone had so much fun it was a huge success. In addition to the golf simulator's the outdoor patio is inviting and relaxing. We will be back over and over again.

My husband and I go here regularly. It’s a fantastic place to play a round of sim golf or get warmed up before you go play an area course. Wednesday they do trivia which usually brings in 7 or so teams and is fun! Drinks are good and the food is delicious especially the cheese curds, the turkey wrap and the bogey burger. If you’re in the area stop in!

It was bad from the very start. After waiting to be acknowledged for 15 minutes we had to go to the bar and ask for menus. Another table had to do the same. The cheese curds came out quickly but were torched, no cheese to be found inside. Burgers had a strange chemical taste, buns were very greasy. Zero condiments are on the table, so we had to ask the waitress for some and they never came. So we had to go to the bar AGAIN to ask a 2nd time for condiments. Server had attitude, and rightfully so, as she ran around to every table the two owners sat and played darts taking up two large tables for themselves. There were no empty seats when we were here so it seems very unprofessional that as owners you wouldn’t step in and help your staff OR consolidate your belongings to one table so patrons could sit. Just gross all around. Plenty of other great places in town to take my business.

When we arrived the place was full. There was no one working the bar or the seating area. After about 5 minutes the bar tender appeared. Then another 5 minutes went by and the waiter came out. Never acknowledged us. We had to go up to the bar and ask for menus after about 15 minutes. Another 10 minutes went by and we finally ordered. The waiter was not pleasant. No condiments on the table. The cheese curds were burnt and super greasy. Barely any cheese in them. The owners were there playing dart games and taking up two tables. I am not sure how you can play games and drink and not realize how terrible your place is. Pathetic. Don't go here it's overpriced, terrible food, terrible service.

Perfect spot to watch the game, grab a drink and swing the club - what else can I ask for. The atmosphere is chic and Tyler and Dalton do an incredible job. I always enjoy my time here! Lofoten Links is so hard but a must play - looks amazing in 4k at dusk!

Visited for the first time today. Immediately the atmosphere is very cool and “hip.” The bays (6?) have plenty of space and privacy, and the tech is very easy to use. The touch feels pretty accurate. We only played traditional golf, but noted games and training options that we plan to use in the future.

We ordered a few appetizers and drinks while playing. All were great. Special shoutout to the NA beverage options and large food portions. Service was also great. We were there for 2hrs and staff came by regularly and were prompt with orders.

Glad to have such a fun spot in the area. Looking forward to going back!

Great place to vibe and hit some golf balls. Tyler, Andrea and the staff are great. They’re very responsive, very customer focused and it’s a lot of fun. I got the 1-month membership to hit balls on a regular basis and have already seen my game get better. Very happy they have one of these in Verona. Best food at a golf simulator in the Madison area hands down.

Great spot in Verona. First, one of the best patios in the city with full sun until the late afternoon. Second, you can tell they put some thought into their menu because the shareables and entrees are excellent. The Bang Bang Chicken is exceptional. Third, Tyler and the team do a great job making you comfortable and get you what you need....the servers are always on top of it to ensure you stay hydrated. Fourth, they have great daily and weekend specials for food and drinks - don't forget trivia night. Fifth, it is a great spot on football Saturdays and Sundays and for a Verona HS pre and postgame. Lastly, the golf simulator pricing is fair and reasonable. Large and comfortable bays, great technology, and games for the serious and not-so-serious golfer. Do yourself a favor and stop on down to golf, imbibe, and support a local Verona business!!

We had family in town so decided to give BF a try for the first time just for lunch. We were greeted very pleasantly by the bartender/server. We were the only people in the restaurant upon arrival. After ordering our food took at least 30 minutes to arrive. A reasonable time if there was anyone else there. It clearly was to the point of embarrassment as the server disappeared for the last 15 minutes of our wait. Upon arrival of our food server told us we're out of fries so you got chips. No apology, no offer of an alternative. About 7 minutes later my son's sliders showed up. Again no apology for his extra wait. As far the food, 4 of the 6 were good. However my wife had the "1/3" pound Bogey burger. We wonder if they were running out of hamburger as well. The patty on hers was smaller than each of the two patties on my Double Bogey. My son's kids sliders were well short of filling out a small King's Hawaiian roll. Additionally they had cheese on them with no mention of cheese on the menu. The server did offer to replace them, but we didn't dare risk an additional wait for an 8 year old. The kicker may have been the two people who arrived well after we ordered that got their food right after my son did. I've come to expect additional waits with staffing issues at restaurants, but when you're the only people in a restaurant acknowledgement of the wait would be nice. Server was very pleasant when she was present. Needless to say, our first experience at the Bogey Factory did not leave a great impression.

Bogey factory has a unique take on the golf sim establishment, the staff are attentive, and the decor is great. For only bwing open two weeks some kinks exist, one being a menu that has not been proofread and could use work in descriptions and explaining what you are ordering. Two would be the flatbreads. The flatbreads need some workshoping because they are a good value $ speaking and are a great menu item to have and could even expand the menu variety without expanding workload for a limited kitchen staff, but they are not executed to the quality of the other menu items.
