Walked in and people look at you like you don’t belong. The twink bartender(you know who you are) looked at us and said we were walking the wrong way. Even though the bar is built in a way that doesn’t make sense. Never coming here again.

Our church's building and grounds group come here once a month and we have had nothing but great food and service ever since we started coming here. Eric always gets us seated very quickly and he is very accommodating The wait staff is the BEST

I just went for a burger and was not disappointed. Well seasoned and quite tasty! My friend wasn't happy with the seating since he is a bigger guy and all there was were bar stools. A little tight for him. The credit card machine was down when it came time to pay but no big deal these things happen. This is my first time there but I will definitely return. The pizza, we smelled someone carrying out, will have to be tried!

I recently moved to Oak Creek last week. I was exhausted from moving. I work in South Milwaukee and I didn’t want to drive that far for a drink and I wanted to familiarize myself with that side of Oak Creek so I drove myself around looking for a spot and I found Bowery. Eric the bartender was absolutely awesome. Very clean and nice place. I was impressed with the bathroom super clean. I wish their kitchen was open later.

Management was the best. They noticed they had to pick up the service recovery due a rogue employee trying to not pick up their slack. I appreciate this and I know they appreciated the feedback. Pizza and wings were great. Will be back in the future. Definitely a nice spot that is a great vibe.

Great local place. My burger was fantastic and they have a decent selection of beer and liquor. Definitely a bit of a "dive bar" but those are usually the best ones. All 3 bartenders I encountered were extremely friendly and never left me with an empty cup and very accommodating with questions about different drinks.

We came in with a larger group that we had prearranged. The staff did an excellent job getting us seated and served. 1st time here to eat, usually here to drink…. The munchie basket, “combo basket” whatever it’s called was excellent, lots of food and great mix. We had Pizza for the main course . I was very impressed, great pizza, only problem I was so full after the basket I couldn’t eat as much as I wanted to! Excellent crust and fresh veggies, I was very surprised for a bar pizza! Will definitely go back! I’ve been trying to work out a wing night there with the guys, and I am looking forward to going back soon!

First time here even though this place has been in around for a long time. Had their perch fish fry and my husband had their cod Oscar, both of which were very good! Ok, I'll be honest. I was expecting this to be something of a "dive bar." Instead, it's casual, a bit darker and more rustic. Nice place to watch a game, shoot pool, or chill on at a back table with friends. I ordered the Pub Burger. A half-pound, tasty patty, with good flavor. Comes with lettuce, tomato, red onion and fries. Guinness on tap, along with others. Yup, not a dive. Friendly bartender, guests & a comfortable place.
Update 12/6/23: Had a return visit. Once again, the Pub Burger was too good to pass up. This time my wife and I both had the tater Tots instead of fries. Tots rule! The burger was big, juicy, seasoned right and worth the $10.50 cost with Tots included. Check it out for some great local food.

Great little sports bar with a decent selection of food and libations. I walked up from the truckstop to get a burger and watch some baseball on a weekday around lunchtime. Even though it was very busy, and I’m not a local, the bartender (didn’t catch her name) greeted me right away. Service was spot on and the burger was tasty as well. Did I mention tater tot’s? Two Thumbs up regardless of the previous recent review from a dissatisfied patron. Definitely recommend.

I was staying at the Staybridge suites and wanted some beer and wings during the NCAA games. I walked in sat down waited 15-20 min. The bartender a tall slender gentleman looked at me twice in the eye but never came over. The gentleman on the photo below couldn’t have been concerned with any customers because his side work was very important. I left after not being acknowledged at the 30 min. mark.

I feel like if you are not local; they do not want your business. However; when I got back to the hotel; three men staying there said how was your food at the Bowery? I was surprised they knew I was there, then they said they noticed me sitting by the door . I told them about not being acknowledged and leaving with out ordering after 30 min. Then having to go through the drive through of cousins subs as the alternative. So maybe they just don’t like acknowledging women. In any case; I have a lot of business to do up here in the next few months; I’m looking forward to visiting another establishment.

The total irony was I had 100 bill in my wallet I was planning to leave for a tip because it just seemed like the place that would appreciate it. Wow was I wrong.

It's a quiet, out-of-the-way bar with the look and feel of a log cabin on the inside. It's plenty busy with regulars, and the service is great for everyone. They know what they are doing.
The food comes fast and cheap, which is great. My only complaint is that my fish fry was a bit overseasoned.
There are better places for food, but the atmosphere and people make it unique.
