Bartender spilled martini on my 2ife and I it was ok. Continued to eat and have a good time. Bill came, charged us for spilled drink that he remade. Im soaking wet and home steaming. I ordered the Bistro burger, the best part was that it was cooked to perfection even though I ordered medium rare. It was juicy and delicious also don't forget to buy the Thai chicken lettuce wraps the chimichurry was the best sauce ever with the wraps. Great service to right away they ask you what you want to drink and the staff are incredibly friendly. Hope you enjoy!!!

We ordered kids menu Mac and cheese which is worst taste I have tasted and there are flies on the food. They replaced the one dish where I showed the flies inside the food but not took the complaint seriously. I never go to this place again. Not hygienic and not good. I will not recommend anyone to go to this location. Service is bad not even care to listen properly to customers which is very frustrating.

i got the chipotle noodles and there was maybe 7 small pieces of chicken. i don’t think that’s acceptable for a 25$ dish. beyond that the noodles were not all that good. i got a cheesecake for dessert and that was pretty good, the people i went with had fun and the waitress was very fun so for that i give it 2 stars.

Took friends for a nice luncheon. I suggested the Skinny salad which was terrible. Used to be so good. 3 of us had it. Someone got tomatoes. I didn’t. Two small bites of chicken. No cheese crumbles or anything else they had mentioned on the menu. Expensive dish of lettuce. Tried calling several times. They don’t answer. Will go there personally and complain about food and not taking phone calls. Why post their number? Very disappointed in this restaurant that used to have a great reputation.

This place is awesome every time I come. It is a bit pricey but the food is delicious. I usually get tacos, whether it be the fish or chicken, which are both delicious. Their other menu items are excellent as well like the buffalo chicken sandwich, and burgers. Appetizers are also done well, my favorites being the nachos. I haven’t even touched on their main attraction, CHEESECAKES!! They have great cakes, my favorite being the celebration cake. Their atmosphere is always a 10/10 for me, I love their dark and cozy vibe. Needless to say I will be back.

Not bad. Had it for the first time ever was a little pricey for the quality of food in my opinion but I haven't had a chance to try all 30 pages of food. So I will be giving it a 5 for everything until I am proven it deserves less.

It’s a shame that this place creates some wonderful food items like the sweet potato enchiladas and now most recently Jicama Tacos. It seems the decision makers fail to understand the vegetarian palette. Maybe the current decision makers about the menu, especially vegetarian items need some training. What a shame!!

My daughter and I love the cheesecake factory we like coming there to eat, but then we also like it sometimes to be delivered, which is always done very well. All of their food is delicious. They pay a lot of attention to their service into the quality of ingredients that they put in their food. I love the salmon. It comes three different ways. It’s always delicious with fresh vegetables and we also love the sliders they’re really good. Best sliders I think I ever had. You’ll enjoy it. It’s a nice place to come on a date because you can eat outside or the actual restaurant is inside the West town mall so you can eat and then walk around the mall or vice versa. Sometimes there is a wait because they are very busy but it’s never too long.

Handicap parking is easily accessible, and if you have a wheelchair easily accessible to come into the restaurant

And of course the cheesecake oh my gosh, that cheesecake is so good. We try to try different ones when we order there but we like them all but the chocolate divine is still the one really love a lot have fun. It’s not super high pricey but it’s not low price either. It’s sort a medium. It’s worth every penny though because the food is so much better. Sure beats driving through the fast food places you can get a healthy meal here and usually we always have to have extra to take home.

Nate was our server and bartender for our visit. For a chain, I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of food! We ordered a few appetizers and had to box a couple up with the size. Nate went above and beyond with his service. Excellently describing items on the menu and truly helping us decide on what to order. It was my date's very first time visiting and she certainly wants to come back!
Overall really fantastic service from Nate! What an asset you've got with him behind your bar and on your floor!

We recently had a party of 16 at the Cheesecake Factory in Madison, WI to celebrate my son’s fiancée’s birthday, and we were absolutely blown away by the incredible service we received from Kristin S. She was phenomenal — incredibly attentive, professional, and on top of every detail throughout the entire evening.

Managing a group that large is no easy task, but Kristin made it look effortless. From keeping drink orders straight to making sure everyone had exactly what they needed, she went above and beyond with a smile the entire time. It’s been a long time since we’ve had service this good at any restaurant.

And to top it all off, the food was excellent — hot, fresh, and delicious across the board.

Kristin, thank you for making our celebration so memorable. You are a rock star, and we’ll definitely be requesting you next time!

It's been a long time since we've had a great experience at a Cheesecake Factory. It's like a White Buffalo, but we had that today on Father's Day, where the ball could easily have been dropped.

We had Chicken Madeira, Crispy Chicken Costoletta, Green Chile Chicken Enchilada, and 3 pieces of cheese cake.

Everything was cooked well, asparagus pieces were large and not a collection of little tiny shoe laces. Which we have been dealing with at other CF's, for over 3 years.

Chicken was juicy and tender.

Enchiladas good, usually CF food described as spicy, is not spicy enough, but these had a little kick. Not enough for me, but they had a really good flavor, and you knew they were there.

Morgan was our server, had 2 sections to deal with, and we still felt taken care of. She did an awesome job.

We'll be back.

The only issue I could find was the men's restroom. One or several guests apparently didn't know how to use a urinal, and wrecked it, for everyone else, so I did not drop the rating because of them.

Plates are huge! I wasn't prepared for how big the plates were or how much food you get, I ate everything except for some white rice.

I ordered the blackened shrimp with plantains, rice, pineapple salsa, black beans. I felt the meal was as close to cuban food as one can find in Madison.

However the size of the menu borders on the ridiculous. So many choices it is hard to decide.

Cheesecake counter is always understaffed. If you order online, they will put it out at the time you selected pickup, rather then leaving it in the fridge—so good luck if you’re running late or waiting in line for 15 minutes as your cake will get warm. I’ve been here several times over the years and it is always poorly organized, which is a shame because the cheesecake is quite good.

Went Saturday for my daughter's birthday lunch and it was not great. Our server was nice enough but she needed more training. It took her two trips to the table just to get my kids drink order right and she said she was struggling on how to ring it in. The my entry came out before the appetizer so both our lunches sat on the table getting cold while we ate the appetizer. Betty did not like her burger and only took one bit, I did not eat my cold pasta either and instead of asking if everything was OK she just brought us boxes for the food. No one has ate the food since we took it home I will probably just feed it to our pigs. I tipped the waitress 25% because she was nice enough she just had not been trained well and should have never been on the floor and that is not her fault and the food was all just mediocre. I do not recommend

I feel like the price of the cheesecake is way overpriced. But for those prices, the service should be excellent. I walked in to get a piece of cheesecake and when I was ordering, a guy comes in there loudly saying “Let me get your number, boo.” to the employees. The employees talking about the guy getting taxes and laughing. Totally ignoring me. Just keep in mind, this is the first impression your guests are getting of the restaurant. There is a time to goof around and that’s not when a customer is ordering and paying for things. That conversation is for off time or in the break room.

Cheesecake Factory has very high prices, but you get a lot of food for the price. It was $75 before a tip for just my Husband and I. We got an appetizer and then each ordered an entree and piece of cheesecake. The menu can be overwhelming if you're not sure what you're in the mood for. They have something for everyone. Nearly two pages of cheesecake flavors. Not an everyday restaurant, but definitely would come back. The service we received was absolutely amazing. Our waiter was attentive and didn't rush us even though it was a holiday.

I am extremely upset. Me and my boyfriend stopped by to grab some cheesecakes to go to celebrate. When I later got back home, and took a bite of my tiramisu cheesecake, there was a huge 3 inch × 4 inch piece of PAPER!! In the middle of my cheesecake. I had to spit it out!
