I was very disappointed by the tuna sub I purchased. I've gotten it before and there was always a decent amount of tuna. But this time it was like half the amount. I would have gone back in to ask what happened, but I had to go to work. See picture.

Came highly recommended but I can’t figure out why? Ordered “The Phoenix” lacked flavor completely! Bread was warm but dried out. Just a very mediocre sandwich. I suppose ice cream can’t be bad but if you’re looking for sandwiches you might want to give this place a hard pass.

I did not care for this place at all, I hate spending $11 to still be hungry,I really do.
The sign on the exit ramp was really misleading, You have to go through a mile of parking lot to get to it. I have been to the chocolate factory in cedarburg which was very good, It had some very soft slightly chewy italian bread,,, But the one in delafield , i'm sorry , it's sucked. I ordered a mini sub for 7$, it was literally 2.5 inches in size and 2 bites of food, they toasted the bread without asking me so the bread was hard and dry. The sandwich was devoid of seasoning and bland. I knew a mini-sub would be small but Since it was $7, I figured it would be enough but wow was it small, size of a tennis ball at best. If I was alone I would have returned it and got my money back, what a joke. That mini sub should not even be on the menu, And certainly not 7 dollars. If you take your family here get ready to spend sixty bucks and still be hungry.

My cousins come here for ice cream all the time, and it’s one of their favorites! I had the veggie sandwich (was okay) and the coconut almond chocolate (I think?) ice cream, which I really enjoyed. Service was great, the ice cream was delicious, and pretty nice atmosphere/seating as well!

The staff at the Delafield location is ALWAYS friendly, personable and professional! I recently screwed up an online order and mistakenly selected a different location. When I arrived at the Delafield store and realized my air headed mistake, they flew into go mode and made my subs in record time! I appreciated their kind and helpful response to what was clearly my mistake. They totally brightened my gloomy day that was almost made gloomier! Thank you!

Their excellent chocolate malt turned the world around for me after 6 hours of a tough morning & afternoon! The sun even came out for the rest of the day when I left & the earlier horrors were done & gone. Really nice employees, young & old! I had a really great experience at this location and will be sure to return. I didn’t catch the workers name but he was the bigger male worker and he deserves a special shout out. We just picked up ice-cream, the service was awesome! We had 5 kids in our party. Decisions were so challenging having so many flavors. The staff were so patient with the kids trying flavors before they made final decision! I highly recommend the lemon 🍋 meringue, electric watermelon, and exhausted parent!!

A good experience. Our family of 6 had sandwiches and ice cream. There's a big menu. With option for double meat on the sandwiches, which was quite a value. Their sandwiches cost about ten to fifteen percent more than Subway. But you get better bread and bigger portions.

Then you over charged me. Should have only been 5 something but was over 7 dollars so I'm not happy at all. Don't like being decived. I work hard for my money as I'm sure you do too. If it's .60 cents an oz and it's posted as such then you should follow that as well.

I like that they have dairy free and gluten free options. But when I asked how much the ice-cream is they had no idea. I think that's odd. It says .60 cents an oz in the front but upon further notice it's not the .60 oz it's more I feel decived and I work in customer service and I have to have my prices shown why don't they. I feel lied to.

if I could give my experience a 0/5, I would. 1 out of 5 stars is too high. all 4 sandwiches were the skimpiest sandwiches I’ve ever bought from a restaurant. 2 slices of meat, 1 slice of tomato, soggy and warm lettuce, undercook and still doughy bread.. come on man. a middle school cafeteria got better food than this place, not even playin. I have no clue how they actually put the “sandwiches” together and were ok giving it out as their product. never again

We had been here before for ice cream several times and I've had the subs as well. Everything is good here! We enjoy coming here when we want ice cream instead of custard and there are lots of flavors to choose from. It's all hand-scooped and you can get various cones and dishes. This time I got Midnight Munchies which is a great option if your sweet tooth needs a fix. The employee who served us was very kind and welcoming. She let my kids try a couple samples before they decided what kind to get. I feel the prices for everything are reasonable for what you get and it tastes delicious too! My kids asked when we can go back!

We go here because my daughter loves it. They have a cheese sandwich for kids. I find the service to be good but the food to be just OK. Not much for vegetarians except a salad, but dressing comes in a bag, it's just medium plus for me.

Wow. Best subs anywhere. The croissant bread is flakey, buttery and delicious. Service was extremely fast and friendly. Very clean and plenty of seating. Not the biggest serving with a normal sub, but enough. The hot dog is huge. Try the Pheonix, great spicy sub.

You should go here!! My first time here. I thought it was a chocolate store and was pleasantly surprised to find some delicious ice cream choices, sub sandwiches, soups and hot dogs on the menu. There wasn't any chocolate candies for sale. I had the junior turtle and it didnt disappoint. Definitely going back.
