Our party of two got here at 5:15 on a Friday night. Many tables were open when we arrived. We witnessed countless people arrive and seated with 15-20 minutes of arrival. After waiting an hour to be seated, I nicely asked how much longer and was met with an attitude. They explained they were waiting for a table for two to open! Well, it did, next to the atm, at a cash only restaurant, which was used endlessly with beeping in my ear with every button pushed. The table we were seated at was barely big enough for one. Service was horrible. Not a single, “how is or was everything.” Never again. Left two hours later at 7:20. The food was fantastic I’ll give them that.

The dump is definitely known for their great burgers! However, I was there on August 2nd with my family. Because there was a band and I did not order my burger at the same time my children did, I had to be removed from the table we were at and asked us at some place where there is no food service and I would have to get my own burger. Not a big deal. Stupid rule but as I was walking up the wrought iron staircase much like you would see in a submarine not in a patio bar. Leather sandals that I have worn for 7 years every kind of terrain. Got stuck in the rod iron waffle cut stairwell. I fell and gashed my knee open. My daughter got ice from the bartenders and advised them of our situation. I was bleeding and in an extreme amount of pain. My daughter was told they would bring something to put an antibiotic on my wound and give me some Band-Aids. That never happened! No one even checked on us! I reached out to the owner via Facebook Messenger and have not received a reply. I am still covering the wound. My knee and leg are still swollen. Probably a little bit more than a bump on the knee. Progressively getting worse instead of better. as a business owner myself, I would take it very seriously if someone got hurt on my property.
Nasty waffle cut rip in my knee, which I sent pictures of to the owner and just wish I could post them here so everyone could understand how dangerous those steps are!

Today was my very first day at the dump and I wasn’t impressed not one bit. We waited over 30 minutes for our food. We watched several orders go by our table in a timely manner but we waited and nobody checked on us or to see the progress of our order. I sent my food back 2 times and both times the order was still wrong. I talked with several workers about my order and they all were extremely rude. The bartender and one of her colleagues were talking about me and I overheard the whole conversation. I will not be returning to the dump ever again.

The hostess was not very welcoming. We ask about sitting out sitting outside...no service. Can we take our food outside no. We were looking fo a table there was 4 top of people leaving we asked if we could have their table when they left. They said sure. We were about to sit down when the hostess said you can't sit here.... what ? There was no sign to check in with hostess. Also she we were talking to her. Well this is for big groups. I said there is 4 of us. They gave the table to the other people who just walked in and we had to wait for the next one. They then put up a sign check with hostess sign. I went to the Dump because I've heard of their burgers. Burgers averaged between $11 - $13 and come with kettle chips. I had a Whitetail burger with a War Pigs IPA off tap; both were delicious. They do have bar, indoor, and outdoor seating. Please note that they are cash only (ATM available), and that they appear quite popular, so rush hour may result in a little delay before they can get to you. I think it's absolutely terrible the way people are made to wait to get in on a Wednesday. I had to wait 15 minutes just to get on the waiting list. People are packed in there and is very dangerous I would suggest never going there due to the danger. It's a true fire hazard and the people in the kitchen are wearing sandals and don't even wear hats to keep their hair out of the food. It's a true danger just to go into the establishment. The Dump is a large local pub in Cambria. It's clean and well maintained.
I went there for a little Sunday drive and because the burgers were recommended highly.
We got there about 1:00 on a Sunday afternoon and, man, the place was jumping. They took our names and we waited about half an hour for a table.
Have you ever gone to a local pub, had a burger and felt, "Meh, it's okay I guess?" Well, not here. The burger patty was substantial and of good quality. It was prepared medium rare as I had ordered. The beef itself had good flavor. I can definitely see why all the locals in the area flood this place.

We were not sure about this place at first. We got there on Sunday morning before they opened. There were 10 or so cars waiting to get in. As soon as it was open, the place was very busy. Tonight I had the April Dump Truck. It was fantastic. 2nd time I've been to the Dump in about a month. Was super busy, had to wait about 45 min just to get a table. When we were sat, the bartender/ waitress was taking several orders and serving drinks at the same time. The food took a bit, but when you look into the grill and see it packed full of burgers, you understand. My sister had The BOSS (which so far has been my favorite), my mother had the Steak Sandwich - she was a little disappointed in that, but I think she didn't expect it to be shaved.
I'll go back, maybe not at dinner time in a Saturday night.

Just ate there Yesterday! Food is Awesome! Took my Wife there today and was extremely disappointed! Bar tender waited on us for our drinks, Waitress took 20 minutes to take our order, Never seen Her again! My wife wanted another soda, so I finally got a very friendly bartender to get me another, I told Her put it on my bill, the table the waitress can't see. I’m a regular customer and I order the same thing every time but I’ve had to changed the temperature of my burgers (from medium rare to medium and even thinking of doing medium well) because every single time Heather makes my burger it is always undercooked or raw. We waited only 15 minutes for a table and the waitress came over immediately. We all ordered different burgers, onion rings, tots and poppers. For being packed.....the food came out super fast. It was all delicious. The staff were amazing. We will be back soon!!

That Award That they are so proud of was actually won on a Music Festival where people get drunk and cant even taste what their eating this place never won an actual burger competition unless we talking about nomination on the wisconsin beef council website that noone ever heard about
