Savannah was amazing. She was So accommodating, sweet and kind. We got a bottle of wine….. If you are out wine, they have a very good selection for being a bar) . The food was absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend coming here, area is gorgeous you get to sit next to a fire pilt. I can’t think about any more I cannot recommend Savannah more to serve you Gonna do if we when you come in. This place is a hard 5! Really nice restaurant with nice decor. The service was great! She checked in on us regularly and was helpful when I had questions. I got the Friday fish and it was perfect. Sometimes cod can be chewy but this was moist and delicious. The fries are perfect and the ranch dressing is the best. All other people I was with were so happy with their meals! My husband and I had a wonderful meal on Saturday! The food was delicious and hot, and we did not wait long considering the place was packed. I’m going back for the food. The atmosphere is fun if you bring some friends. Some of the staff are rude and straight fun killers. You may be told that you came in to the establishment so if you don’t like it you can take your food to go. It’s a nice place with pretty ok food..if you get the right tender or server you will have a good time. I am shocked and karening currently because I waa just there and had a terrible experience with a dark haired female? that had the least amount of customer service I have encountered. I got the ick. The food will be good, praise be you have server that actually cares about your experience.

The problem was the 18% living wage fee. Please just build this into your prices. I want your employees to be paid fairly but also don’t want to be left with an extra $20 in fees on our bill after we’ve eaten and still feel like we need to tip on top.

We absolutely love dining here for date night. It's a historic horse stable with lots of old charm and modern amenities. My favorite entrée is the salmon & rice pilaf. My husband loves the Bleu cheese steak. We've taken friends here and they always enjoy it, too. Unique place in downtown Eau Claire. Easy parking.

The bartender I think his name was Marcus . Absolutely awful was so rude. I was standing at the bar for 20 minutes he would purposefully ignore me then I raised my hand to get his attention he walked over and yelled at me don’t raise your hand at me. I noticed anytime anyone would order he would roll his eyes and huff and puff about having to do his job. I did mention something to staff that he should not be working in customer service he’s unstable. I never leave reviews but felt compelled after that experience that’s how bad it was.

My friend and I went to the restaurant on 12/28/2023 for dinner around 5:30 pm. We ordered the pork nachos and a Reuben sandwich that we shared. Both she and I had terrible FOOD POISONING and spent the entire night throwing up, and with bad diarrhea for the next couple of days. I suspect it was the shaved beef of the sandwich that was bad, as it indeed tasted a bit funny, but with all the sauces it was hard to say. That literally never happened to me before, so this is an indication of terrible basic hygiene and safety practices and quality control. This place should be closed and thoroughly inspected.

The food is excellent and they have a good selection of specialty drinks, although I wish they had some less sweet specialty drink options, but I do enjoy the mojitos. I’ve had mixed experiences on the staff and service but for the most part it has been good. My husband loves the KFC on the menu (I’ve heard similarly from a lot of friends they love it but cold noodles aren’t my thing) and my favorite is probably the pork belly Banh Mi. I wish they would bring back the fundido that used to be on the app menu! Most items on the menu don’t come with a side so I’d say compared to most restaurants that serve similar food, it’s more expensive if you want a side but still reasonable for the quality. Love the outdoor patio with the firepit and that the bar is large so you can have a drink while waiting for a table when it’s busy.

Too many times I’m told what is popular. Here I was told what was good, what the server liked, and she asked me what I was looking for. This is what should always happen. Food was great but the "Living Wage" charge of 18% was confusing as we did not notice this on the menu when placing our orders. From looking at it more closely it seems that the menu says this charge goes exclusively to staff pay, which is great. The menu also suggests that tips are not expected but will be accepted. It’s so that the cook, dishwasher & not sure who else are paid. Thus, it was as if we still needed to add a tip. I then gave an extra 20% on the food portion of the bill. Which actually means I walked away with 38% tip with my calculations as a consumer towards service fee. Not sure what to think of this. Certainly didn’t want to short the server. Not from the area. I really enjoyed the vibe of the livery. The outside seating was really nice. The service was solid, we had some nice and thoughtful waiters. The bahn mi sandwich was excellent, it joined the clean plate club. Also, the cocktails and bloody Marys hit the spot. The Livery is one of my favorite spots to visit when I’m in Eau Claire! They have tons of mixed seating indoors and outdoors, their menu always has diverse offerings that appeal to anyone, and their vibe is simultaneously hip and low-key.

On our most recent visit, we found a spot outdoors after a workout at Latitude 44 Yoga next door. We were offered plenty of water, refreshments upon our arrival, and the food was beautiful and nourishing! We ended the night with a stroll through Phoenix Park, which was a su lute spring bliss!

So had some relatives in from Kenosha, Wi. and wanted to try something different in Eau Claire, and my sister suggested the Livery after seeing the menu. The food and service were fine, but the bill included a "Living Wage Fee" of 18% that we were not made aware of when we first arrived, sat down and/or ordered. Only became aware when I noticed it on the bill. It will be the last time I ever suggest anyone go there and spend any money. Food was great and the service was excellent. We went for the Tuesday smash burger special and they did not disappoint. We all three we tried had crispy edges and delicious. Great spot in Eau Claire.

I liked it because I was there with family. Our server was very nice! Drinks were okay. They looked better than they tasted. Beer was good and cold.. Our food was super slow! And they weren't packed. Perhaps this is the practice for more drink sales? Apps came out quickly! Fries and onion rings were good! Crispy and hot. Accompanying sauces were good. Burger was really good but I couldn't eat very much of it because of the appetizers. The meat wasn't over done like other places but it wasn't especially juicy either. Nor had it been seasoned. Overall, I wouldn't rush to come back but I'll probably come back.
