Food was typical bar food. Waitress kept messing up the orders. We ordered a long drink hoping to be able to use QR code and get $5 back. Though they don’t have the button in the system for long drink so you can’t prove you bought one to the company to get the $5 back. They have a button for twisted teas that they used to charge us for the Long Drink. But when asked if we can have a twisted they said we don’t have any. Willing to give the restaurant another try since I live around the corner.

Had fishfry tonight, beer battered cod. Was cooked to perfection, generous portions and fair price. Had nice chat with chef about a pizza about 4 visits back and he personally pledged that my feedback and review were seriously taken and resulted in more explicit instructions to cooks on minimal amounts of toppings as the gold standard. He informed me that I should have made my feelings known immediately and he was disappointed that we left with a average experience instead of an AAA+ experience.
Very impressed that he cared and my waitress, Carmen, shared this with management. Very impressed he didn’t “blow-it-off” like most placed would and took 10 minutes out of a busy schedule to really hear me out. Great customer experience, will continue to be back.

We got 2 fish dinners on a Friday excited to eat, this was the most disgusting fish and potatoes pancakes I've ever had. Whoever cooked it should be ashamed.
Fish was CHEWY, and the potatoe pancakes were so left out or overcooked that they were rubbery just like the fish. I will never order food from here again. Despicable. DO NOT ORDER FOOD FROM HERE YOU MIGHT GET SICK. PERCH DINNER , THE COOK DOESN'T EVEN KNOW HOW TO DEBONE FISH.

Had been wanting to try this place for many years and finally got the opportunity. They have a dining room in back, so I was under the impression it would be a bar/restaurant but it's definitely mostly bar. Although there are a couple of games for kiddos, the clientele and loud music that played, unfortunately delivered a pretty inappropriate atmosphere for what I thought would be a family friendly venue. It was 3:00 in the afternoon on a Sunday. Service was good, but pizza unfortunately disappointed us as it was lacking in flavor and overdone. Fries were good though!

Ordered food for pick up on an app. It was 30 minutes from my order to the estimated pick up time. Get there and the employee told me it is cancelled- didn't show cancelled on the app- in fact said pick is ready. If fish is only on Friday then it should say on the app or sold out such as many other restaurants had. It didn't seem very busy either so maybe asking if I wanted to put in another order without the fish would have made me feel there was a solution.

After some bad experiences in the past (2021-2022), I put this place behind me. Tried it again last night. It wasn't entirely busy. Bar had people and the tables only had 3 groups. The server was friendly but the speed was slow. We ordered pizza and it was good, but something was different from before. Just not as good as I remembered. Still good though. I'm not ruling out going again, but I'll make sure I have a snack because of the long wait.

Ordered for delivery on the Slice app at 5:45pm. Order wasn't delivered until 7:45. I ordered their special which was 2 pizzas 3 toppings each, an appetizer and 2 liter of soda. Both pizzas were completely cold and soggy pretty much inedible. The driver let me know that they had to use a small container for the cheese bread appetizer but assured it's all in there but when I got inside it was actually a container of breaded cauliflower. About the only good thing about the order was the 2 liter of mountain dew was atleast cold enough to drink.

In truth, best pizza in town. But very unhappy with a delivery order that was an hour late, cold, no apologies from the driver and when I called Scottys the man I talked to didn't apologize, only said there were more orders ahead of ours. So there was apparently no point ordering ahead for a specific time slot. My son got to enjoy the cold pizza. I only got to pay for it and not eat because I had to be somewhere. Would never have ordered for delivery had I known it would arrive at 5:50 instead of the scheduled 4:45.

I travel quite a bit and loved to come here for the Roast beef sandwich. It is wonderful! However, the last three times we tried to get it, they were out. I consider us regulars here as we come in perhaps once a month for either pizza or fish fry, so dinner service, just us two or with friends. Honestly, I’ve been coming here since I was a kid, with family. We love the food and drinks, reasonable prices, and the service is friendly. We were surprised tonight when we came in for dinner and found that the place was renovated, loosing all the historic personality we’ve come to love, and that the dining space they had, in an already tiny place, was drastically cut down. Unfortunately only six four-person dining room tables are now crammed into their small back room, setting up a pool table and dartboards in their main, roomier, dining space. With the way the tables are arranged in back, only four of the six tables could comfortably sit people. Patrons wouldn’t be able to sit at the other two tables, with chairs sitting folks, so it’s a loss of eight dinner customers. No questions asked. When we mentioned something about the tight seating, another diner noted that they were losing customers for Good Friday fish fry. A server even said, “First come, first serve!” With that, I understand why there would’ve been frustrations for the Friday fish fry. We discussed coming last Friday, but I am now glad we didn’t bother. We were so uncomfortable crammed into our seats, I don’t necessarily think we would be rushing to come back for dinner, which is really a shame, seeing how much we’ve enjoyed coming here in the past. We could tell some of the other patrons were questioning things too, trying to eat comfortably. We may try takeout, as it’s clear dining in isn’t a concern or priority for Scotty’s anymore, though honestly, I think we are more likely to pass all together. Too bad.

We really wanted to enjoy this place but it was down right bad.

We ordered 3 Beer Battered fish fry, 1 baked fish fry and an order of mini corn dogs. It took over 15 minutes before we were informed there was no more baked option.

Our food then came out in waves so either we were eating separately or eat cold food. The worst part however was their frying oil. All the fish and corn dogs were very over cooked, many of the corn dogs flat out burnt. The corn dogs and 1 fish meal were replaced but even the 2nd round of food was burnt. When we mentioned this, we were told they were pretty busy that day. At that time we were the only people in the seating area.

The fish was mushy, flavorless and somehow cold in the middle. At a point we just cut our loses, paid and left. We will not be back.

The fish snakes were skinny and very hot but dry, while the potato pancakes were thin, burnt and cold. I guess I was early to pick it up so they made it fresh while I waited. I said no rush and smiled because I didn't want it to be yucky... The potato cakes were so thin there was nothing left when I picked off the burnt part. Good experience in the bar the times I have gone in person. Customers are not too rowdy and bar staff is helpful and prompt most of the time. The food is always excellent for American style, deep-fried cuisine. The pizzas are always great. I guess you could call this comfort food. It is comforting, knowing that you’ll have a full belly for a good price.

Last time I ordered mashed potatoes; I ordered them to start the next time I went in. You have to try them, they are homestyle and excellent.

The only complaint I have is the last time I ordered a bacon cheese burger (1/5/23), they omitted the french fries or tater tots and I wasn’t asked if I wanted either. It’s listed on the menu that the platter includes french fries or tater tots. I’ll be sure to ask regarding the stipulations when I order it next.

Sounds like I should have got the pizza, me and 3 friends ordered burgers and appetizers, the apps were great but the burgers were definitely cooked, frozen and then microwaved when they were served to us. The food is not as good as it was 3 years ago. I had tacos on Taco Tuesday. I ordered soft shell tacos and got tortillas that were so dry that they were crispy. My husband had the burrito and was just as disappointed. The ground beef in our food was only seasoned with salt and pepper, no taco seasoning. Coming in from West Bend to Cudahy one Sunday evening. I called and ordered 3 pizzas for pickup to take to my friends house for dinner. I had everything timed just right. I ordered and they said 40-50 minutes, that’s fine, I was still 40 min away. I pulled up after 42 minutes and went to check on my order.
