The Inn is located 2.2 miles from town (approximately 10-minute drive). The lake view room was spacious with a beautiful view of the lake. Now for the negatives:||Β· At Check-In you must sign a bunch of papers with little explanation of what you were signing.||Β· The Receptionist was frequently absent, leaving a card saying that she would be back βshortlyβ. This was also the problem with the lobby coffee bar.||Β· The thermostat could not be regulated in the room. We were told the boiler was not working or perhaps it was not turned on for the next season. As the room was freezing, we requested a space heater and extra blankets. This was unacceptable for a 4-star hotel with rates over $350 a night.||Β· The bathroom was very small for a βluxuryβ hotel. The huge bathtub, by contrast, was in a prominent position in the bedroom which looked a bit too funky for our taste.||Β· Many things needed a coat of fresh paint.||Β· It was a surprise for us to find that breakfast was not served at the Inn. However, there was a small coffee bar in the lobby-reception area where you could purchase some breakfast items to be either taken to your room or outside weather permitting.||Β· Unfortunately, The Oak and Oar restaurant will not allow you to reserve a table by the window. Even with a confirmed dinner reservation, it is a first come first serve system for a table by the window, so plan to arrive early for dinner if you want a table with a view.||Β· The menu at The Oak and Oar is very limited in βheathyβ choices. Another negative was the slow service.||Despite the location and lovely view of Lake Geneva, we would not return to the Geneva Inn. There are better choices for the price.

Balcony views of the lake are amazing. We reserved about a month in advance, ahead of the Labor Day weekend and so knew that our lake-facing rooms would be limited. Sure enough we landed on the last remianing room, which was on the first floor, closest to the lobby. Still, the views were magnificent because the property sits atop a hill. Only drawback is that we were quite visible to the patrons eating in the restaurant as our balcony was partially exposed to them. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. The screens to the balcony require some getting used to operate as they hinge on strong magnets and springs, so you need to be able to pull and control the handle; otherwise they act as slingshots and slam loudly into place. They are absolutely necessary to keep all the lake dwelling bugs out. Great location away from the busy downtown area and convenient access to the walking path around the lake - a terrific activity while staying at the property. For the cost, wish they had a pool or a jacuzzi in the room (plenty of space for it), especially after a day-long hike around the lake. Only complaint is that the TV in the room is very archaic to operate.

Stayed here 3 days on vacation. Stayed in a lakeview room. We drank coffee every morning on the balcony. It was quiet and relaxing. Hotel is at edge of town so it was quieter than other hotels. Staff also friendly.

Would not stay here again. Like a couple of other reviewers have mentioned loud air conditioning where you cannot regulate the airflow or temperature. Blew at max fan of cold air, our baby was crying because it was too cold, We were all freezing. Rude midnight staff that basically told my husband that there was no way to turn the fan off and was rude to him as if his question was unreasonable. Every other hotel Iβve been to has an auto thermostat function or at least the ability to turn the AC unit off. We had a long journey driving to the east coast ahead and were not able to sleep. Substandard. Not worth the money.

This hotel is extremely overrated and OVERPRICED. For $300 per night you get two small double sized beds, not a queen, just a double. Then you get water that smells like sewage from the faucets. The pictures are misleading, this is not a waterfront hotel with access to the lake. There is a dock but it is full of boats and it is not compatible with swimming, lounging, or fishing. No beach access and our $300/night room didnβt have a lake view.

Charming hotel. Our room was comfortable with a lovely balcony. Hotel is clean, staff are friendly. The restaurant has average food with a gorgeous view of the lake. Convenient location with access to the Lake Shore Path. Found a nice spot out back to sit and enjoy the views. Pricey for what you get but, that comes with the territory of a lake town.

I must give HUGE KUDOS to the housekeeping staff and Laken at the front desk. THEY FOUND MY 1000. Cash along With drivers license, AMEX platinum, debit card in the dryer of the laundry room. It was a busy Wedding weekend arrival day. It got wrapped up in the comforter I gather. We didnβt report it because nowadays, why even try. But a surprise phone call came from Laken at the front desk. Yes I tipped them well. Thank you Geneva Inn. We will be back.

Disappointing Stay β Not Worth the Price
I booked The Geneva Inn as a surprise getaway for my husband and me, expecting a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Unfortunately, we left after just one night of our two-night reservation due to multiple issues that made our stay incredibly disappointing.
First, the TV remotes didnβt work β you had to manually enter channel numbers, and the guide function was useless. One of the electrical outlets in our room was completely broken, and to make matters worse, the deadbolt on our door didnβt work at all. There was a silver plate covering where the lock should have been β a serious safety concern.
The next morning, my husband went down to get the hot breakfast sandwich thatβs advertised as available for guests. He was told there were none because the barista called off. He also asked for a menu for the hotelβs restaurant to help us plan our day, and the front desk said they didnβt have one. Seriously?
The hallways had wallpaper peeling off the walls, and overall, the place felt poorly maintained β not what youβd expect for the price. I spoke with the General Manager, Laken, and her response to these concerns was incredibly disappointing. She excused the state of the hotel by saying itβs a βboutique hotel,β so wear and tear is to be expected, and humidity can cause wallpaper to peel. She also confirmed that the TV remote issue is known in all rooms and being βworked onβ β yet no heads-up was given to guests. The only thing she offered was to allow us to check out early, which we did.
For over $300 a night, I expected a much better experience β working remotes, a secure room, functioning outlets, and the amenities that were advertised. More importantly, I expected better customer service and accountability. Excusing everything by saying βthis is a boutique hotelβ is unacceptable when the hotel is clearly falling apart. I left feeling frustrated, disappointed, and like I wasted my money. I would not recommend staying here. We booked another hotel in the downtown area for the rest of our stay and it has been 100% better.

The Grandview Restaurant is no more. This five star dining experience was always a treat on our anniversary. Due to scheduling, it had been two years since our last visit. Two years ago in 2023: waiters and waitresses sharply dressed. Menu in a fine hard cover folio. Extensive entree choices included Chilean Sea Bass and Filet Mignon. Staff poured your water. Wine served elegantly. Hot bread delivered to your table. Staff salt and peppered your salad. Staff knew extensive details regarding entrees. All in all, a truly 5-star experience with a six star view of the lake.
Fast forward to 2025. What it is now, Oak and Oar Restaurant:
Staff in jeans. Paper menu. Entree choices were more limited and less refined. In short, a pub food+ menu. Zero fancy steaks. They did offer a flat iron steak over fries. I ordered the rainbow trout, which was tasty but, baked potato could only be described as small. Pour your own water from a carafes brought to your table. Service was good, but the atmosphere of elegant dining is gone. This is notably compensated by the gorgeous view of the Lake.

Lovely hotel. We were in a lake view room and it was clean, spacious and had a gorgeous view of lake. The only thing we did not love is that the mattresses are extremely soft and we both woke up with sore backs but to be fair we are used to very firm mattresses. We ate in the restaurant and thought the prices were fair and the food quite good.

Geneva Inn was a very formal restaurant, but no, it's, uh, very casual and the service was very good. The place was well-lit and the purses was very good.
And I had the flat iron steak with French fries which they put the steak on top. Other fries, I've never seen that before. My wife had the fish fry, which was cod, and you can get that. Um, two piece or three piece and I have to tell you that unless you have a really big appetite, one and a half with it suffice, because those things are huge, huge, i didn't take photos of the of my meal but I did take some of the menu end of views around me. Those is pretty cool. The bar is very nice as well. But as a whole, our evening was good, we're all enjoyed her great conversation. Some good food, good views.
So check out the photos. We didn't stay there in the hotel. We just came to eat but I have enclosed the prices of their rooms. So you can check that out.

View was good of the lake even during a snowstorm however as a small business owner Internet goes down and connectivity is βout of anyoneβs handsβ It is fair to blame the eight hour delay on act of God, but when no compensation is offered and half of the had to be spent at a Panera bread, I would expect something in return (even for a future stay) But all the standard options were presented to me. Too many other places that have Beautiful views with amenable administration savvy.

We arrived late Friday night and was greeted with a friendly front desk host. Upon checking in I was told we'd have to have a $300 hold on our card, which I didn't recall ever being told that or reading that. Also upon leaving you don't get that back for 7-10 days.
The room was clean, clean sparkling white towels, comfy bed and pillows, the balcony view was beautiful.
The only option for breakfast is a little to go 'cafe' I personally wouldn't consider it a cafe. Good coffee, but all food is packaged. They were out of, bagels, breakfast sandwiches, and breakfast burritos were all the same and had bacon - which I can't eat. I asked for the Yogurt but they had no fruit or granola for it.
Sunday we got up and were going to grab food and coffee at the 'cafe' and found it was closed on Sunday's and the restaurant doesn't open until 10 am ( it was 8 am) So, altho lovely place, not sure I'd go back due to lack of breakfast, coffee options. We personally don't use the coffee makers in the rooms at any hotel, not sure how clean they are. So, they have them but just not what we do . We drove a short distance to Starbucks.
We went for a long relaxing weekend - not too relaxing when you struggle with breakfast choices.

Lovely views and wonderful dinner from the restaurant.
The room could be a bit cleaner. There were dark stains from the dirty condensation.
When I ordered room service we found out the website menu had not been updated. Brie brought us a physical menu straight away and it was delivered quickly.

I had stayed at the hotel last year and had a fantastic experience. Great room, great view, great service. This time was very different and disappointing. My room had 2 beds as requested, a view of the parking lot, no desk for working on, only one chair for sitting (even though there were 2 people on the one room) and one reading light near the chair. The hallway had lights and there was a lamp near the bed that was dim and would not help with reading. I had brought my 96 year old mom for her Bday. She is 4'8 and the beds/mattress are super tall. There was no way she could get on the bed. I asked the front desk for a stepping stool and they said to use the stool in the closet. I told them it was not a stepping stool but a luggage rack. They did nothing about it. I had to drive to Walmart to purchase a stepping stool. I paid extra for a balcony that I could not use because there were so many bugs out there. I opened the glass door to get to the screen and a bunch of bugs flew in. Had to kill them and it was not pleasant. I felt trapped in my room. No chair, no good light, no desk, no use of balcony. The cost for upgrading to a room with the Lake view was $150 dollars more (already paying $200). They had no 2 beds left with a view, so had to stay in this room. We checked out early the next morning. What a disappointment.
I was so looking forward to this short get a way and so was my mom. Left upset and frustrated.

This was our first visit to Wisconsin. We made a great choice to spend 3 nights here at the Geneva Inn. We loved its location--just an 8 minute drive into town and avoiding the congestion of staying there. Lakeside views are spectacular. We did the Lake Shore walk from the hotel for about a mile and a half out to the left (clockwise on the lake) and were stunned with the beauty of the magnificent homes along the shore. Food at their restaurant in the evening was great. Since they don't have a formal breakfast service, we drove into town and had spectacular breakfasts there. You can park free in town before 9AM but need to feed their meters using a credit card or an app they recommend from 9AM on. The front desk was generous in supplying us with extra coffee K-cups to feed our habit. We left having experienced wonderful hospitality.

We recently stayed at the Geneva Inn. While the room was beautiful, we did not find it practical. There was only 1 chair in the room. There was no counterspace at all. The bathroom had the most counterspace. The bathroom was huge with a lot of wasted space. A desk, more counterspace and/or a credenza would be nicer.
We wanted to make some coffee with the Keurig, only to find out the coffee mugs in the room were dirty. We opted to go downstairs and buy at the cafe. Complimentary coffee would be great!

The room was fantastic, very comfortable, spacious, view of the lake, soaking tub, all of the above exceeded expectations. The location was close without being in the center of the hubbub- which was perfect for us.
We ordered the cheese and beer plate which was a bit disappointing- it felt like a perfect opportunity to feature Wisconsin cheeses but instead it looked like an after school snack. When we bought coffee in the lobby the first morning it was also⦠lacking. We decided to cancel our dinner reso for the on-site restaurant.
So for the hotel itself we had a great experience but were not confident in the culinary offerings.

This place is a scam. You are not made aware of a 300 incidental fee until after you book. There is nothing about that on their website as you are booking. Basically, they take your money and then say hey....BY THE WAY there is a 300 incidental fee. This is by no means ethical as they do no make you aware of this until after you book with a nonsense email sent to you. I can understand maybe 150 MAX but this place seems to think they are a 5 star hotel and 300 dollars is completely absurd. We were able to book at the Bella Vista Suites without any nonsense fees and the view and room was awesome. I would highly suggest never booking here unless you want 300 dollars of your hard earned money being held hostage just because they have already accused you of potentially causing damage or racking a fee up at a bar or whatever silly nonsense excuse they have.

My wife and I recently enjoyed a delightful overnight stay at The Geneva Inn. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the warm and friendly staff, who ensured a seamless and pleasant experience throughout our visit. The accommodations of our room afforded us a stunning view of the lake.
The hotel's ambiance, particularly in the welcoming lobby and the inviting restaurant, contributed to an overall sense of comfort and sophistication. The option to take a leisurely lakeside stroll directly from the hotel premises was a noteworthy highlight, complemented by the thoughtful inclusion of nice bathrobes.
The proximity to the town center allowed us to easily explore a few dining options, shops, and cafes. Our experience at The Geneva Inn was pleasing, and we extend our sincere appreciation to the entire team for their dedication to hospitality and creating a memorable stay.

Booked a night stay for our one year anniversary⦠wanted to go to the restaurant in the hotel.. was told it would be easy to obtain a reservation on day of.. this was incorrect. Upon checking in, called the front desk of the hotel as well as the restaurant, was told the restaurant was fully booked. When we walked by the restaurant though, around the time we were looking to have dinner, it looked half empty. At that point, we had to make arrangements across town to another resort for dinner.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Geneva Inn hotel in Lake Geneva, and I must say, it was an incredible experience. The highlight of my stay was the lake facing balcony suite, and I cannot emphasize enough how truly amazing it was. From the moment I stepped onto the balcony, I was captivated by the breathtaking views of the lake. The serene ambiance and the gentle sounds of the water created a truly tranquil atmosphere.
The suite itself was beautifully designed and furnished, providing the perfect blend of comfort and elegance. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect, from the luxurious bedding to the tasteful decor. Waking up to the stunning vista each morning was a sheer delight, and I found myself spending hours on the balcony, simply taking in the picturesque scenery.
The Geneva Inn hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of service as well. The staff members were warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was exceptional. They were knowledgeable about the area and offered helpful recommendations for local attractions and dining options.
In addition to the fantastic suite and attentive service, the hotel's location was another highlight. Situated on the shores of Lake Geneva, it provided easy access to various water activities and scenic walks along the shoreline. Exploring the surrounding area was a pleasure, and I appreciated the convenience of nearby amenities and attractions.
Overall, my experience at the Geneva Inn hotel was nothing short of extraordinary. The lake facing balcony suite provided an unforgettable setting, allowing me to immerse myself in the beauty of Lake Geneva. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a truly amazing and memorable getaway. 5 stars.

Spent a lot of time, which was our vacation plan, sitting on the room porch overlooking the lake. The porch furniture could have been a bit more comfortable. The facial tissue is very low quality. Other than these minor inconveniences, it was a wonderful experience.

Me and my wife stayed the night there just for a date night. It was a long time since we've done so.. it was awesome The view was great the room was romantic it was just awesome.. and what help make it awesome was the front desk guy Josh he knew everything about the town. He told us some very good places to eat and we followed his advice and it was delicious..thanks Dude.. all-in-all Josh, Maddie (Who is extremely nice and made check-out painless)and the Geneva inn made our date night awesome.. thank you very much from the Hayhurst's..

We had a bridal shower at the Geneva Inn. It was absolutely perfect. We got a private room for the party. All of the food was amazing. The staff were incredibly helpful in setting up and tearing down. Huge shout-out to Daneen. She knew exactly what we needed and was an incredible host.
Thank you for making the day so special.

Just spent the weekend here. Staff was friendly but room was dirty (206) and unfunctional. The shower was nice.
1. There are so many dead bugs on the ceiling. I slept under a fly. Itβs the middle of winter so no telling how long they have been up there.
2. One chair and small table for furniture was not enough.
3. No bedside outlet. Alarm clock had dated usb plugs but closest plug was 6 feet from bed
4. No extra blankets in closet
5. Pillows had no support.
6. Massive amount of dust clinging to back of bed. Why do I know this? I was looking for a plug next to the bed.
Disappointing that we spent this much money and probably would have been happier at a midline hotel chain closer to town.

This is a lovely hotel overlooking the lake of Genva. This hotel is very difficult to get in on weekends as we stayed here during the week. We were lucky to get a room as well because there are not many in this boutique hotel. The restraunt in the hotel is delicious and also has a great view. I like how the hotel sits on a hill so you can overlook much of the lake. You consistently see luxury cars at this hotel but the prices are not through the roof. Yes they are high but the could probably charge more and get it. If you have the opportunity be sure to stay at this hotel.

Beautiful hotel, but extremely understaffed. I had a big milestone event and coordinated through the general manager, Daneen, and she butchered it. I had to verify I already put a deposit down by taking a screen shot of my CC statement. I reserved the semi private room, for a specific reason, and they moved me last minute. I asked and called multiple times to discuss the issues with daneen and she never called back and stated no one told her I called and left messages. I just think she has too much on her plate and cannot handle everything in her position.

4-star hotel??? That's what I was hoping for but was sadly disappointed. For starters, The Geneva Inn is way over-priced for what you get. It's a mediocre hotel that's not within walking distance of anything. We checked in after a 6 hour drive and were greeted by a robotic front desk clerk who may as well have been working at a Speedway gas station instead of a "4-star" hotel. After we got to our mediocre room that had hairs on the bathroom sink from a previous occupant and Holiday Inn decor, we went to the bar to grab a refreshing libation. As we started to walk towards a table in the almost empty bar we were told that we could only sit in a certain area. I wouldn't have minded if it would have been done in a courteous way, but it wasn't. We then waited for 10 to 15 minutes for one of the waitstaff to take our order but they ignored us. Not one of them asked if we needed anything. So we left and got a drink and dinner in town, and we didn't exactly feel like getting in the car again. Because of that poor customer service, we didn't bother to dine or drink at the hotel at all during our stay. The lobby is very small, tacky decor and there aren't any vending machines anywhere. Did I mention that you have to drive to get somewhere because it's not within walking distance of anything. The website lists a Gift Shop and when I asked where it was the clerk said that they sell t-shirts and mugs at the front desk and that's their Gift Shop. Um, what? There were a few employees that were very good, but the service was really hit and miss overall. The whole weekend I kept wishing we'd stayed at the other hotels where we were dining and enjoying some drinks. It was super depressing. On the up side, the room was a good size, nice and quiet and the bed was comfy. I wouldn't have given such a bad review if the price was about half of what we actually paid, but I really expected a magical experience at a boutique hotel for that price and was sorely let down. The Abbey Resort was waaaaay nicer for about the same price. When I go back to Lake Geneva I'll probably stay there or the Grand Geneva Resort.

We had an intimate wedding (56 guests) at the Inn in August and it was fabulous. From the accommodations, service, food everything turned out perfectly. We have since received many compliments about the food and how delicious it was. We've dined in Grandview a few times and the food was one of the reasons we selected the venue. The day after the wedding we held a private breakfast in the restaurant too. Our ceremony was on the patio outside, with beautiful views of the lake you can't go wrong! I would highly recommend hosting an event at the hotel in addition to staying overnight. Thank you to the Geneva Inn team!!

The hotel is amazing. Check in was quick and easy with Gabie. We had a beautiful luxury king suite. Very spacious, clean and well laid out. There is a small balcony with a great view of Lake Geneva.
The restaurant on site was good as well. Bartenders made excellent drinks. The food was quick, hot and delicious.
Definitely recommend highly for a stay in Lake Geneva.

Went here for our anniversary and it was wonderful! We had a room with a view of the lake and got to see the sunset from our balcony. It was a very relaxing weekend. Make sure you have dinner at the restaurant, food was wonderful with very tender steak. π It's also not in town, which we really liked because it was so peaceful and quiet. Very beautiful and clean Inn. We will return.
The ride to town was short, but make sure if you go you pay for parking. Signs are not well posted everywhere so if you think you're parking where you don't have to pay, you're wrong. We learned the hard way with a ticket plus a service charge.

Place is beautiful, clean and extremely comfortable. We came for just one night, our friends were getting married there so we decided to be as close as we can for convenience.
Reason for 4 stars is because people who work here are extremely unpleasant.
We left phone and charger behind the bar with bartender and later someone form them took our charger.
Front desk didn't even care about it like it's totally normal for our stuff to disappear. Thay didn't even say that thay are sorry or put any effort in trying to resolve the situation.

Arrived yesterday and was greeted promptly by a friendly desk clerk. The room was ready and was very clean! The view was amazing. Great job to the housekeeping team. I made the mistake of leaving the screen door open on the patio and a million bugs checked in on the ceiling. The clerk immediately moved me to another room without hesitation and gave that room to the bugs for the night. Dinner in the Grandview was excellent, nice atmosphere and excellent views. The checkout process was quick and the clerk thanked us for staying. Great atmosphere and great customer service. I will definitely be back.

WARNING - This hotel is very nice, but don't go to the GRANDVIEW RESTAURANT! We've been to the Geneva Inn numerous times and have always enjoyed it, but this time we came solely for the Grandview Restaurant Easter Brunch. Our day was to be perfect - we were flying into Chicago from Florida, picking up my husband's 105 year old mother just NW of Chicago, and taking her on a beautiful country drive for a lovely Easter Brunch on Lake Geneva. Due to mom's age and the traveling we needed to do, we called a month early to make our reservation. At that time, we explained to the hostess on the phone that we were driving in from Chicago with our elderly mother and asked to reserve a window table. She explained they couldn't guarantee a window seat but that the dining area was tiered, and therefore, everyone would have a beautiful lake view. Having been here before, we knew this to be true and understood it was a holiday, so we made the reservation without the guarantee of a window table. On Easter day we arrived early but had to wait awhile to be seated. When the hostess walked us to the back of the restaurant into a small conference room with two windows facing the parking lot, we immediately went to the desk to explain that there was a mistake. She replied that it was the best they could do. We again explained that this was not what they had guaranteed and now because of our seating, my 105 year old mother would have difficulty walking to the front area and waiting in a long line to get her food. This is where I received the message loud and clear that they didn't care - take it or leave. At this moment, we knew we couldn't drive mom around Lake Geneva looking for someplace else to eat on Easter Sunday so we decided we had no choice but to stay. As we waited for our waitress, we had the opportunity to speak with other's who were placed in the back room who also didn't get the lake view they were promised. It was now apparent that management clearly decided to take more than they had space for, and threw the overflow into the back conference room. To make matters even worse, once we were finally told we could go to the buffet and helped our mom get there, we found that the food looked horrible! After we picked through our plates, my husband excused himself to once again try to talk with the manager. He asked that they at least make some type of compensation for their error but as before, she said she would do nothing and then looked him straight in the face and said that this was our fault. She continued with a lie claiming she left multiple messages on our phone in regards to the seating arrangements. She stated that we didn't call back and that's why we got put in the back room. This was unbelievable to hear! After all the measures we took to make sure our travels from Florida to spend Easter with our mom went smoothly - how could she blame us? Of course we would've returned a message especially when, as she claims, left multiple ones! This was an outright lie and honestly the worst customer service we have ever had from an upscale venue like the Geneva Inn. From a promised lake view, to being put in a back room looking at a parking lot, less than par food, callous customer service, and the manager lying about leaving multiple messages (side note - everyone else in the back room never got a message either) - We Were Mad! This was completely unacceptable and now want to send our message loud and clear - DO NOT SUPPORT THE GRANDVIEW RESTAURANT! The management staff just doesn't care...

We came to the Geneva Inn for a special dinner. I ordered the ribeye steak and I was simply amazed. The high sear they achieved is among the best I've had. The dining room has an amazing view and a great luxury feel. The whole dinner was very special. I wasn't expecting this to become on of my favorite places for steak, but I was very pleasantly surprised.

The hotel was fantastic! We had a suite on the 3rd floor with a soaker tub. It was incredibly clean, the view was unbeatable I would stay here again in a heartbeat. All the employees we interacted with were very friendly and always engaging in conversation.
Deducted 1 star for food in the restaurant, I would highly recommend not eating there. I saw the other negative reviews on the food but I thought Iβd take a chance. The crab cakes were tasty, but the steak, chicken and pasta left much to be desired. The main courses were very bland. The staff in the restaurant were so kind and attentive though.
I am so grateful that a hotel like this exists with impeccable customer service and friendliness. I will definitely book here again when itβs warmer so I can take advantage of the balcony! Thank you to everyone there that made our stay enjoyable.

First time to the lake in at least 15 years, first time at the Inn - AWWWWESOME!! Loved the room and especially the soaker tub, and despite the fact that it was too gusty to spend any lengthy amount of time on the balcony the view was incredible! Fantastic experience - definitely worth at least a second visit!
