We were out for my son's 16th birthday and we decided to do a bit of a burger hop. We ordered a burger and then moved on to the next resteraunt. Unfortunately, this was the least favorite. You order at a kiosk, which is actually fine. I don't mind that. It says they will send a text when the food is ready so we found a place outside and waited, and waited, and waited. Went in to inquire and they said, yes, you'll receive a text. Went back to patiently wait. No text ever arrived and it wasn't a phone number issue, we received the text that we placed the order. Go back inside and there sits our burger, for who knows how long. Lady shrugs when I said, we never got a text. If that was the worst of it, this would be the end of the story. My son is 16 and loves burgers. His comment was, it's really dry. The burger wasn't piping hot (it sat for who knows how long) and it was dry. Very little flavor. Our other burgers that day were loads better. Bummer too, I wanted to like the district.

Food was pretty average at best, had nachos and quesadilla, nachos had an odd sauce and my wife didn't care for the cheese in the quesadilla. The biggest issue was the 2 loaded bloody Mary's that were not that loaded, normal bloody mary with a beef stick tossed in a cheese curd and a slice of lemon. $42 for 2 of them! Wouldn't recommend this place for anything other then the view and cool establishment.

This was some of the best food we had on our entire family trip to the Dells. We got the Cluk Cluk sandwich, the Freaky Fries, the Cluk Fingers, and the Pizza ‘Dilla. Everything was delicious! We sat out in the patio and had a couple beers while we ate. Loved the Spotted Cow! We don’t like ordering off kiosks and that is our only negative comment.

Interesting restaurant. You order on a screen and have to pickup your food at the kitchen but are also asked to tip. The food was fine but nothing spectacular. In case you are a parent: One of my two liked the chicken strips lol.

I had the taco salad with chicken and it was mostly lettuce and minimal chicken. The flavor was good.

The staff were perfectly nice but I wouldn’t really say I had any interaction with them so it’s hard to measure “service”.

What makes this place 4 stars is really the atmosphere. It’s a great place to let the kids run but would also be fun for drinks with adults.

This is SUCH a fun place! 3 different restaurants in one so everyone gets what they want, and it overlooks the water so there is a great view. Lots of seating and such a fun, funky, and colorful vibe, I would come here all the time if I lived nearby. They have live music so I would love to do that, too! The food was delicious- except they put half a jar of mayo on one of the burgers - we did have to scrape the majority of that off. The chicken sandwich was fantastic! Prices were very reasonable. Would still very much recommend this place.

First, I'll start by saying that you don't actually talk to anyone. You order on a kiosk, which I actually like. There are pictures of all the food items and drinks.

This brings in my only real issue with this place is that when browsing the drink selection, they have RedBull listed for $5, which mind you is overpriced but as expected for this type of establishment. I click on the image, and they are advertising a photo of a 12oz RedBull for $5. Steep, but for 12oz, I guess that's okay for the convenience. What's not okay is when I get a text saying my order is ready, only an 8.4oz RedBull is sitting there. False advertising, and mainly disappointing because it's not what I expected nor would I have paid that much for, and as well as nobody there to notice, im waiting there to talk to someone.

The food wasn't bad. I got a Beef Birria 'dilla and the Garlic Cheese Curds. The Birria has an interesting and distinctive taste to it, not bad but not as good as the ones I've had in Mexico(though to be expected), this would be a lot better if there was an option to have consome on the side to dip it in. Cheese curds were good, distinctively garlic.

Because you have multiple options to order from at the same place it would be nice if you order was dropped off in the same place. But the cheese curds were amazing and the taco salad was really good but was a bit small for the price and there were no vegetarian option for it just the option to skip the protein so substitute like beans or tofu. Great place to have a drink after a long day in the dells or want to visit with friends. The bar area was very nice and beautiful view.
However Very limited food choices like 15 options and unable to customize, had the beef brilla Dilla, wow onion! Not a fan, the meat was good but that was it. Also had the pizza Dilla, that was eh at best. Was 34 dollars for two quesadillas and a milk shake way over priced. however had the Carmel shake now that was delicious.
Was self pick up which is fine but from 4 different areas so it can be confusing. When they tell you your order is ready it doesn't say which item.
Was fine as a one time place but for my preference won't go back except for the milkshake

Was just here for lunch with my family. The worst meal we’ve had in the Dells. From the time we ordered at the kiosk to the time they texted saying the food was ready was only 4 minutes. A meal for 3 ready in 4 minutes? Chicken was rubbery and the breading was slimy. You order from a kiosk, get your own food and drink, and still need to tip-for zero human interaction. Such a poor experience.

Place is neat, and foods are a bit mediocre. Tried to order a chicken sandwich, and it did not give me any options to customize. It is really useful for me and people with food allergies. Went with grilled chicken tenders. It was overpriced and sad. Nothing but ketchup and ranch for dipping sauces. Partner had a spicy chicken sandwich. They stated it wasn't even spicy in the slightest. Strawberry shake was just strawberry syrup for flavoring. It was gross, and I don't even know if I drank half of it because of how syrupy it was. Waffle fries were probably the only thing I enjoyed there. Quite a few working, not one single interation with any of them.

Excellent scenery right on the river. Plenty of outdoor seating available. Comfy outdoor sofas. Fire tables to sit at. Music when I was there. This is a fast casual dining experience. You order by computer and then pick up at the counter. The soda refill station could use a bit of work as it's in a bad spot and too small for all the people there.
Food was very good. The Sweet Cluker was awesome 👍🏼 Freaky Fries were also very good! Definitely would go back!

This place offers a unique dining experience. You order via kiosk and get a text message when your food is ready. They have three different open kitchen areas so you can sit and watch the food being prepared. They offer amazing views of the river and the boat tour dock. There is a lot of outdoor seating. The burger was very good. I forget the name of it but it had fried onions, cheese and cheese curds on it. One thing to note, different foods come from the different kitchen areas, so your food might not all be done at the same time. I would definitely go back next time I happen to be visiting the area

This was the first time we were here and it was amazing. An employee, Dobref (?), was super helpful. He walked us through the menu, ordering process and even took the time to show us where the condiments, etc were. Went for the first time and really liked it. They had live music on a Monday night. The kiosk for ordering had a learning curve but we figured it out. Other than the bartenders (1 upstairs and one down) we had very little interaction with the workers. If you order different things you might have to go to two different pick up spots; a little confusing for a first timer. The hamburger and fries were excellent. The drink prices were reasonable. Of course the Wisconsin River view from their patio was pretty cool. We will be back.

This is a great place with awesome food and great views. It is a kiosk order and you pickup your food when you get text messaged. Located right above the Dells upper boat tours location, it's the perfect spot to wait before you go on your expedition. Fun for all ages with great music too!

The location looked fun as we drove past earlier - so we decided to try it out for dinner. It wasn't a great experience. You order via kiosk, and the options don't exactly match what the online menu states so until you receive the food, you're not entirely certain you're getting what you ordered. After placing your order, there's (3) separate counters to pickup food. The text message I received did not specify which location or which food, so everytime you have to search it out. Not a great setup, and many employees standing around without much to do. It wasn't very busy on the night we stopped in (Sunday). The food itself was just okay - I had a hot chicken sandwich with fries and my family members had variations of the same. Because of the confusion, by the time we got to our table, the food had cooled down a bit. Drink prices for adult beverages were insanely high - each of their specialty cocktails were $15+ each. They were delicious, but did not expect to pay that much. Location is fun with live music and a view of the river, but everything else either needs to be fine-tuned or overhauled. Will likely not be back.

We split the Freaky Fries and the Strange burger and while the seating outside is awesome the food was very underwhelming. Bacon on both dishes had huge fat pieces that made it almost inedible and the flavor was nowhere to be found. Tried to salvage by using a ranch cup but saw the bottom showed ranch expired 9 months ago. Very disappointing.

My family and I stopped to get ice cream at 11 pm and there were about 50 people on the patio drinking and listening to music, however the guy working there told us that they closed at 10 pm even though the website says 12 am. We ended up going to the Chocolate Ice Cream shop up the street which was amazing!!

The comment below from the establishment was received over a month after my review was placed and is also completely false. The website states nothing about hours being different for food and actually says nothing about any hours other than “closed for the season”. If the company is willing to sacrifice their integrity over a simple error, and not take responsibility for their false advertisement or lazy staff whichever was the cause than what would keep them from sacrificing the integrity of aspects of their business, like food quality, safety, etc. I certainly won’t take the risk.

The only thing I liked about this place was the outdoor seating/enviroment. The workers need to be shown and supervised on being sanitary. Most wouldn't even smile or say one word. I watched one wash his hands with just water after blowing his nose out by food, never used soap, and proceeded to make food after that. Then went to get our food and watched a worker wearing her black food prep gloves dip a chip into a large container of gauc and Pico and eat it, gloves still on, never changed them after feeding herself in front of public, then proceeded to make quesidillas, with those same gloves still on. Pretty gross. To top it all off, the food is outrageously priced and is not very good.

Fantastic atmosphere in a prime location however the food I had was lackluster, my friends and I had the Nashville hot chicken and was a fair bit disappointed, so was 1 of my friends and the other friend actually liked it because "it wasn't like regular Nashville chicken." For my friend and I, it didn't have enough crunch or spice to it; the coleslaw was a good idea but I just think the execution was poor, all in all it's a nice atmosphere with friends and I'd be willing come back to try other things on the menu.

This place had great atmosphere right off the River but the food was okay nothing to write home about. The staff wasnt super helpful with ordering or attending to us. Also the drinks were small!

Awful service and incompetent workers, extremely overpriced and below average food. Poor self ordering system that asks for a tip!! Workers were arguing, they forgot parts our order, a complete disaster of a place I hope isn't here next time i am back in town.

I found the food to be average. The waffle fries were okay, and the chicken strips weirdly tasted like pickles but absolutely do not get the milkshakes. It was $7.99 for a milkshake and since they had an ice cream bar i thought it would be good but it was a terrible milkshake, softserve ice cream plus milk equals milk. Interesting place but not worth the price.

Gives off a retro but new feel when you walk in great, outdoor area, ordering can be a bit confusing with the stations but its so cool and the food was amazing i would rate it 10/10

I think it's ridiculous that you don't offer a sauce with an order of chicken tenders. You already have to order it on a kiosk. I never saw an option to get sauce. I've never been to any other restaurant in my entire life that you have to pay for a sauce for CHICKEN TENDERS!!!! Maybe an extra sauce. I can see that..... Your staff is extremely unfriendly. Except, for the bartender she was nice.. We sat there for almost 10 minutes unacknowledged .. We did not know you had to order it yourself. No one said, Hey can we help you... You cheap motha cluckers need to take better care of your customers.. Rude. My husband and son liked the chicken. I didn't think it had any flavor. Especially without a sauce but ketchup or mustard.. The waffle fries were good. I know I could have ordered and paid for sauce. I already had my food. I wasn't going to dig through my bag to get my card then go inside to a kiosk and order and pay for and wait for a freaking sauce. . Ridiculous . I think customer service is fading more and more every day. So many unfriendly places on that strip. Sad. To add.. I was a server / bartender for thirty years. And, I'm friendly!!

The food was not very good. A hamburger with absolutely nothing on it and chicken fingers were just ok. Waffle fires weren’t bad. No choice of sauce for the fingers.
I went to pick up our food and there were flies on my food. And an employee right there. The receipt to verify it was my food was out of ink so you could not see if it was our food. Basically a blank piece of paper laying in front of it. I get it that it is all self serve but at least have a printed receipt to identify your food.
Now the view outside was really nice. It was right on the river.

The music was great fri nite till the storm moved in. Saturday the service went down hill. 2 people working an couldn't get a drink an it wasn't as crowded as fri night with 1 bartender.
