My favorites are the Asian Cucumber Salad, the Korean Fried Chicken, the Korean Fried Cauliflower, the Crab Rangoon, the Katsu Chicken Bowl, and of course the bread and butter. The atmosphere is good. The times I’ve gone my waitresses was very polite and friendly. My food was made the way I wanted and I’ve never had to send anything back. All in all it’s a good experience. It can get loud sometimes due to the amount of people that can come in.

Cheesecake Factory has been one of the restaurants that have been consistent throughout its start. No matter what city I am in and there is a cheesecake factory it is consistent and on brand with taste, service, atmosphere and thats what I enjoy. This one at Bayshore is on brand. The young man bartending has never missed with my drinks, he makes them perfect which once again is on brand. Consistent food, drinks and service.

Our party of 4 arrived after the lunch hour so this restaurant was not crowded at all. But maybe I know why....Each of us placed a different order but certainly nothing out of the ordinary. Two of us received their orders first. One was a flatbread pizza-the other a Thai noodle bowl. A little while later the third in our party got her fish and chips. I ordered Renae's lunch special-a half chicken salad sandwich and a cup of clam chowder. This also came with a small salad. In my reality, it's pretty easy to scoop a cup of soup into a bowl, put chicken salad on toast and salad on a plate. I'm not sure how long I waited for my food, but 2 in my party had already finished eating before I even received my food. When the waitress put it down in front of me she asked me what was wrong. She said I didn't look happy. No apologies for the delay. My sandwich tasted good but the clam chowder was NOT clam chowder. It was diced potatoes, small pieces of diced clams and a flavorless, watery broth that looked like dishwater. I would have needed a tablespoon of salt to obtain any flavor in this chowder that didn't look like it had a speck of cream or even skim milk in it. I don't recall ever having a soup that I just couldn't eat. I brought the salad home because we were from out of town and needed to get back home and I did t want to make the rest of my party wait. It should have been obvious to the waitstaff that the soup was virtually untouched, but no questions were asked and no apologies made. This has been our dining place whenever we come to the Milwaukee area. We will not be returning! DO NOT ORDER THE CLAM CHOWDER.🤮

The new shrimp scampi dish is horrific it's almost Cajun and hot hot without any warning.
I was throwing up all morning today so I have to guess that it was bad shrimp also.

I really like the cheesecake factory. The menu is huge, and it is tough to choose when I eat here. The food is delicious. However, the food and drinks are pricy for the portions served. I paid 5.95 for a strawberry lemonade. If I had realized that we I ordered it, I probably would have skipped it. Another thing is that the booths are really squished together, and it is not comfortable to sit that close. I wish they could spread out the booths and tables so there is more room.

Can't go wrong with the Cheesecake Factory most of the time and this one is no exception. Great food and friendly service and the nice atmosphere the Cheesecake Factory is known for. There is not much else to say, except keep it up. There is nothing negative about this restaurant. Parking was easy and pretty open but can get a little tight during busy hours but should still be able to find a spot fairly easily.

We waited about 35 minutes for a table which wasn't too bad seeing that we came at lunch time we were a group of 7 plus a baby. The food was very good. The first time we had the mac and cheese balls as an appetizer they were delicious. The server was okay when he was there, we did have another server helping she was very good she helped us out a lot. I would say the only thing that was weird was the fact that they added gratuity to our table of 8. But one of our eight was a baby.

Very disappointed to be leaving this review. The Cheesecake Factory at Bayshore has been a favorite for many years....but the last couple of times has shown some serious flaws developing. Over the past few months, I have noticed the portions getting way smaller, especially on the lunch menu. Frankly, I think $18 - $19 for lunch has always been a little high, but you always got a fair amount of really good food. Today, I ordered the Louisiana Chicken Pasta (Lunch portion) which has been a go-to for years. There was very little chicken - about half of what it used to be and lots and lots of pasta. Hummm....okay....pasta is much cheaper than chicken so cost-cutting at work. The dish was WAY over-salted. Almost inedible. Never experienced that decrease in quantity or quality before. The person working the pick up counter was very nice....can't say anything negative about him at all. You're lucky to have such nice staff! I decided to order a slice of cheesecake to take home. Imagine my surprise when the tiny slice was $11.99! Wow....that is quite an expensive dessert. Learned my lesson....will not be buying cheesecake there anymore. It wasn't good enough for that price...actually it was just Okay. Chicken fingers have changed....now battered...and really greasy! The lunch salmon was tiny for $19.95. Just a very disappointing turn of events. Unfortunately, I think I'll be looking for a new lunch place!

I was so happy to finally come here. But when I did. I was so disappointed. When my food came out. the plate was so hot that I couldn't touch it. It was like the entire plate was placed in an oven. I Asked for a medium steak. It came out very well done. I flipped my side of rice over all in one clump. I almost couldn't believe they sent it out to me. I asked the waitress to just bring me a burger and fries. I normally wouldn't give a bad review. But this was just a no go for me.

I ordered a waffle and breakfast potatoes for curbside delivery from Cheesecake Factory Bayshore. Upon arrival, I was so excited and hungry I couldn't wait until I made it home and had to dig in. I tried the breakfast potatoes which were greasy and cold. Hoping, I would have better luck with the waffles, ( as I had them in the past from another Cheesecake Factory and they were delicious) well that was not the case. The waffles were mushy and cold. When I called in and spoke with the store manager Kevin he informed me I could NOT return the waffles and potatoes nor could I get a refund. He was extremely disrespectful and had a lack of customer service skills. He did however, tell me my only option was to heat the waffles and potatoes up when I got home and eat them. Are you serious? I was shocked that Cheesecake Factory Bayshore would have someone running their store with a lack of empathy and human relations skills, let alone talk to customers in that manner! Disappointed customer!

The service on 2/23/2025 was horrid. It took almost 25 minutes for our order to be taken and we were at the bar. After this it took almost 40 minutes to receive our to go order. I live in Glendale so the drive was maybe 5 minutes. My Impossible burger was not cooked thoroughly and the cheese was just placed on top not melted. The fried were cold and my girlfriend's pizza was flipped over in the box and her Apple Crisp was maybe a tablespoon size. This restaurant charges too much for such poor quality. The Long Islands we had at the bar were the only saving grace.

Horrible and very SLOW service. Do yourself a favor and don't go. Very slow after you order and food arrives cold. Ribeye steak was mostly fat. Do not get scammed in the parking lot. The attendant says "validation is expired" while sign literally states the lower fees with a validated parking ticket. You need to insert the ticket where it states validation in small letters. Do not scan your validated ticket (need to insert it into the slot) to get lower fees. Attendants lie so you pay full price. By the way the other cheescake factory restaurants (eg Montgomery mall) do not have these issues. This one on Wisconsin is AWFUL.

Came here for a late lunch on Valentine’s Day and pretty much the whole restaurant was empty. The hostess sat us right next to a family of 4 on a very close booth. Immediately the family had to switch spots so one of us wasn’t right next to their daughter. Why would they sit us so closely when the restaurant was empty? Especially on Valentine’s Day. Makes no sense. The hostess was unapologetic and we didn’t want to make it more awkward for the family since it wasn’t their fault so we just left and went somewhere else.

We had a group of 5. Came in at 3:40 and were seated at a half booth/table in the bar area.

27 minutes went by and we never saw a server to even greet us, nor the 2 other tables that were in that area. We were all just sitting there with menus. No waters, drinks, greeting…nothing.

I checked in again with the host to let him know we had been here for 27 minutes (which he verified as 25 on his check in screen) and had not yet been greeted by a server. He looked confused and another female host came over and said that the servers had a miscommunication with their section change and didn’t even know that was their section. Didn’t apologize or anything, just said that a server and a manager would be stopping by.

We waited another 20 minutes and still no sign of a server or a manager so we just left. As we walked out past host stand to the door the same 2 hosts and one other girl say “thanks for coming in, have a good day”….. somehow completely oblivious that we were walking out after waiting 45 minutes!

Not one time did anyone apologize or try to make things right. This place used to have a wait list anytime you’d go and there was prob 75% of the restaurant empty….. and 3 tables in the bar left unserved. I can see why. Very disappointing.

The food was alright but mostly overpriced. Bread was so stale. The service was awful. Whole place was understaffed because our server was bartending the whole time we were there, and barely came to check up on us. Our food came to us late even though the place was empty. Like no customers other than us. Not only did it get to us late, our server just forgot to put in one of the sides I ordered, and I had no way to remind her because she was so busy at the bar that she barely ever visited our table. Overall unprofessional service and experience.

By the time we were ready to pay and get out of there, our server took forever to visit our table so we could ask for the bill. Once we had the bill and payment ready, we had to wait another 10 minutes for no one to grab our payment. My partner had to get up and hand the bill to the host stand, where about 5 people were standing doing nothing. Turns out they couldn't accept the bill so we had to go back to our table and wait for a server to take the payment.

I get during slow hours, you have less staff or something, but there's no reason why we had to suffer because of that. Really bad experience and we won't be coming to this cheesecake factory again. I also understand that our server was busy bartending so I don't hold it against her but we should have gotten another server or at least the manager to come serve us.

Literally the worst service I've ever seen. We waited a full 60 minutes and still didn't have any of the appetizers. It wasn't even busy as it was 4 pm on a Monday.
