My boyfriend and I came during dinner time on Sunday and it was the best experience! Our waitress was super attentive and made my belated birthday experience delightful. After our meal she surprised us with a free sundae & a lit candle. Also, I used my birthday reward to get my free cheesecake.

I got the meatloaf which tasted exceptional alongside the sweet corn and mashed potatoes. My boyfriend got the steak frites but he was disappointed with how small the steak was for $29. Overall, it was a great dinner!

There has been a drastic decline in quality. Portions were skimpy for the price I paid. My mom who ordered nachos, had dry chips with very little toppings on them. The short, slender, waiter with brown tipped dreadlocks did nothing to rectify the complaint but instead made excuses.

So I’m a Cheesecake Factory fan….or had been! It’s been a while since I had visited - I made reservations- glad I did and they held the reservation for us and our wait was only 2-3 minutes….with a reservation. I had the Korean chicken and it was served lukewarm and the rice was also- I didn’t complain but when I should have. Their prices seem to have jumped a lot since my last visit- the atmosphere was very crowded, very loud, and very cold. A romantic cosy evening it was not. Cheesecake was wonderful - but again, way overpriced. Be sure to sign up on their website and during your birthday week you can at least get your cheesecake free.

Service was excellent. Parking is outside and plenty were available for late Saturday lunch. If you want cheese cake - many look amazing - the lowest is 800 calories and some twice as much.

Dude, never have I been...and it was an absolute delight. We had Tom as our server and may I say Top Tier service. The only reason there's a star is because we (me & my adult daughter) like the server and cheesecake. Otherwise, the food was awful and very skimpy. We had the small plate of lettuce wraps each and the creamy chicken artichoke soup.The photo has a fork to show scale but my 3 pieces of chicken weren't bigger than my thumb. They had tons of lettuce on the plate which makes it look like theres a lot but it's not. The cup of soup that wasn't good. Aside from taste which can be subjective, it was not worth the price at all. It was expensive for that little quality and quantity. Too expensive!!! My husband and I were given a gift card where we could choose which restaurant we want to go to out of 5. So we chose The Cheesecake Factory. We got a decent parking spot, were greeted by the hostess, and given our table inside. Then, it was like 10 minutes before our server came to greet us. We ordered our food with just water to drink: I had the Avacado Cashew Salad (AMAZING....I didn't think cashews would taste good in it....usually it's pecans), and my husband had their lunch portion of meatloaf with mashed potatoes and corn. He wasn't as happy with his meal. Their meatloaf was cut thin and had not much of a taste. I took a lot of my salad home so I could indulge in a piece of their cheesecake. I had the chocolate tuxedo, and my husband had the salted caramel. We enjoyed every last bite. I'm sure that was my calorie count for probably the whole week, LOL. We spent all of the $50 gift card and added another $20, so it's not a place we frequent often.

I’ve always been a huge fan of the cheesecake factory. It’s one of My favorite places. Yesterday I wasn’t able to attend, and I asked my wife to bring me my favorite dish, which is the Thai chicken lettuce wraps. When she brought it home to me, it was not what I was expecting. The appetizer that typically comes with about 6 to 7 strips of grilled chicken that can be shared with 2 to 3 people was barely enough to feed one. There was three tiny pieces of chicken sitting on top of what seemed like a whole head of lettuce. I will definitely be rethinking my visit there in the future. I’m attaching a picture

The chicken caesar salad was good but needed extra dressing. Overall it was tasty. However, the Louisiana Chicken Pasta sauce is NOT the same sauce used as before. My bf and I stopped by last night a little over an hour before they closed. We walked in and they sat us right away, our waitress (I forgot her name) got us our drinks and it was surprisingly fast, we’ve been here twice before this visit but the other two times the service wasn’t as good. We chose to celebrate our 24th Anniversary here, based on our positive experiences at the Cheesecake Factory in the past at other locations. So disappointed in this location.
The General Manager or District manager must be problematic as there was certainly enough staff standing around holding up the pillars that lack of staffing was not this issue...and the staffs lack of skills was consistent with the surrounding tables. That kind of attitude is limited generally to staff that has no upwards support or guidance.
Absolutely disgusted with this experience and location. Spare yourself the waste of $$ and go to a different location.

Most companies will go to 14 slices and raise the cost by a $1 per slice. That's $154 gross per cheesecake..

The cake was good as usual. The restaurant was clean like a typical CF. They accommodated our group in a nice spot.

The asparagus that was served with the other meals was mostly okay, but the cooks slipped in their tiny little shoe laces that they love to do at this site.

For $24 a plate, I think you can afford to put some nice-looking pieces on the plate. Or..... Settle on how many ounces per plate is going to be severed and if you have a bunch of tiny asparagus, then put the 3 oz of it on the one plate and the 5 beefy pieces on the other.

At $320+ for the meal..... I can go anywhere for that much.

Edit- as you see cheesecake factory responded to this review. I filled out the form as they requested and have heard absolutely nothing back. Sounds like their management is similar to their restaurant team. Does nothing when issues are presented.

My wife went to this location with her friends. In the ladies restroom she was approached and threatened by a group of 3 woman asking about her designer bag and what was in the bag.

Based on the aggressive nature of this group she felt unsafe and had to rush out of the restroom.

After alerting the staff absolutely nothing was done. No one talked to the group. No one talked to her ensuring her they will be talked to. No staff did anything about the situation. Used to be a decent restaurant but no longer worth going here. Especially with the clientele and poor staff. Food is fine not worth feeling threatened and no action from the team there.

I understand it was a Saturday night. But it took 1 hour to get our food. The waitress never came and asked if everything was okay. We waited over 30 minutes to get a piece of cheesecake to go. We had reservations at 6pm. And we finally got our check at 800pm. There were tables around us that came and gone.

We love this restaurant but don't think we'll be back to this location. The food is always "old". Clearly reheated orange chicken that's soggy. The cheesecake was raw in the middle. The tiramisu was a pile not a neat square of granulated sugar and strange pudding. Not at all like the last few times I ordered it. For the high prices, I cannot recommend this location because of the quality. For a family of 4 the check is too high to not want take home boxes.

Came back for a retry with my $25 gift card. Food was better. Our waitress was fine. I give it a 4 star because we went later in the night and it took a long time for our food, over 30 minutes. Better than our last experience..

Update... I was given a $25 digital gift card to be given another attempt for a satisfying visit. I will update my experience the next time I go.

First when we were sat, the hostess sat us in the back with a bunch of kids while other people with no kids were sat in the front. Out waitress acted like he didn’t wanna be there the entire time - slurring his words & lack of mannerisms -. Didn’t get any bread until I asked for some. The hostess sat this older white couple next to our table and immediately said “No i don’t wanna sit right here” The atmosphere was super uncomfortable and a little bit awkward.
