Amazing sandwiches with super fresh ingredients and high quality ice cream. Staff work incredibly quick to accommodate large amounts of people, and are always incredibly nice even when they are stressed. This place is an overpriced mess. Walked in and got my order, the lady repeated my order back to me, and still managed to get it wrong. The turkey breast sub (which was supposed to be a club classic) was mediocre at best. And just to top it all off, I found a blue hair inside. Don't spend your money here, there are much better places to eat nearby.

Cute sub and ice cream shop! Loved the counter quick service model with comfy booths and tables. A wonderful detail is a to go sub container by the napkin straw area. I was able to pop half of my sub in it instantly and save room for ice cream.

Love the food but do not order online for pick up. They don't do orders in order they get them they take care of everyone in the restaurant before they do online. I stood there waiting for my food and people who came in after I got there to pick up my food got it first.

After 30 standing here and no one even asking me I finally asked if they even had an order for me and they go oh yeah I'll get started on that and grabbed it from a the bottom of a pile of new receipts they had gotten.

As always spectacular food and service . Even when delivered through a third party . The bread is some of the best soft yet crusty Italian bread to have a sandwich on . From their club to the phoenix you can’t go wrong . Their ice cream is to die for . Anything with Zanzibar is decadent and luxurious and almost fudge like .. mix that with some kitty kitty bang band and you are on your way to a Party in your mouth . There were plenty of yummy ice cream flavors. My 2 scoops in a cup was $6, which is kinda pricey. The ice cream itself isn't too sweet, and the taste is fine. Not extraordinary. Texture is creamy and not hard.

The shop itself is very cozy and small. Not too busy and perfect for a little lunch stop. Lighting wasn't too bright and there were plenty of booths.

Asked for Cookie Monster ice cream. There was enough for maybe a scoop left in the big bucket. I asked the young kid if he could grab a new one. This is the Drexel town center location. There was a large semi delivering, so accessible parking was being blocked. Absolutely NOT Chocolate factories fault. The food was very good, but there wasn't much topping of lettuce, tomato, or onion. The soups were both very hot, but the crackers were stale.

I love phosphate sodas and have found 2 places in the US that serve them. THIS IS NOT ONE OF THEM. "Phosphate" here is chocolate syrup in a plastic cup you fill yourself with carbonated water. Missing the actual ingredient that distinguishes a phosphate from a soda. Would give 2/5 stars for that huge disappointment and staff having no idea of the false advertising.

Otherwise, the ice cream and milkshake were solid choices. I'd go back for the ice cream, but tbh we drove here for the phosphate.

For years, I've gone to the chocolate factory the last two times at the Oak Creek location. I was shocked at how tiny The portions were I got a mini sub and a soda paid almost 9 dollars. The sub sandwich was exactly the same size as a business card. No bigger the time before that I got my free Sunday by buying so many sub sandwiches. The customers next to me laughed when they saw the size of it. It was one scoop of ice cream, I got maybe a fourth of a cup maybe at this point I just feel like I got ripped off twice

I absolutely LOVE their ice cream but holy moly their food is SOOOO expensive. They recently added mac n cheese to their menu, 6.50$??!!!!! For like 5 bites of watered down, no flavor Mac n cheese. They suggest add ons on the menu but don’t mention the 2$ extra fee. I got added onion, bacon & ranch & they gave me 3 hamster size pieces of bacon lol. Was disappointed considering their ice cream is my favorite.

This is my favorite sandwich shop in our area, great for when you need to grab something to go that’s tasty and satisfying. The online ordering is easy and pickup at the counter inside is quick. I like that they have good (as in not cardboard like) gluten free bread, and there’s usually at least one vegan ice cream option or dairy free Italian ice too when we come here for a scoop. The employees are all friendly and helpful too.

The subs here are sooo good! Great bread, both fluffy & light, yet satisfying. Perfect combination of meat, to garnish, to cheese to bread. The chocolate malts, topped with whipped cream, are rich and full of malty flavor. They have chips of many kinds to choose from. And save room for your choice of ice cream - in cone or dish to finish off the meal. They removed the original Oak Creek historical photos - which is a bit off a bummer and diminished the atmosphere.

Listen, dont get me wrong, I love your icecream but, the gumball icecream IS NOT ITTTT!!! Everything was good until I bit into a chunk and it was a piece of gumball. This piece of gumball made me so upset because of how disgusting it was. Have you ever tasted your own pill and accidentally bit into it? Yeah thats what it tasted like. Or OR, have you ever drank tylenol gumball medicine? Yeah thats what it tasted like. After that, my whole icecream was disgusting and it made me wanna throw up. Normally I’m a huge fan of chocolate factory; I’ve been coming here for lunch off and on the last couple years. Today, I ordered my usual turkey sub and noticed that they only put one single tomato slice on my sub (the tomato slice was cut in half, one half of a slice per half of the sub). I understand businesses are having to up their prices and limit ingredients due to the pandemic...but for an $8 sub, I’d expect more than a SINGLE tomato slice for the entire sub :( what a bummer if this is the new normal.

I was really hoping for better. Ordered my food for delivery and just wasn’t happy with the overall quality. The brownie was soft but was basically a cake, definitely not brownie like. The “homemade” chocolate chip cookie tasted like it had been frozen or from the grocery store. It was hard and dry too. And my sandwich had so much Italian dressing on it that you literally couldn’t taste anything else within its contents (ordered an Italian sub). Considering how highly folks spoke of this place I expected better. I wouldn’t recommend it.
