I think this place is more lively at night, but we never been here and we enjoyed strolling through the bar area. Inside the store area and outside, all the workers were preoccupied with their phones and book. I did buy a few things especially the Elsa Mae pie and cherry donuts. Turns out the donuts were very dry seems like they were a couple days old. We would like to come back at night to see the contrast.

Really lovely spot - great beer, spacious seating area to enjoy the views, the staff was very friendly & knowledgeable, and the food is a hidden gem. It's an added perk to drink and shop. We brought home many salsas, queso's, and hot sauce. Looking forward to going back sometime!

What a cool store! Lots of offerings of gifts and of course door county products, (because why are you in door county if you're not taking home some local products!) We ended up leaving with some jams drinks, a Door County cutting board, some slate coasters, which will be a hit at home. The employees were super helpful and of course wanted to pet my 13 year old beagle, who was more than happy to be pet. The prices are reasonable and I can't wait to visit again.

GET YOUR BUTT TO THE HUT!!!
First- solid beers.
Second- live music central in the summer months!!
Third- All around great people!
Easy enough to stretch out as you wish on the beautiful patio. Love the taproom. Much like Bridge Up Sturgeon Bay, its what I hope my basement cave to look like some day.
The Cherry Hut side has some excellent local offerings- from dips, to take and bake cherry pies, to local spirits!
A must stop. Again, GET YOUR BUTT TO THE HUT!!

The Cherry Hut and Bridge Up brewing was a great stop for my wife and me. The owner and family were working the store and tap room and were very friendly. We tried a few beers at the tap room and then ended up purchasing a few of their canned beer 6 packs and local small pies. I would like to come and see some live music and play some yard games in the future.

Went there during our trip to door county and it was very busy since there was a band playing and it was memorial day weekend. I got their Hazy IPA on tap which was okay not the best and not very cold. They have an untitled art seltzer on tap which I already knew was good but it was also warm. The bartender (male) was very rude when I let him know his water dispenser was out of water. I was trying to get water for my kid and he said I could buy my own. I could and did buy a water but that’s not the proper way to respond while am spending money at your business.

They're maybe not well known for their food now, but they will be! Whoever they have working in the kitchen now has created a really fantastic menu. Pictured here are the Beans! as nachos. Grab your friends, grab a brew and snack, and spend your summer outside by the fire. You won't regret it.

We visited on the recommendation of friends. We had a really good time. There was plenty to do and drink! The wines were great, they even had some dryer fruit wine. Bridge Up brewery has a great selection of beer there. There is a covered outdoor eating area, cornhole, ladder golf and whiffle golf so we were well entertained.

We came here a couple years ago when the business was just getting off the ground and had a BLAST. To see how it's grown and expanded was inspiring. It's laid back, casual fun at its best. Even better was their extensive offering of non- alcoholic beers, wine and even champagne! Will be back every time we're in Door County!

The Cherry Hut reimagined! If you've travelled to DC on the regular you have defiantly seen this space before, but since Bridge Up Brewing has become a part of it, it's becoming a great space to head to, relax outside and enjoy some beverages. They had a couple of NA options for Prego and the beers were delightful (note to self, write a review for them). Got to chat with a friendly staff and look forward to rolling up there again for the October festival filled with Music and Brewskis! Make sure you take the time to stop by the "new" Cherry Hut, it's worth it!

Very disappointed …purchased a 2 lb bag of dried cherries and upon arriving home, discovered at least 25% were hard as a rock. Called anticipating excellent customer service. Didn’t receive a call back from the owner as I was promised, had to follow up on my own. The only offer they made was to pick up an 8 oz bag of cherries at their shop…after I told them I purchased when I was visiting Door County and don’t live nearby. No option to ship or partial refund- in this day and age. Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Such a shame.
In addition: I see the owner responds to many poor reviews…not a word here. Plus has my phone number…never a call. 🤔

Have to 5 star the Cherry Hut. I might not have a picture since I'm busy shopping when i go here. My son lives for the tacos here. This is his favorite part of going up to Door County. We have to stop on the way in and on the way out for tacos. And wine. And I got this Bbq rub that's incredible. Also they have souvenirs and door county coffee. All kinds of foodstuffs. So if I want to bring stuff home for someone I'll just grab it from the Cherry Pit on my way out. And that's most likely coffee or their Cherry wine 😉

This weekend, The Cherry Hut had a vintage market event. Complete with tons of vendors, music by a number of singers and bands, and a bunch of food trucks! A great time was had by my family and the fact that this place is dog friendly just tops the cake! Beer, drinks and food were very good. Great venue. We've been coming here since the Hut opened, and are happy with all the progress that has been made. Really an excellent addition to Door County.

Not enough words to express how fantastic this gem of a place is. We got engaged yesterday durig our first ever trip to Door County and words can't express how perfect it was. Trent, took such amazing care of us and sent us off with a bottle of Prosecco on the house. We had the BBQ Rib Tips, and Barbacoa Nachos - both were FANTASTIC. The weather was absolutely beautiful and we sat outside around the fire pit (which Trent came out and turned on for us). We both had the Hazy IPA which was delicious. I cannot recommend this spot enough. A true gem filled with love and wonderful people. I can't wait to come back. See you soon Cherry Hut!

We had Googled "Fall Festivals in Door County" to find something fun for our week's vacation. We saw an advertisement for the Fall Festival here at the Cherry Hut. When we stepped in, we were pleasantly surprised!! The interior of the building was immaculate and the displays all were very inviting. The variety of items on display were similar to other Door County shops, but the set-up made browsing more appealing. All our staff interactions were first rate, with special shout-outs to Dawn, Sue, Steve and owner, Trent. One thing we find appealing about shopping in DC is that the different markets seem to universally support each other in selling what might seem to be a competitors goods. This great little shop was no exception. We saw items from several different area farms and producers. We ended up purchasing some DC brews and cheese. We will definitely be back!!

To be honest, I wasn't thrilled about stopping in. I wasn't ready for just another Door County shop. This really wasn't just another shop. When I left, I knew I would be stopping in again. The staff was super friendly, the beer was excellent and we really enjoyed our conversation with the Head Brewer Trent. They have done some very nice upgrades and I'm looking forward to what is yet to come. We will be making more time to try the food on our next visit, it smelled amazing. I'm hoping I can enjoy a beer by one of the fire pits this fall.

What a beautifully designed store! Everything is very well organized & conveniently placed for viewing.
They have some of the cutest stationary, greeting cards, & list making items I've ever seen! Adorable!
So many homemade jams, preserves, salsas, & canned items. Of course they also have the homemade pies but what might be a surprise to patrons is their homemade ice creams, fudges, & sweets that are available. I had no idea.
There's also a very well setup wine bar tasting area that feels much like a wine cellar. Perfect place to tantalize your tastebuds with tannins before you purchase your bottle of handcrafted Door County wine.
Dogs are not only welcome here but they have a great selection of nutritionally sound treats for them too! Which are not always easy to find in small towns. Thank you for that! And with every purchase of a bully stick for your best friend, White Cottage Red Door will donate one to the pup's waiting to find their forever homes at the local Humane Society! What a concept!
What a GEM!

White Cottage Red Door provides a great experience for visitors to Door County. Conveniently off of Hwy 42 before you get into downtown Fish Creek, it has a variety of goods for the home and kitchen. I really appreciated that nothing was made in China.
I wish the wine tasting bar allowed for more than 2 tastings, but I can’t control the state licensing. Ice cream comes from a small place in Florida (not Cedar Crest...unlike Wilson’s...).
